    The article discusses the application of the method of delays in electric power networks and the possibility of its further improvement in order to reduce the number of calculations and simplify the hardware implementation.To do this, conducted a study on the impact of the delay signal measurement result.   • Functional and development prospects of Technological Platforms on the example of the aerospace industry.

    Russia lags behind most of all the parameters that characterize the relationship of factors of the innovation system.   • Consequences of cancellation of land categories

    In article basic provisions of the bill which is directed on improvement and simplification of the operating order of definition of a legal regime of use of lands by carrying out territorial zoning, and also an exception of institute of category of lands as a way of definition of the allowed use of the land plots are considered. Authors of the bill suggest to be schemes of territorial planning of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities the basis for territorial zoning. Delegation of power on zoning of territories with simultaneous cancellation of categories of lands to local governments and subjects of federation can lead to abuses on places and to lobbying of interests of limited number of persons. Such situation can be reflected in quality of the approved documentation and lead to inefficient administrative decisions in the sphere of land use. Proceeding from contents of agricultural regulations, carrying out land management and cartographical works, and for identification of especially valuable farmlands – soil, geobotanical and other researches which weren't carried out for decades will be required. Subjects of the Russian Federation in established periods will have to finance these works, they have no funds for these works. The most controversial issues and widely discussed in the Russian society are deprivation of lands of agricultural purpose of the special legal status directed on protection of lands and agrarian producers. The important concept in this question is, what principles of definition of lands on degree of efficiency will become fundamental. Bonitirovka of soils has to become a basis for such researches, and by no means cadastral cost.   • Calculation of cylindrical reinforced concrete tank for LNG storage

    The article deals with the calculation of prestressed reinforced concrete cylindrical tank with capacity of 200,000 m3 to store liquefied natural gas (LNG). The calculation is performed by using the finite element program complex "Lira-SAPR." For the purpose of considering the peculiarities of the work of such structures calculation was conducted in three phases: the initial phase was carried out a preliminary definition of the area of pre-stressed tendons and pitch of their arrangement on the height of the wall. Then - the preliminary determination of the intensity of the reinforcement ring beam coating with prestressed reinforcement. And in the end - the final calculation of prestressed concrete structures with the adjustment of the previous reinforcement. According to the results of calculating is obtained the reinforced concrete structure of the tank, which in the empty state, and in the stage of operation (filling LNG) stresses in the concrete does not exceed: in the compressed zones – the cylinder compressive strength, and in the stretched areas – tensile strength of concrete.

  • Forming structure of an integral analog front-end for smart vibration sensor

    Today developing specialized microelectronics in Russia is an actual problem because many components are absent on the open market, and also because import substitution is a vital task. One can’t make front-end products just by copying, new electronic components must be developed. These components needed in real production sector of economics. One must be aware that to develop the product with competitive ability only some universal scheme must be realized. Nowadays the market is being overpopulated by different smart sensors: temperature, gas, ph-metering. These products are used in different sectors of economics from smart houses making to heavy machinery production. World market has specialized electronics for signal conditioning called analog front-end (AFE). Usage of these components allow to make end-products of significantly smaller size, and also to make their self-cost lower. Smart vibration sensors do not have its AFEs today, so the problem of minimizing their size is not solved. To develop such electronics one need to form a basic structure of AFE suitable for all vibration measurement. For the basis for this structure can be used the structure of a sensor itself, and products already put to market could be used for an example of such electronics. There are certain differences between present AFEs and needed ones for smart vibration sensors. Most of differences concentrated in the input schemes and ADC.

  • Determining the periodicity of vehicle maintenance

    The paper discusses methods for determining the frequency of maintenance (MOT). The proposed method allows to simulate the technical condition of the vehicle under various conditions and modes of its movement, taking into account the random nature of the changes of various factors. The proposed method takes into account the probability of failure for a given range of the vehicle (TC), as a generalized description of the technical condition of the car, indirectly affect most of its domestic individual characteristics and external destabilizing factors. The novelty of the method lies in the fact that takes into account not only the standard run, and an optimum set of operations in a particular embodiment, service and repair. To allow for individual TC correction coefficients of standards periodicity TO calculated using fuzzy logic.

  • Modification of Pan-Thompkinson’s real-time QRS detection algorithm

    The article discusses the Pan-Tompkins algorithm to detect QRS complexes in real time, when applied to a PC for analysis of records not in real time and pre-recorded. QRS complexes detection algorithm was published Dzhiapu Pan and J. Willis. Tompkinson in the journal IEEE Transactions on biomedical engineering, vol. BME-32, NO. 3 in March 1985. The algorithm has been designed for use in real time. Pan and Tompkinson developed an algorithm for real-time detection of QRS complexes of ECG signals. Algorithm for QRS complexes reliably recognize, by analyzing the inclination of the complex amplitude and width. Special digital bandpass filter reduces the number of false detections caused by different kinds of interference present in the ECG signal. This filtering allows the use of low detection thresholds, thereby increasing the sensitivity of detection. The algorithm automatically adjusts thresholds and parameters periodically to adapt to such changes ECG QRS morphology and as the heart rate. For standard recording duration 24 hours from the database MIT / BIH arrhythmia database, this algorithm correctly recognized 99.3 percent QRS complexes. However, this time the algorithm is rather outdated, as it was designed for computers that time. With certain modifications and current capabilities, parameters can improve the quality and speed of analysis. A modified version of the algorithm has been developed for use in the client software mobile multifunctional hardware-software complex and long-term cardiac monitoring ergonometrii. Better and more precise analysis of QRS complexes in the signal more accurately assess the state of the cardiovascular system of the person, which is an important factor in the treatment and diagnosis of heart disease in the early stages.

