The relevance of this work is determined by the need to define priority areas for formalization, algorithmization, modeling, and development of digital technologies in the cement industry. To create an integrated digital twin of cement production, authors formalized various process flow diagrams, differing in the number of elements, the degree of their aggregation, and the number of types of interrelations between production process elements. A distinctive feature of the digital twin was its coverage of several stages of process processing in real time. A formalized description of process cycle elements was created for all stages of cement production. Modeling production processes and scenario conditions for cement production enabled an increase in production capacity and improved resource efficiency, addressed the challenges of optimizing and reducing specific operating costs, and improved the efficiency and sustainability of cement production.
