  • The parametric method of determining a phase difference of quasi-harmonic signals

    The method of digital parametric measurement of the phase shift of signals with slowly varying amplitudes of the same slowly varying instantaneous frequencies was proposed. The numerical simulations and experiments on the developed hardware and software system were carried out. The error of measurement the phase difference of harmonic signals in the experiments were not more than  0,00001 radian. The method can be used in applications where the measured value is expressed in terms of the phase difference of quasi-harmonic signals.

  • Model analysis of electrodynamic parameters of a double-gap klystron cavity

    In the article a double-gap cavity with anti-phase excitation that has wide application in designs of floating-drift klystrons is considered. One of the ways of reduction of time during machine design of klystron’s cavity is using of the simple analytical expression, allowing to determine the main klystron electrodynamic parameters with a sufficient accuracy for practice. In the article we presented the results of physical and mathematical modeling of the double-gap cavity, the corrected mathematical models were introduced that can be utilized in programs of a prompt optimization of klystron's type devices. The technique of creation of approximate mathematical model in this case was reduced to definition of basic analytical function, and the subsequent approximation between experimental and calculated data by means of a method of planned experiment. In presented work the analysis of adequacy was carry out. Analysis revealed inaccuracy of a resonance frequency of an anti-phase type in chosen ranges of change of influencing factors doesn’t exceed 1%, characteristic impedance- 5%. The received analytical ratios allow carrying out quickly calculation of parameters of the cavity, without labor-consuming and expensive experiments and calculations.

  • The hardware-software system for parametric analysis of signals in the problems of technical diagnostics

    This paper describes a hardware-based and software system parametric estimation of signals. It`s experimental accuracy was achieved measuring the phase difference between the two quasi-harmonic signals at 10 μrad.

  • The mathematical description of fuel admission control algorithm for diesel generator power station with alternating frequency rotation of shaft.

    The problem of the engineering of servo-driver of control of the fuel pump of autonomous diesel generator characterized by alternating frequency rotation of shaft, which can be applied to power supply of remote areas and autonomous objects, is urgent in science because of the lack of studying. The urgency of the engineering of such servo-driver is defined by means of the fact, that their application as a part of autonomous diesel generator allows to receive essential economy of fuel and to prolong motor potential of electric power station.The engineering of the flow sheets of diesel generator based on a synchro generator and characterized by alternating frequency rotation of shaft. The engineering of the flow sheet and algorithm of operation for intellectual servo-driver of control of the fuel pump of autonomous electric power station characterized by the lowered fuel consumption.   • Develop solutions in times of crisis and uncertainty

    In our hard time the main methods of decision-making are axiomatic, heuristic and verbal. Heuristic approach corresponds to the repeating difficult situations which aren't giving in to the direct mathematical analysis. The selection process is modeled as solutions to reproduce the course of human reasoning.
    The emergency situation on separate object is comparable to crisis in economy of the whole state. On the detailed analysis and checks simply there is no time. The most perspective directions here – application of heuristic models and the quantum theory on the basis of system approach to the solution of arising problems. Conscious intervention of managers in development of system is carried out by control of signs of the organization of processes. To reduce novelty and complexity of a problem, it is necessary to receive additional information. Based on this information, the experience and intuition, the head gives to results estimated probability. When costs of collecting additional information are great, it is possible to assume probability of events on the basis of last experience and judgments.
    Achievement of the planned purpose with orientation to the future can be provided at concentration of the main influence on the future analysis (including on the analysis of hypothetical crisis situations), instead of the past.

  • Study of SiO2SnOxCuOy Sensor Response Stability to Carbon Oxide (II)

      Stability of sensors on the basis of inorganic oxide materials is one of the primary goals by working out of atmospheric air control devices. In this work long-term stability of a sensor response on the basis of the SiO2SnOxCuOy material to carbon oxide (II) exposure in a range of concentration 1-100 ppm is studied. It is shown that the sensor response differs high stability and reproducibility. Continuous heating within 21 days to working temperature (350°С) influence its value negligibly.

  • Statistical analysis of selections of exchange rates by means of rank criteria

    In presented article rank criteria for the statistical analysis of two selections are considered. These criteria check statistical hypotheses. Three groups of rank criteria were considered: about equality of the central tendencies, scopes of a variation and distribution laws. Researches were conducted on data on exchange rates in two next days in nine banks. Correctness of criteria was estimated proceeding from an US dollar exchange rate established by the Central bank of Russia. To these data rank criteria of Wilcoxon, Van der Waerden, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and others were applied rubbed. Coinciding values of two selections were estimated by means of a method of an average rank. For all examples rank criteria gave the correct assumptions of equality of two selections.

  • Digital proton magnetometer to measure the geomagnetic field

    Digital compact proton magnetometer was created for measure the geomagnetic fields, including the fields of high heterogeneity. We described design of the instrument and its principles of operation. This device is using implemented digital filtering techniques and Prony method to determine the frequency of the desired signal. The experiments were made in the fields of high heterogeneity and demonstrated the possibility of precise measurements in the fields with a gradient of up to 8 mT / m. The device can be used as a metal detector, as well as for magnetic prospecting, geological studies, etc.

  • Electrochemical titanium oxidation in electrolytes on the basis of glycerin with high water content

    The titanium dioxide synthesized by an electrochemical method is a perspective material for use in solar elements and catalysts of cleaning of water and air environments. Regularities of electrochemical synthesis of titanium dioxide in glycerin dilute solutions (1:1) in the presence of ammonium fluoride at 2-14 V are investigated. Mathematical scheduling of synthesis process according to plans of first order with use of the complete three-factorial experiment is carried out, the adequate regression equations for formation processes of a titanium dioxide in the field of potentials 8-14 V are received. The electron microscopy method proved porosity of synthesizable layers of titanium dioxide. Water content influence in electrolyte on the speed of electrochemical process and potential size influence on titanium dioxide materials yield is established. It is shown that under the chosen electrolysis conditions electrochemical process is accompanied by the considerable chemical disolution of a titanium. Electrochemical processes in water containing glycerin are investigated by a cyclic voltammetry method. It is established that at electrochemical oxidation of Ti in water containing glycerin (1:1) porous TiO2 with a materials yield no more than 25% is formed.

    The conventional methods of a choice of the most effective version of land tenure are analyzed. It is offered to use instead of them an expert method of the analysis of hierarchies. The diagram of a choice of the most effective version of land tenure on the basis of this method is represented.
