  • On the problems of presence on the construction sites of oil-contaminated soils in the city of Moscow

The problem of determining the environmental hazard in the development and disposal of oil contaminated soil at the time of construction of buildings and structures is very relevant, especially for sites on which previously located industrial zones with different production. Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no clear understanding of the MPC of petroleum products in the ground. Various inspection inspections and specialized landfills treat the degree of soil contamination with oil products in different ways. In this regard, there is a danger of incorrect definition of the hazard class of the soil, which can lead to subsequent pollution of the environment.

  • Testing of samples-witnesses of a reinforced polyethylene gas pipeline

From the pilot section of the gas pipeline, after ten years of operation, specimen-witnesses were seized. The gas pipeline consists of reinforced polyethylene pipes with an average adhesive reinforcing layer. The results of mechanical tests of model samples are given in the article. Investigations of the deformation-strength properties of the witness specimens show a decrease in the temperature of the viscous-brittle transition to -15 ° C. These results indicate a deterioration in the adhesion between the outer layers of PE80 and the middle technological layer. Good adhesion led to the emergence and development of a fragile crack. Stability tests at constant pressure showed satisfactory results, not a single sample collapsed. According to the research data, the reinforced polyethylene pipe did not deteriorate its deformation-strength properties for ten years of operation of the gas pipeline under pressure.

  • Pollution of territories bordering on mine waste and possible solutions to the problem

The soils of the territories adjoining the waste pits of coal mines are investigated. In the soil, quantities of copper, zinc, nickel and lead were found, more than MPC. Excess of MPC for cadmium is not noted. The content of copper and nickel is 2-3 times higher than their permissible content in the soil, and this situation is observed throughout the study - up to 500 m. A slight excess of the maximum permissible concentration of zinc and lead was noted at a distance of 200-300 m from the waste. It is necessary to restore the territories after the removal of anthropogenic source - waste heaps.

  • Deposition of TiO2 thin film by spin-coating using a laser annealing

TiO2 thin films are widely used as a transparent layer n-type conductivity in the perovskite solar cells. Nanocrystalline TiO2 films were deposited on the surface of glass substrates coated with tin oxide with fluorine (FTO) by spin-coating and subsequent laser annealing radiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm. The effect of laser annealing on grain size in the TiO2 film and spin-coating speeds on its thickness. It is found that the grain diameter in the resulting TiO2 films on average 17-64 nm at a power of laser annealing 30-70 W. It was found that the thickness of the TiO2 film is changed in the range of 72-124 nm spin-coating speed. Optimal parameters TiO2 thin film formed by laser annealing can enhance the efficiency of the perovskite solar cell.

  • Opportunities for the effective solution of technical-economic engineering problems during planning and optimization of wood transportation

The developed calculation dependencies for determining the log truck movement indicators during non-steady and steady motion in different modes make it possible to solve technical-economic tasks with adequate accuracy and certainty during planning and optimization of wood transportation. During two-stage timber hauling a log truck based on MAZ-6312B9 has advantages in exploitation and technical-economic indicators in comparison with a log truck based on Scania R-420. There are opportunities for a rapid increase of passing ability of a log truck while using an active trailer. • Ignitability and smoking capability of epoxy composite materials Part 1

Interference of mineral fillers, phosphor and chloride contained plasticizes, bromine contained fireproofing compounds and ferrocene derivatives to thermal stability, ignitability and smoking capability of epoxy composite materials was under consideration. The authors have eliminated that the phosphate plasticizes do not affect practically to epoxy polymers' combustibility, but to reduce smoking capability of composites. Different types of mineral fillers by concentration less then 45% by mass do insignificantly affect ignitability of epoxy composites. Different types of aromatic bromine contained additive fireproofing compounds do not affect to combustibility of such composites. The ferrocene derivatives surpass the ferrocene by effectiveness of smoke redesign.
