  • Properties of interparticle splicing surface density during powder bodies sintering

    This article proposes an experimental determination of the density of the interparticle fusion surface during sintering of hot-deformed powder materials. The study analyzes the physics of the processes of forming microstructures of splicing surfaces at various stages of producing powder materials. The peculiarities of deformation processes in the formation of materials by hot pressure treatment are considered and physical changes that undergo powder grains are investigated. The nature of the boundaries of the splicing surfaces on the investigated objects, as well as the process of pore healing during compaction of molds based on steel from two types of charge based on coarse and fine iron powder with different porosity are traced.

  • Particle contact surface splicing mechanism in case of hot deformation

    This study analyzes the microstructures of hot-deformed powder materials, considers the physics of processes, what physical changes the powder grains have undergone, which is monocrystallites of different sizes and configurations, the direction of crystallographic planes to the plane of the slot. The influence of the size of the initial particles on the structure formation of powder alloys, taking into account the features of homogenization during sintering, was investigated. The nature of deformation of particles of porous compacts from steel of two types of charge (coarse and fine iron powder, with different porosity) was considered.

  • Algorithm of approximation of difficult surfaces the developed surfaces

    In this scientific article the algorithm of approximation of curve surfaces of irregular geometrical shape is considered by the line developed surfaces. The methods of graphic modeling of a surface which are of interest are analyzed. Need of application of various ways of modeling of difficult surfaces for the modern world is reasoned. It is shown that certain algorithms of approximation of line surfaces can be demanded at rational use of calculations at a stage of designing of a wide number of products in construction, architecture and the equipment.

  • "Algorithm of definition of local characteristics curve surfaces"

    In article the graphic method of definition of local characteristics of the curve surfaces of the difficult geometrical nature set by the two images on the projective drawing is considered. Statement of a technical task of determination of the main radiuses of curvature of a surface by means of three normal sections is proved. The described method can be used when designing various products in many areas of the equipment, construction and architecture.
