  • Digital synchronous measuring of the surface impedance

    We describe the hardware and software package designed to get the dependencies of instantaneous values ​​of the electric field E of the magnetic field H, and, depending on the module surface impedance and phase shift of the electric and magnetic fields on the amplitude of the alternating magnetic field. The digital synchronous detection method applied in this article to analyze the spectral response of the substances. This article gives the results for ferromagnetic materials, paramagnetic materials and dielectrics.

  • Suggestions for assessing the strength of construction of passenger vehicles

    The authors propose a method for determining the total impact energy of a bus rollover to the conditions of the Rules of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe № 66 (UNECE) intended for the certification of passenger motor vehicles of category M3. Propose an adjustment to the formula for calculating the height of the fall of the center of gravity of the bus.

  • The analysis of constructive and technological restrictions in design of the avalanche photo diodes, working in a photon-counting mode

    Theoretical analysis of constructive and technological restrictions in the avalanche photodiode structure for photon-counting mode is made in this work. It is shown that critical parameters are load resistance and a time constant of a photodiode internal capacity recharge. For decreasing this time constant one needs size restriction of separate section of the photodiode and association of several such sections on a crystal together with registration schemes.

  • Regional investment risks in the system of territorial development of the Rostov region

  • The investigation of the substrate layer influence on the high-frequency parameters of silicon transistors

    In the present paper we propose a modified approximation of a silicon bipolar transistor, which takes into account the frequency relationship of electromagnetic signals propagation in the substrate. These modifications were implemented because the experimental investigations and crosstalk simulations in the metallization layers of a silicon substrate have showed that the commonly used approximations based on lumped elements are not able to describe properly the mutual influence of signals at gigahertz frequencies. It was shown that the proposed method is suitable for high-frequency analog circuits design and it is based on sparse distribution of circuit elements and additional shielding of high-frequency chains. The reproducibility and stability of the circuit’s parameters is achieved by secondary devices which are added for correction and stabilization.

      The article includes the theoretical aspects of the creditworthiness of construction organizations, a system of indicators to measure the creditworthiness of the construction sector (based on example of borrowers of the South-Western Bank of Sberbank of Russia), and the analysis of construction lending in Russia and in the Southern Federal District (based on materials of the South-Western Bank of Sberbank of Russia). The results of the analysis showed the overdue need to improve methods and procedures for evaluating the creditworthiness of borrowers in building, that`s why the author of the article has developed Model of Risk, which allows to overcome the problems of information asymmetry between banks and borrowers, and to lend institutions provide additional benefits in the credit rating and a selection of construction companies.
