Article contains researches of functional and spatial features of foot spaces, the nomenclature of the most widespread obstacles in sidewalks of Rostov, the assessment of their influence on traffic conditions of pedestrians, groups of actions for improvement of a condition, arrangement and functioning of foot spaces are stated.
