  • Implementation of BIM-technologies in the estimate documentation

Proper cost estimation, monitoring and control is vital to the success of construction projects. BIM projects allow you to facilitate, visualize, and demonstrate work results. In the estimate documentation, BIM technologies also allow you to improve the process of working on a project. The article discusses the advantages of using BIM - programs for making estimates on the example of Avtodesk Revit and 5D estimates, indicates the main stages of work in these programs. Fewer errors and less lead time are key factors for integrating these technologies into construction pricing.

The paper presents the research results of the influence of materials, which change a phase on the exterior surface of the outer shell, on forming of the heat flow mean value for one year, calculated on change of the exterior temperature per every three hours. The correlation between heat flow and characteristics of the phase-change material was studied. Such materials increase heat lag of the outer shell and allow reducing the amount of electric energy required to keeping of indoor climate. Based on the implementation of the method of math planning of experiments the sufficient math model of the dependence of the heat flow density on the material coating thickness, latent heat of transition, heating capacity value and thermal conductivity before and after phase change was made. The mathematical model coefficients were interpreted and best values of very factors based on desirability function were determined. Based on these data the selection of the material with phase-change temperature of about 0 0C for Krasnoyarsk was made.

  • Computer simulation of interaction of silicate and phosphate additives by quantum chemical analysis

This paper presents two methods of computer simulation (quantum chemical analysis and molecular dynamics) of the interaction of additives with the iron surface. Quantum chemical interaction of silicate and phosphate additives with iron surface was carried out. The plate model was used for quantum chemical analysis, calculations were carried out in the DFT approximation. The method of molecular dynamics is based on the calculation of the evolution of the system of interacting particles of atoms and molecules by integrating the equations of their motion. It is shown that the oxidation of the surface leads to a decrease in the adhesion energy of both individual additives and their combinations, allowing to find the influencing factors on the behavior of tribosystems.

  • Electric properties and structure of the new layered oxides LnSr2CuTiO6,5 (Ln = La, Nd, Pr)

Many complex oxides of transition metals show effect of enormous dielectric permeability. New complex layered oxides LnSr2CuTiO6,5 (Ln = La, Nd, Pr) are synthesized. Their structure by means of x-ray diffraction on the Shimadzu XRD-7000 S is investigated. Processing of XRD was carried out in the program FULLPROF-2013. The main X-ray reflexes are indicated in space group I4/mmm (№ 139). The data of the crystal-chemical analysis which are carried out taking into account a charge state and coordination environment of cations show that distortion of coordination polyhedrons is significantly reduced in series Ln = La→Nd. The unit cell parameters naturally decrease according to reduction of ionic radiuses of La→Nd. Dielectric properties of materials investigated using the universal analyzer of a frequency response Solartron 1260A in the range of frequencies 1mHz - 16МHz with a signal amplitude 500-900 mV. Increasing the dielectric constant is possible due to the charge ordering caused by uneven distribution of charge. Frequency dependences of an imaginary and real part of dielectric constant are given.

  • Complex programs and algorithms for the calculation of sediment transport and transport of multicomponent suspensions on a multiprocessor computer system

The work contains the construction and software implementation of related software systems designed for mathematical modeling of processes occurring in coastal water systems. The space-two-dimensional model of sediment transport in shallow waters allows to forecast the dynamics of bottom topography changes by reason of the movement of water and solid particles, to take into account the porosity of the soil, the critical shear stress at which begins the movement of sediment, turbulent exchange, dynamically changing geometry of the bottom, wind currents and friction on the bottom. The mathematical model of motion of a multicomponent air, takes into account factors such as the transport of pollutants and heat; the effect of vegetation; change in the coefficient of turbulent exchange; water transfer from the liquid to the gaseous state and others.

  • Study the effect of different gases and volatile liquids on the mechanical properties of the films mycelium

The algorithm of the research, including the technology of making the mycelium film on the resonator of bulk acoustic wave and gas medium with the given concentration was developed. As a result of the investigations the sorption sensitivity of extracts of the higher shiitake mushroom mycelium to the fume of volatile liquids and gases (acetone, ethyl acetate, formaldehyde, chloroform, acetic acid and hydrochloric acid, hexane, 10% aqueous ammonia) was studied. The study has shown that there are the processes of making the mycelium films, which keep the initial values of the resonant frequency and the quality factor of the resonator after moving off the fumes or gases. This work has shown that the mycelia films are very promising as a new material for gas selective coatings of electro acoustic sensors.
