The work is devoted to the development of eco-industrial parks in the Southern Federal District. They represent the territory allocated for sewage treatment plants (CBS). Examples of CBS using bioreactors with a ruff nozzle at denitrification, nitrification and wastewater treatment plants are given, which have a sanitary protection zone of 15-50 m for closed pavilions, allowing them to be placed directly in residential buildings. The economic parameters of the eco-industrial park are given depending on the productivity of CBS m3/day. The result of the work is a technological scheme developed by the authors for completing an eco-industrial park at the KOS site, a scheme of an eco-industrial park with an area of no more than 8 hectares is presented.

This article analyzes the development of competition in the transport services market. The development of a competitive transport services market requires creating conditions for exceeding the level of supply of high-quality transport services over demand, as well as ensuring publicity and information openness of the market in terms of prices and quality of services. This will allow consumers to freely choose transport services, make the "price-quality" mechanism work, and make price and quality the subject of competition. Transport communications unite all territorial entities in the region, which is a necessary condition for the unity of its economic space.

The task of this work is a survey of passenger correspondence, a traffic intensity survey ,a passenger traffic survey of the road net on the example of Sochi. Used methods: passenger correspondence polling by questionnaire, statistical analysis for the array of correspondence processing, observation, registration and analysis of traffic and passenger intensity.
