  • On one method of solving the operational planning problem on a situational network

In this paper, we consider the task of constructing a work plan in the form of a chain of control actions that change the system, and methods for solving it. The problem of finding the optimal path on the situational network is constructed with a mathematical description of the initial conditions and the requirements for the result. Briefly describes the standard solution of this problem: the method of fuzzy products. The main problems of the fuzzy product method are considered. The solution of the task of constructing the chain of actions of an operator on a situational network using the dynamic programming mechanism is described. A combined method is proposed for finding chains of actions with procedural construction of a situational network using the dynamic programming method with constraints. The first step and step l of the algorithm for solving this problem are described. The advantages of this method over other.

  • Management of operational processes operators of complex systems

This article considers the problem of managing operational processes of operators of complex systems using the example of the work of the operators of the Russian segment of the International Space Station. The structure of on-board documentation and methods of composing radiograms are described. The complexity of the astronaut's work with reference radiograms is indicated. The use of situational modeling tools and fuzzy logic in the task of controlling operational processes of complex systems is substantiated. A mathematical model of complex systems based on fuzzy situation networks is proposed. The problem of finding the path from an unknown situation to a graph describing the state states of the system is formulated. The initial conditions necessary for solving the problem are formulated. The requirements for solving this problem in the form of mathematical equations are established. A graphical representation of the given problem is constructed in the form of an oriented graph.

  • The problem of finding the cargo optimal placement on a cargo spacecraft board

The main mission of a cargo spacecraft is a cargo delivery on the ISS. The cargo positioning on the spacecraft board is realized on the Earth according to certain rules. The main limitations of the cargo positioning is the weight limitation, the volume limitation, the mass center limitation and the unloading sequence on the ISS. If the mass center deviation will be greater than a some default value, the replacement of cargo must be performed. It maybe more than one cargo replacement realized that leads to increase of complexity and duration of the spacecraft prepare procedure. So, the problem of aprioristic finding the cargo optimal placement on a cargo spacecraft board arises. The solution of this problem will make it possible to give some advice on the optimal cargo placement to the staff performing the spacecraft prepare procedure.

  • Method of the statistical analysis of characteristics entrance streams of inquiries in systems of information processing

Receiving adequate mathematical model requires studying of streams of inquiries into the information system which are described as random variables. The purpose of the analysis is definition of density function of distribution of random variables - time intervals between inquiries of users. The offered method contains stages at which check of independence and similarity of distribution of random variables is carried out, stationarities of a stream and the law of distribution of intervals of time between events is defined. For check of independence and similarity of distribution of random variables the criterias based on selective coefficients of correlation and the criteria which are based on the spectral density of intervals are used. For the analysis of stationarity of a stream of inquiries the standard methods of the smallest square regression and methods based on the analysis of special mathematical models are used. For example, Poisson's stream which parameter changes under some law is supposed. Sequences of the events displaced by casual influences are presented as the events happening according to the schedule with delays in the form of the independent and equally distributed random variables. For comparison of intensity of streams of inquiries from various users of information system the criterion based on the relation of function of maximum similarity and an index of dispersion is used. The offered technique is focused on using of the modern computer programs, for example, MatLab, Statistika.
