  • Geostatistics methods for cadastral value of land horticultural non-profit association leningrads region

    The author of the article identified the cadastral value of land horticultural non-profit organizations of Leningrad region, using the method of geostatistics. Determined by the maximum distance between objects evaluation. Point at a distance lag more than the maximum distance, not spatially correlated. The construction of the cadastral value of the surface, using deterministic methods and methods of geostatistics is illustrated.

  • The potential of using biogas in the agricultural region

    The article examines the development of biogas production in the Altai region. Indicates the need for wide implementation in ho-agricultural practice of farms renewable energy.  Provides information about the main raw materials and specific yield volumes of fuel out of it. Argued that there is a potential for the construction of facilities for the production of biogas based on large and medium-sized livestock operations. This can provide up to 20-25% of the demand in the Altai region gas fuel. It is noted that the implementation of this project requires coordination of government support measures with the mandatory inclusion of livestock facilities for biogas in the construction or reconstruction of livestock enterprises. Also priority for biogas energy in the Altai region called the creation of biogas plants with low capacity. They can be used by individuals to meet the challenges of energy supply and heating. Refers to the importance of their implementation in some areas Altai region.

  • Increase of organizational effectiveness of management on the basis of optimization of transactional expenses

    Activity of any organizational structure of management is connected with transactional expenses. In article the method of the analysis of organizational effectiveness at the expense of optimization of transactional expenses is offered. Author's classification of transactional expenses of firm is for this purpose developed. For increase of organizational efficiency the analysis, identification elimination of unprofitable transaction is offered. It leads to correction of organizational structure of management.

  • The method of extension operating frequency range of source and emitter voltage follower

    The paper discusses the features of method of extension of circuit’s operating frequency range of the source and the classical emitter voltage follower (VF). The features of this method based on the effect of the mutual compensation of the parasitic impedances are considered. Problem of improving operation speed of VF with output capacitance and reducing the time of establishment of transient at pulsed input voltage are discussed.
    The simulation results of VF in Cadence on model of SiGe integrated transistors are given. This shows that with capacitive load high-frequency cutoff, the time of establishment of transient and the slew rate improved to tens - hundreds of times. 
    The results of investigate complement of methods of improving operation speed of the classical stage with a common drain and common collector.

  • Method of compensation offset voltage operational amplifiers with classical input stages based current mirrors

    Are considered method of reducing one of the most essential components of the voltage offset Uvo operational amplifiers (op-amp), executed on classical architecture with current mirrors, which is linked to the change current gain of base (β) bipolar transistors in conditions of temperature and radiation effects.
    To solve this problem in the basic architecture of op-amp is entered special corrective multipole, which will provide low-current asymmetry in coordination of input differential stage (DS). The method is applicable to op-amp, which is inexpedient to make any adjustments to the original structure of the DS. 
    The analytical expressions determining basic parameters the compensation circuits Uvo, and also shows the tabular data that simplify the choice of standard functional components of precision op-amps.

    One of factors of success in conditions of the market relations are questions of increase of competitiveness that is especially actual for the Russian economy. In turn, Russia, possessing huge natural resources, considerable research and production and personnel potential, has low indicators on quality of life, effective use of resources and competitiveness. The analysis of existing definitions of the category "competitiveness" is provided in article, the hierarchy of levels of competitiveness is presented, the factors influencing competitiveness of construction branch are considered, the algorithm of determination of competitiveness of a construction complex of railway transport is considered.

  • Theoretical features of management of organizational conflict in modern management

    Article is devoted to aspects of management, aimed at investigating the nature of organizational conflict in order to identify the causes and possible management. Relevance of the topic emphasized by the fact that the study of conflict, its causes, and the methods and means of management emerged relatively recently and now, when the Russian economy is going through a stage of radical reform, this aspect of management is of interest for many researchers. Since the conflict in terms of joint activities of people are able to reduce labor productivity, it is necessary as soon as possible to anticipate.     Formation of competitiveness of the enterprises demands the all-round analysis of the competitive environment. This analysis should be carried out regularly. Monitoring allows to solve this problem. The purposes and monitoring problems form analysis indicators. The system of monitoring of the competitive environment for sphere of building design is constructed. Monitoring indicators on four groups of parametres are allocated: scale and dynamics of the market, profitableness of the market, a competition condition in the branch market, reliability and safety.   • RELATIVELY EVALUATION OF THE MAIN MICRO AND MACRO DAMAGES OF BARLEY SEEDS DURING CLEANING AT THE SIEVE MODULES, MADE OF METALL AND POLYMER MATERIALS BASED ON UHMW PE

