  • A systematic approach to the formation of competences of students in the field of lean production

The need for efficient production organization in modern economic conditions forces machine-building enterprises to introduce and maintain the functioning of various production systems based on lean manufacturing principles. One of the prerequisites for the qualitative training of graduates for such enterprises is the formation of their competence in the field of lean production. The system approach to the formation of these competences is considered. The basis is based on modern educational technologies that ensure the activation of educational and cognitive activities of students and the effectiveness of the educational process in general.

Keywords: lean manufacturing, interactive training technology, a systematic approach to learning, form and method of teaching, competence, machine-building production, technological process, practice-oriented training, production system, training effectiveness

  • Comparative analysis of the features of designing control programs for different systems of numerical control

In the article the possibilities of a modern system with numerical control FMS-3000(3200) compared to other common control racks. Given the specific production examples of the design of control programs for cases odnostoronnego and multilayer milling in power engineering. The analysis of the total length of programs and the complexity of their adjustments in the processing elements of the same type having different geometric dimensions. It is concluded that the use of specialized modal cycles in the control FMS-3000(3200) significantly increases the efficiency of program-controlled machining.

  • Implementation Technology of Bachelor Interdisciplinary Training in the Student Scientific and Research Work

This paper presents the implementation technology of a bachelor interdisciplinary training as a part of the research work. Implementation experience of this technology is disclosed as an example of solving rational cutting material problem for the manufacture of large-sized products, consisting of parts, limited nominally cylindrical surfaces. A distinctive feature of this technology implementation is a special cast group: full-time and part-time students having experience in the specialized enterprises. Implementation of interdisciplinary training in the scientific research focused on solving production problems on the basis of technology, it helps to activate the student cognitive activity, the goal-setting formation to the study of some disciplines, better understanding of the studied techniques and technologies, the formation of conscious need to improve their professional competence constantly.

  • Use of interactive educational methods at computer graphics studies

Use of innovative educational technologies is a necessary component of modern study process. Thereupon one of the urgent tasks is working out the scenarios of different highly effective studies with modern educational methods using. This article presents experience of interactive educational methods using at computer graphics studies. Original approach to the studies organization is also considered in details. At these studies several methods are used at once: educational discussion, projecting, work in small groups, presentation development in a special form, group consultations and role play “opponent-expert”.
