  • The problems of winter concreting and ways of dealing

    The construction industry is developing dynamically today. Monolithic reinforced concrete frame is the most common construction of modern buildings. There are the following advantages of monolithic construction technology: the speed of construction; the possibility of building enclosing structures using a combination of various building materials; architectural expressiveness of buildings and others. However, a number of problems cannot be ruled out. The solution of these problems is relevant when accelerating the pace of construction and improving the quality of construction and installation work. One of them is the problem of concrete strength gain in winter production conditions.

  • Electron beam surface modification of multi-component glasses for microsystems

    The questions of desorption of the elemental composition of glass during processing with an electron beam is discussed. Sample silicate glasses prepared by standard technology were studied after polishing by electron beam processing (EBP). Calculated estimates showed that the depth of the surface depletion layer of weakly alkaline elements reaches 20-50 nm. Herewith the temperature front reaches the machining depth of 50 µm.

  • Practical application of its own software system topology synthesis in a design flow

    The aim of this work was the use of practical testing of a software module of topology synthesis of a IC design flow, built on the basis of EDA modules one of the leading companies, Cadence Design Systems. System compatibility with Cadence modules is achieved by using of input and output files in standard formats of data exchange - LEF and DEF. Because the data files are text format, it allows customization in any configuration of the IC and library basis. The developed software system can be used both on routing stage and use to synthesis topology (solving the placement and routing problems). Developed design flow have been tested on three projects based chipset analog-to-digital FPGA (CMOS technology on bulk silicon with 2.6 micron design rules). The developed software system can be used as a step trace compounds and to comply fully with the synthesis of topology, solving the problem of locating elements of the project and laying tracks.Positive practical results obtained allow us to conclude about the correctness of the developed algorithms, and the overall system performance.

  • Automation System Design Rules preventive maintenance of industrial equipment technological radio

    In this paper the mathematical and software design automation systems maintenance program wireless devices used in various industrial processes. Mathematical Software CAD presented analysis algorithms process operation and maintenance (MOT) wireless devices, and also includes methods of optimization theory to determine the primary regulated parameters, frequency THAT. Software automation system has a modular structure and contains a package of applications and graphical user interface. Software package implements the project procedures of analysis and synthesis. CAD allows in automatic mode to simulate the process of operation and the device and evaluate the recommended value of rational frequency of maintenance.