    Seed damage has a negative impact on the subsequent development of the plant, its yield, and generally on the economic efficiency of grain production. Main percentage of the grains injury occurs in the post-harvest processes, particularly in the grain cleaning. One way of solving this aim is reducing of macro and micro damage of seeds by using   of the   new polymeric materials. Researches have been conducted to reduce the micro and macro of injury barley seeds (feed material) through the use of  new sieves made of polymeric materials UHMW PE  for agricultural machinery.

  • Digital proton magnetometer to measure the geomagnetic field

    Digital compact proton magnetometer was created for measure the geomagnetic fields, including the fields of high heterogeneity. We described design of the instrument and its principles of operation. This device is using implemented digital filtering techniques and Prony method to determine the frequency of the desired signal. The experiments were made in the fields of high heterogeneity and demonstrated the possibility of precise measurements in the fields with a gradient of up to 8 mT / m. The device can be used as a metal detector, as well as for magnetic prospecting, geological studies, etc.

  • Development and design of bimorph thermal actuator and а micromirror based on it

    A design of the actuator, consisting of a thin layers of silicon dioxide and aluminum is proposed. There are calculations made of the response speed and heat dissipation of the actuator. By making the best selection of layer thicknesses and optimization stages of technological process, in particular the deep selective etching of silicon, the best performance on the angle of inclination of the actuator and the speed of the device could be achived. The greater the difference between the initial temperature and the heating temperature, the stronger the beam of the actuator is lowered to the plane of the silicon plate, and, therefore, less angle of elevation above the surface of the silicon plate. It is thus possible to control the angle of the beam by selecting the appropriate heater and voltage, providing the desired temperature. The design of the micromirror device based on the proposed actuator is provided. The developed design is based on the actuator and allows for controling the tilt of the mirror in a wide range.

  • Electric method of the disinfection of farm crop seeds

    There is the information of the use of belt electrostatic grain cleaner for the pre-sowing seed treatment with the purpose of their disinfection in this artcicle. The results of the treatment of seed mixture in electric field at the different variants of work conditions are presented. The specific expenditure of electric power on the percent of seed mixture disinfection was calculated.

  • A model of optimal biological resource exploitation with corruption

    The paper reports on dynamical model of optimal biological resource exploitation with corruption. Particularly, it is allowed a fish quota increase after paid a bribe. The research has been realized with the sustainable development conception by the Pontryagin's maximum principle. A time moment, where the bribe is profitable, is considered. Fight corruption methods are presented.

  • Construction of a model of equiresistant multispan beams

    Method of successive approximations was used to solve the problem of optimization of multispan continuous beam. Cross section of a beam was a welded I-beam.  By the variation of the width of the shelf we ensured that the maximum equivalent stress for energy theory of strength in each section is the same throughout. The solution is made numerically using complex MatLab. Bearing capacity of beams with variable stiffness along the length increased in 2 times in comparison with the beam with constant stiffness and the same mass. The proposed method can be applied to frames, taking into account the contribution of longitudinal forces in the equal stresses. Another effective way to change stiffness is to change the height of the wall of I-beam. In practice curvilinear shape of beams or shelves are not used because of complexity of manufacturing. They are replaced by the discrete form of cross section.

  • The application of multielement piezoelectric transducers for ultrasonic testing of high-speed railway tracks

    The article gets application multi-element piezoelectric transducers for ultrasonic high-speed flaw  detection on railway tracks. The processing algorithm of echo-signals from multi-element piezoelectric transducers was offered to get additional information about defect location to apply solution considering risk level more validly and to increase crack detection probability. The obtained algorithm was realized as software package. A set of experiments was completed for fourth-elements inclined piezoelectric transducer on a standard pattern for various positions to verify the processing algorithm. The experiment has shown that the echo-signals behavior allows to use the obtained algorithm for multi-element transducers at the high-speed flaw detection. Also it has emerged that the echo-signal shape at one element of piezoelectric transducer strongly depends on refracting prism geometry and relation position elements on prism.