  • Computer exercise machine emulator of the treining digital computer

    in work the problem of approach of the theoretical knowledge which is trained to practical skills and abilities by modernization and equipment of educational laboratories in HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION is considered. The main approaches for the solution of an objective are allocated. Their merits and demerits are analysed. On the basis of the done analysis the option of providing educational laboratory with the computer exercise machine emulator is offered. The exercise machine emulator of the educational COMPUTER is developed and realized. The structure of devices and the principles of functioning of the developed emulator corresponds to structure of the main devices and the principle of program control of functioning of real COMPUTERS. The emulator possesses the developed system of indication of a condition of elements and knots, the small speed of work that in general increases presentation of its work and efficiency of use in educational process. The memory size and system of teams allows to realize the elementary programs illustrating the main receptions of technology of programming on the emulator.

  • Study of ultrasonic treatment influence on the sylvinite ore slurry flotation stage

    The article presents a study on the effect of ultrasonic reduction slurry flotation sylvinite concentrator to further process sylvinite ore concentration. Combined use of the purification process (ultrasonic processing, followed by gravitational desliming ore) in step slurry flotation increases cleaning efficiency minerals from insoluble impurities and reduces the loss of potassium chloride with slurry has been shown. Increased extraction of insoluble residue in the sink hydrocyclone at the combined way desliming without additional consumption of reagents will lead to lower rates of reagents on mechanical desliming, reducing the front sludge flotation and increase the productivity of the equipment in the sylvinite ore concentration technology of flotation process.

  • A study of the options adaptive analysis of solutions to optimization problems on the basis of logics Reichenbach and Lukasiewicz

    One of the components of the optimization problem is a set of constraints describing the basic requirements for solutions. So as to find a solution that fully satisfies all the wishes of the experts, it is not always possible, the search area extends through analysis of semi-feasible solutions. The adjustment of the system constraints may contribute to changes in the structure and appropriateness of the decisions. The paper shows the ways to form a generalized membership functions of vague constraints of optimization problems based on the logics of Reichenbach and Lukasiewicz. It is known that for the same design procedures in some cases it is necessary to obtain accurate solutions, while others just get approximate solutions. Therefore, we analyzed the features of membership functions obtained using these logics. It is shown that by implication deny rules to allow logic-based Reichenbach membership function takes values equal to one if the value of the function allow rule is one, or if the value of the function deny rule is zero. By implication deny rules in allowing based on Lukasiewicz logic membership function takes values equal to one if the value of the function allow rule is greater than the value of the function deny rules. Therefore, it can be argued that when designing systems with increased reliability (precision) is more expedient to use the function implications for Reichenbach deny rules in a permissive compared with the same implication by Lukasiewicz. The implication deny rules to allow for the Lukasiewicz appropriate to use when designing subsystems that perform secondary functions that are not systemically forming, etc.

  • Methods of economic choice of lighting devices based on the "life cycle cost"

    Currently in the Russian market appeared a large number of light sources and lighting devices of different manufacturers. This creates great difficulties for selecting the most energy-efficient and reliable light sources. To solve the problem, we propose the concept of estimating the life cycle cost. In the article the technique of an economic choice of lighting devices on the basis of "life cycle cost" depending on the hours of lighting per year. The calculations for retrofit (standard and halogen incandescent, compact fluorescent and led lamps) and linear (office fixtures with fluorescent lamps as well as similar led) lighting devices. The calculations are performed taking into account the discounting. Identified the most cost-effective sources of indoor lighting for public and municipal institutions, depending on the hours of lighting per year.

  • Multiparameter sensor pnevmomehanichesy position pneumatic actuators

    In the article the automatic drive positioner technology systems increased speed and accuracy on the basis of multi-parameter sensor rotor (MPMD). The proposed scheme, technical solution (MPMD) with improved integral evaluation of several parameters of positional displacement control objects. The generalized mathematical model of the sensor actuator position struktre. Computational experiments by the Runge-Kutta in the environment of the program Matlab-simulink are obtained depending on the basic parameters of an actuator position. When you perform a typical positional cycle The influence of the major geometric, hydraulic and thermodynamic characteristics of the expiry of the compressed air through the nozzle sensor element on its expenditure-Perepadnaya response.   • Process optimization of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary processing with regard to their reliability

    The article presents the results of studies improve the reliability of technological processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary processing. The subject of research is the process of formation of process reliability finishing and strengthening centrifugal rotary processing (RF&S CRP) provides a rational combination of technological modes and characteristics of the work environment. The aim is to improve the efficiency and reliability of the processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary processing, taking into account factors regulated on the basis of the development of adequate theoretical models of complex processing. Sharpen the theoretical models of formation of indicators of the surface layer of machined parts: the extent and depth of hardening. A method for predicting the reliability of the analytical processes of finishing-strengthening centrifugal rotary process using the following indicators: the coefficient of dispersion instantaneous controlled parameter, coefficient of displacement controlled parameters and the accuracy of the safety factor of the process. It is found that the process RF&S CRP provides the required quality parameters of the workpiece surface during the processing within the tolerance values ​​of a certain range of changing process conditions and characteristics.

  • Shape memory alloys in the vehicle: increased safety

    Experimental and theoretical study of the models of elastic-plastic elements vehicles manufactured from alloys with shape memory effect. Dynamic tests were carried out in the area of deformation (20-30%), which allowed to achieve optimum energy absorption and return to its original position for subsequent deformation. The model proved highly efficient in terms of the one-dimensional dynamic loading, such full-scale, and allow for the absorption from 55.8 to 97.8% of the inputs, depending on the initial geometrical proportions. Evaluation of the effect of the scale factor in the simulation of elastic-plastic elements on the basis of an alloy with shape memory effect showed the possibility of transferring the results of experimental studies on a real model of the car of the future.
