  • Features of the urban development model of integrated planning and design of coastal areas of small rivers in large cities

The article is devoted to the development of an urban development model for the integrated planning and design of small riverside areas in large cities, which would include groups of environmental, economic, social and functional factors and their interrelationships, elements of the basic model of the structural organization of components and types of development of settlements in the region, as well as environmental, economic, social and functional criteria planned for calculation. It is noted that the issue of integrated planning and design of small riverside areas in the general structure of the urban environment is due to the fact that, unlike other territorial zones, they are simultaneously part of the natural and ecological framework and an integral element of the transport and planning one, which is graphically presented in the article. As a result, the authors developed an urban development model in which various groups of factors are graphically linked to elements of the natural and ecological and transport and planning frameworks, as well as engineering support systems and functional zones of the city. The model also displays the unification of factors into environmental, functional and socio-economic groups. The relationship between groups of factors and elements of the functional structure of the city is based on the basic model of the structural organization of components and types of development of settlements in the region. At the next stage, the authors plan to develop a methodology for integrated territorial planning and design of coastal areas of urban (small) rivers based on multi-criteria analysis.

  • Analysis of environmental principles of development urban areas

The problem of designing and construction of objects of various purposes of an eco-sustainable type in urbanized areas is currently extremely topical. Directions and techniques used in theory and practice to improve the quality of the urban environment, still remain the subject of many scientific disputes and professional discussions. In their article, the authors propose to act in accordance with a number of environmental principles in order to solve urban-planning tasks of this kind on the territory of complex development. According to the authors, with an integrated approach to solving the problem, architectural and town-planning activities, modified according to the principles listed in the article, should ultimately contribute to the development of natural processes. In this case there will be a significant increase in the level of construction development of the territories in terms of the quality of the processes performed and an increase in the level of environmental safety.

  • Scientific and methodological basis for ensuring the ecological safety of territories in urbanization conditions

The problem of negative impacts of various nature on the environment from the functioning of public facilities is currently particularly relevant. A special place among such objects is occuped by shopping and entertainment complexes representing a unique symbiosis of various zones. This makes them objects an extensive list of negative factors affecting the environment. At the first stage of the research to solve this problem we carried out a study of the existing scientific approaches to the assessment of the state of the environment and the selection of the scientific basis for subsequent research. The results obtained at the completed stage of the research can be used as the basis for improving the existing scientific base in order to minimize the shortcomings of the existing approaches.

  • Analysis of Dendrological features formation of the functional territorial zones in Rostov-on-Don

There are dendrological features of architectural design of the functional territorial zones taking into account environmental requirements enumerated in the paper. Particularly, we are talking about of the role of green spaces in residential, recreation and industrial zones and features of their selection for landscaping areas in natural and climatic conditions of Rostov-on-Don.

  • The application of the theory of disperse systems for the description of the behavior of the toxic components of the flue and exhaust gases from stationary and mobile sources of urbanized territories

Considers the most important sources of material pollution of urban territories. A comprehensive approach to studying properties of pollutants, based on the theory of disperse systems. Built block diagram of systematization of parameters that determine the behavior of contaminants from the position of theory of disperse systems. The dependence between the behavior of pollutant aerosol and parameters of its stability.

Keywords: Contaminant dispersion system, the parameters of pollutant properties, stability of pollutant aerosol

  • The use of physical-energy approach to the description of air pollution factories concrete products and structures

Considered relevant for the construction industry the problem of air pollution by dust. A significant level of airborne dust is typical for plants of concrete products and structures. A physical model of the process of mixing of air pollution department, which includes the main stage of the contamination: education, allocation and distribution of pollutants. Ustanovnleno that the main objects of the physical model are contaminant technological raw materials, manufacturing equipment, the workplace air and the ground layer of the atmosphere.
