    The article presents an integrated approach to assessing the competitiveness of a scientific production enterprise. The methodology includes an analysis of seven key performance indicators of an enterprise that have the greatest impact on its competitiveness: product competitiveness, staffing, reputation, innovation potential, sales activities, internal organization, partnerships. As a result of the study, recommendations were formulated aimed at the formation and strengthening of competitive advantages.

Among the main processes of the QMS, a special place is taken by corrective and preventive actions. Management of this process, in turn, requires regular evaluation of the effectiveness of these activities. The article provides a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions in the production of solid medicines.

    The article presents a methodology for solving the problems of integrated quality management of production processes at enterprises for the production of food products. For a general assessment of product quality, it is advisable to calculate the criteria of correctness and accuracy with the subsequent determination of the G. Taguchi “signal-to-noise” ratio. To calculate the criteria of correctness and accuracy, a comparative assessment of product quality indicators was carried out in comparison with the standard sample.

  • Ensuring the quality and competitiveness of services

    In modern market conditions, the consumer acts as an arbiter, therefore it is unacceptable not to take into account the client's satisfaction factor. In this regard, one of the basic principles of quality management is customer orientation. In a strategic sense, customer orientation improves the performance and competitiveness of the organization; provides aggregate quality management services, analysis of customer needs, positive profit dynamics, augmenting book value, finding new customers. One of the modern approaches to assessing the quality (competitiveness) of services is the use of the SERVQUAL methodology. The paper presents the results of the analysis of the quality of the services provided for maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments by the example of LLC "RMC".

  • Evaluation of competitiveness of profile systems of window constructions

    One of the most important strategic tasks, the solution of which is aimed at the development of the construction complex, is to improve the quality and competitiveness of construction products. In work the technique of an estimation of competitiveness of building production with the account of the criteria characterizing the basic properties and cost of considered objects is offered. The application of this methodology allows us to obtain not only reliable results of assessing the competitiveness of products, but also to determine the degree of improvement for each of the analyzed criteria after the corrective and preventive measures taken to improve the quality of products.
