  • The theory of the dynamic pressure arising in the top suspension bracket balloon cable system.

In clause the opportunity of use balloon cable system descent to transport operations in remote mountain conditions is described. Dependence of system on wind influences is reflected. Proceeding from this, the design procedure of dynamic pressure which arise in the top suspension bracket of system is resulted, in view of mobility of a balloon under action of a wind. The technique allows to estimate the pressure arising in the top and bottom points of a suspension bracket at change of force of a wind, lengths of a suspension bracket, a corner and speed deviation of a balloon.

  • The crisis of traditional family and the alternatives of the family institution development in Russia: theoretical analysis in the network of synergetic paradigm

The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of the present-day Russian reality that is the family institution transformation which progresses in the network of the crisis of traditional family and forming the present-day family pattern. This period is characterized by forming transformational space in domestic and conjugal sphere that is presented with coexistence of traditional and new forms of domestic relations. What is in store for Russia and its diverse in ethnocultural and sociocultural respect regions? What pattern of family is going to be prevailing in Russian society in the nearest future? The author is trying to answer these questions in this article with using the synergetic methodological paradigm of investigation.

  • Energy conservation during treatment of sewage from populated area

At present an important role in solving energy conservation problem is assigned to thermal pumping plants (TPP). Using processes of evaporation and condensation of easily boiling liquid circulating in the system they extract low potential heat from environmental objects and provide heat supply for buildings, constructions, greenhousee and so on. Artificial sources of low potential heat for TPP of different capacity can be, for instance, ventilation air and exhaust gases, circulating and waste water, ground. Energy efficient reasonability of TPP use in the system of water disposal for the town of Novocherkassk in Rostov region is considered.
