  • Method for using pulp and paper industry waste as binder for pelletization flotation potassium chloride

    The possibility in principle of using pulp and paper industry waste as a binder for pelletization flotation potassium chloride bases on conducted researches. Defined technical conditions of pelletization flotation potassium chloride using pulp and paper industry’s waste as binder provide product with good commercial qualities, which are yield of marketable fraction (85.71 %) and resistance of granule (29.51 N). The researches for studying conditions of baking were conducted and subsisted defects on granule surfaces. There are two kinds of defects. One of them is inner defect is represented as caverns and flaws. Another type of defects are outer defects. They are represented as crystallized structural arrangements in the form of coreless tube that has net structure and includes fiber and cubic shaped microcrystals. Granule defects form after baking them with temperature higher than 120ºC.

  • Development of calculation procedure of residual forming of type parts "bush" by electric resistance surfacing with a wire on outer surfaces

    The paper is concerned with development of calculation procedure of residual forming of type parts "bush" by electric resistance surfacing with a wire (ERSWW) using the finite element method (FEM) based on the theory of non-isothermal plastic flow. The adequacy of the design model is confirmed by the experimental data. The developed calculation procedure of residual forming allows to predict the possible axial and radial movement of type parts "bush" by ERSWW of outer surfaces in a single layer, that allows to make a decision on the feasibility and appropriateness of technology ERSWW during restoring of type parts "bush".

    The article deals with the nature of interrelation of the phenomena ""preservation of national value traditions"" and ""ensuring economic dynamism"" in the context of the strengthening of the national security of Russia in the era of information revolution and the transition to new technological way which is characterized by such relevant characteristics as the intellectualization of industries, the development of new technologies of management and continuous education, the formation of cultural and informational environment. The models of cultural enlightenment and cultural development focused on the resources provision and technological support of socio-cultural and economic (in the innovative vein) development of the country through the partnership of the state and society are described in the article, taking into account the state cultural policy tools as author’s cognitive methodological construct aimed at the accumulation of powerful protective potential of the Russian culture in the practice of public administration.

    The technique of pilot natural studies by definition of critical effort at which there is a capsizing of the trees together with root system growing on coast of reservoirs of the hydroelectric power stations subject to washout as a result of impact of fluctuations of water level, wind, wave loadings and abrasion is given It is necessary for establishment of possibility of use of trees of a coastal zone as support of rope system of devices for collecting and transportation of wood. Pilot studies were conducted on Bratsk and Ust-Ilimsk reservoirs during the period from 2000 to 2012.

    In article considered new rigging locks, for reliable fastening of raft side binding, chains, bindings when forming sections, rulers and rafts from assortments and switches, and also the "ownerless" wood with various dimensional characteristics differing in simplicity, availability and low cost of their production in the conditions of repair bases the timber floating of the enterprises are described.

  • Increase of overall performance of a hydraulic actuator of mobile cars

    In article service conditions of one of the most important systems of mobile cars – a hydraulic actuator, especially under the influence of the negative temperature of air are considered. Ways of prestarting heating and maintenance of temperature of working liquid in use of transport and technological mobile cars are described. The main advantages and the applied systems and devices come to light. The original system of regulation of temperature of working liquid in a hydraulic actuator which will allow to increase efficiency, reliability and accuracy of regulation of temperature is offered.

  • Caliper with a built-in marker

    The article describes the construction of a modern forest instrument for forest inventory operations. The equipment consists of a caliper and a built-in marking device. The developed construction allows conducting two operations simultaneously: determination of a trunk diameter and marking a measured tree trunk. The suggested construction leaves visual marks on measured tree trunks automatically, that allows avoiding doubling of measuring results.

  • Recycling of wood wastes of timber industry, as a factor of sustainable resource management

    An important direction for sustainable development of domestic production is a complex use of wood resources. In Russia there is a large amount of wood resources. Waste is generated at all stages of logging and woodworking processes. Researchers estimate in the Russian Federation annually produces about 35.5 million m3 of wood waste. Wastes produced by various physico-chemical, size, quality and other characteristics. Range of directions of development of waste from the activities of the forest industry is also great. Depending on the type of wood waste can be used in different directions of the domestic industry. The increasing use of waste wood resources is the most important link in the development of policy, resource conservation, environmental management, environmental safety. The study is supported by RFFI (grant No. 15-46-04294) and KGAU "KKFPNiNTD" (project: "Development of expert system on environmental protection and recycling of various wastes of production and consumption")

  • Study of the distribution of the microwave field intensity in the grain layer

    The study combined methods of influence on agricultural inputs in the process of post-harvest handling is largely associated with the development of instrumentation that allows to control the factors that affect the material. The article describes the results of theoretical and experimental studies to determine the electromagnetic field in a layer of grain material undergoing microwave treatment. In the field of theoretical research will come an exponential decay law of an electromagnetic wave in the material and the model built in the software package CST Studio. It is also a view of equipment designed for the experimental evaluation of the field intensity and its distribution pattern in the layer of the processed product. The dependences describing the measurement principle is implemented in this device. It provides an assessment of compliance with the theoretical and experimental methods of measurement. Increasing the accuracy of the experimental measurements can be achieved through the use of optical contact temperature sensors, as well as the use for the manufacture of the receiving materials with known data reliably dielectric properties in a given temperature range. The data obtained can be used for determining structural parameters of the microwave exposure zone, and for the development of control systems equipment. Finally, the conclusions based on the results of the work presented.
