The summary. In article, with the account of generalisation of references, questions of essence and methodology of an estimation of economic efficiency of manufacture are considered. On materials of subjects of the Russian Federation the estimation technique potential of territories is developed and realised (with the account occupied in economy, fixed capital, investments into fixed capital, innovative possibilities), the estimation, from positions of measurement of productivity of live and last work, efficiency of functioning of regional economy is carried out.
