  • Electrochemical titanium oxidation in electrolytes on the basis of glycerin with high water content

The titanium dioxide synthesized by an electrochemical method is a perspective material for use in solar elements and catalysts of cleaning of water and air environments. Regularities of electrochemical synthesis of titanium dioxide in glycerin dilute solutions (1:1) in the presence of ammonium fluoride at 2-14 V are investigated. Mathematical scheduling of synthesis process according to plans of first order with use of the complete three-factorial experiment is carried out, the adequate regression equations for formation processes of a titanium dioxide in the field of potentials 8-14 V are received. The electron microscopy method proved porosity of synthesizable layers of titanium dioxide. Water content influence in electrolyte on the speed of electrochemical process and potential size influence on titanium dioxide materials yield is established. It is shown that under the chosen electrolysis conditions electrochemical process is accompanied by the considerable chemical disolution of a titanium. Electrochemical processes in water containing glycerin are investigated by a cyclic voltammetry method. It is established that at electrochemical oxidation of Ti in water containing glycerin (1:1) porous TiO2 with a materials yield no more than 25% is formed.

  • Functional hemodynamic test for endogenous factor influence investigations on the vessel occupancy

The superposition conception of endogenous factors influence on the hem lymphatic occupancy in the organism vascular system is presented. The main influence factors creating the wave modulation on the pulse blood and lymph flows in the vessels and liquid’s moving in the around tissues are considered in the physical model. On the basis of the model is justified hemodynamic functional test with dosed compression effects on local areas of the body, in which the reaction is analyzed for changes in the spectrum of signals related to the changes exhibited by volume-dynamic changes in the vessels. Shows the functional scheme of the formation of the wave changes hem lymphatic, allowing planning of the study.

  • Methods of estimating the adequacy of simulation results

This paper describes application of different criteria for estimating parameters of traffic simulation. For comparison following methods were used: statistical methods for comparison of a flow and speed in control points of a network - analysis of variance (ANOVA), Theil's U-statistics; relationships between flow, density and speed; relationships between trip time and stop time with using two-fluid models of traffic flow. For this aim we also used concept of meta-model. In order to implement this method we need on the first step to create separately relationship between traffic flow parameters for observation and simulation data and then to estimate combined model. The paper included results of calculation

  • A new approach to provide web accessibility for the blind users based on the enhance of navigational characteristics of web pages

Most of web pages of the Web are inaccessible for the blind users. And the main reason is a lack of the semantics at the source code (technical) level of web pages and absence of the navigational components. In this work we propose a new web page representation---multiaxial navigation model---representing web documents in the form convinient for the blind users. Moreover, we present methodology for the navigation on the model proposed, that ensure an efficiency of user mobility. Automatic transformation of a web page into the multiaxial navigation model and navigation means are realized in the Blindzilla prototype. An efficiency of the proposed concepts is proven experimentally regarding contemporary screen readers, such as JAWS, Window-Eyes, and Fire Vox.
