In article the potential of production of biofuel on a basis the pozhnivnykh of the remains of cereal cultures is estimated. The technique of definition of amount of biofuel from the lump of agricultural production is considered. Actual data on stocks the main vegetable waste are provided. Potential of amount of conditional fuel is calculated. Data on physical and chemical properties of hydrocarbonic raw materials are provided. Problems which arise in the course of biofuel use are considered. Conclusions about an energy potential the pozhnivnykh of the remains of cereal cultures are provided.

The authors of the article examine the problem of electrothermal degradation of fiber optical communication lines arranged on the high-voltage power lines pylons. The possible methods of reduction of high-voltage line electric field influence on fiber optical communication lines were studied. There is also the method of possible calculation and choice of optimal suspension place for fiber optical cable on a high-voltage line pylon. This method can be applied for one of the high-voltage line masses disposition cases.

  Depressed calcaneus fractures tend to reveal comminuted nature, and are accompanied by apparent  oedema of soft tissues in the ankle joint and foot zones. Rigidity of calcaneus fracture fixation and ability of an early performance of graduated weight bearing by a certain extremity depend on the precision grade of clamp location in the main splinter body. Presently, this problem is solved by means of an electric-optical image converter application. A method, and an appliance for its practical implementation are being offered, which will provide for an increased precision of a crew/wire installation into the calcaneus, with a simultaneous reduction of radiation exposure on both surgeon and patient. 35 patients with depressed calcaneus fracture were operated according to this method; a therapy result for the period from 6 months to 2.5 years has been made for 8 thereof. The algorithm of therapy did not foresee the external immobilization, the graduated weight bearing commenced after 1.5 months, and the complete weight bearing started after 2.5 months. Redislocation of splinters has not been noticed in any of the cases considered. The appliance offered ensures a high quality of surgical therapy.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the political tensions among the population in relation to the political process. Respondents were asked to rate a five-point scale: the level of their involvement in the political processes occurring, the degree of their emotional involvement in the political process, whether in the family to talk about politics, the level of their economic well-being, level of social protection and perspectives on life in a whole. The questionnaire included questions of religiousness level, and also the general questions characterizing the respondent (a sex, age, a nationality, level education). This paper focuses on the analysis of the cognitive component of group policy settings. The data of the cognitive and emotional component identifies: the people being in a stressful situation in the troubles are inclined to blame a general political system for Russia, instead of regional structures. The group of respondents in a critical situation was alienated. Presence of a hopelessness, isolation on the problems does people by the most passive in occurring political life. Therefore, there is a neutral and indifferent to your local and regional political organizations. Average indicators of levels of economic welfare, social security and prospects on the future talk about the stability and steady average level of assessments. Thus, this indicates a low level of deprivation study audience.

  The paper presents an analysis of the data obtained as a result of questioning students RGSU in late 2011. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of political tension among the youth after the events of December 2011. 168 young people taken part in this research (men - 53% women - 47%). Age of the respondents - 17 to 19 years. The questionnaire included a subjective assessment of the following levels: participation in the political process, emotional involvement in these processes; comments of these processes, and economic prosperity, social security, life prospects. Revealed a low level of involvement of young people to the political process - 1.40 on average value. The level of emotional involvement in the political process - 2.15. The stable level of comments political processes in the family - 2.17. Received, the average level of economic prosperity and level of social security of students: 2.44 and 2.24. Assessment of life prospects is at a high level - 3.03. It is revealed, values of average all studied parameters at women are higher, than at men. Least a difference in an assessment of level of participation in political processes – 0,1. More differs the assessment of level of social security, the difference makes – 0,69. Thus, level of a relative deprivation among studied audience is low, and if will tension arise in student's group, first of all among men.

Researches based on results of the questioning, conducted in late 2010 - early 2011 among the students of Rostov-on-Don (RSCU), Vladikavkaz (GTU) and Grozny (GGNI). Results were interviewed about 500 people (58.4% - 40.6% of men and - women). 33.3% of respondents represented Rostov-on-Don, 40.4% - the city of Grozny and 26.4% - the city of Vladikavkaz. The questionnaire consisted of questions focused at identifying the subjective opinions on own relation of respondents to a political order, and also questions opening level of a group relative deprivation. The received results of a cognitive component were processed by a method of the statistical analysis. It is revealed, during the studied period there is a low level of participation of the young people to political processes with the average level of an involvement at Rostov-on-Don. In Grozny there are average and high levels of participation of the young people to political processes in the Republic, and also high level of an emotional involvement. Analysis the block of relative deprivation showed the youth of Rostov-on-Don and Vladikavkaz is more subject to a political tension, the least possible tension in the city of Grozny. It is revealed, at Rostov-on-Don there is a process of political alienation. The students of Vladikavkaz associate an assessment of the level of a political tension with local political order, instead of with Russia as a whole. Shown, in general, the level of relative deprivation at the end of 2011 is average.
