The article explores the main types of organization of the corporation and management in Russia. The corporation is defined as a special organizational and economic form of business. There we identified problems, specific, prospects for the formation and development. It was investigated the features and structure of corporations , as a result of its membership of the integration processes . It was measured the economic and financial management aspects, which may be useful in the development and investment attractiveness of the corporation. The Corporation is a more complex business structure. Corporations  have certain rights, privileges, and liabilities beyond those of an individual. Doing business as a corporation may yield tax or financial benefits, but these can be offset by other considerations, such as increased licensing fees or decreased personal control. Corporations may be formed for profit or nonprofit purposes. The author gives the aspects of each formation.
