  • Reduced fractional slip of gypsum dust emissions during dedusting dusters colliding eddy swirling flows as a method of increasing the level of protection of the air environment of fine dust

Increasing the level of protection of the air environment of the fine dust is to address the issue of selection of the optimal operating parameters of dust collectors used in emission control systems to the atmosphere building industries. At various stages of the process of building production generated dust emissions have different particulate composition. This complicates the process of collecting dust removal equipment parameters and requires the detailed experimental studies. • Technical and economic indicators of the proposed solutions truss reinforced concrete beams with a combined pre-stress

The article presents the technical and economic indicators previously proposed solutions truss reinforced concrete beams with combined prestressing. Reducing consumption of concrete and steel in comparison with typical. This reduces the weight of the beams and money. Significant economic effect is achieved by the use of roof beams t profile with a shelf in the stretched area. This effect is achieved due to a significant reduction of the structural height of the coating (beams and slabs). By reducing the volume of the brick walls of the building, which is based on the overlap, the cost of masonry with single-span building, as noted above, reduced by 33% in comparison with a standard solution.

  • The need for continuous monitoring of water spending constructions of systems for water management in the south of Russia

This article describes the issues of water management in the south of Russia. Submitted by the need to implement new permanent monitoring systems for long-exploited water bearing structures. Currently, more than 80% of water conveyance structures in the south of Russia have worked much your standard service life. At the same time there is a simultaneous increase in the load on the aging waterworks, in the absence of the necessary qualified staff and technical repair base will inevitably lead to an increase in the number of accidents due to operational reasons. Existing methods of inspection of hydraulic structures aimed at assessing the overall suitability of facilities supporting structures for further use. During the irrigation channels trough surveys, a number of questions to identify the nature of damage and defects, as well as forecasting of technical condition for a certain period of time. Therefore there was a need for a method for screening and prediction of technical state of gutter channels of irrigation systems. Monitoring is carried out taking into account the existing regulations for the design, construction and operation of the specifics, as it highlights the basic requirements for carrying out the process of the technical state of constructions using modern measurement instruments for nondestructive monitoring.

  • Arch designs demanded by the time in building sciences and architecture

The article presents a review of recent projects of arch designs, work on their research. Arch structures are widely used in construction since ancient times. The Romans were the first to use the arch of considerable size, and some of them survived until our days. One of the examples of arch structures in Roman architecture is the Roman aqueduct of Pont du Gard. Accident arched constructions mostly occur due to buckling of the entire structure. Risk of accident from loss of stability is especially great because buckling can occur suddenly. The loss of stability as possible out of plane and in plane. Flat design farm, arches, frame resistance to bending in the plane of the structures than from the plane. Cases of accidents of industrial and civil constructions, which occurred from buckling lateral torsional buckling is little known. Buckling lateral torsional buckling of structures, working in transverse bending, is given little attention, as it is believed that if and has in some cases place, it would not lead to accident due to their shared relationship of beams with other designs.

  • The Basic Algorithm of Adaptive Management of the Synchronous Generator with a Reference Model

The article discusses the the problem of controlling a synchronous generator, namely, maintaining the stability of the control object in the conditions of occurrence of noise and disturbances in the regulatory process. The model of a synchronous generator is represented by a system of differential equations of Park-Gorev, where state variables are computed relative to synchronously rotating d, q-axis. Management of synchronous generator is proposed to organize on the basis of the position-path control using algorithms to adapt with the reference model. Basic control law directed on the stabilizing indicators the frequency generated by the current and the required power level, which is achieved by controlling the mechanical torque on the shaft of the turbine and the value of the excitation voltage of the synchronous generator. Modification of the classic adaptation algorithm using the reference model, allowing to minimize the error of the reference regulation and the model under investigation within the prescribed limits, produced by means of the introduction of additional variables controller adaptation in the model. Сarried out the mathematical modeling of control provided influence on the studied model of continuous nonlinear and unmeasured the disturbance. Simulation results confirm the high level accuracy of tracking and adaptation investigated model with respect to the reference, and the present value of the loop error depends on parameters performance of regulator.
