When designing engineering protection, it is necessary to use modern and progressive technologies. The technical decisions made must comply with the fundamentals of design - economic and operational efficiency. This article discusses the methods and principles of operation necessary for hazard assessment and the development of effective measures to prevent and reduce risks in the design, selection of optimal solutions and recommendations for the development of engineering protection projects. A section of a public highway of local significance in the Krasnodar Territory was selected during the survey. The materials of engineering and geological studies of the slope were used as initial data, which included reconnaissance route observations, engineering and geological workings with soil sampling, and determination of the physico-mechanical characteristics of the soils.

In the conditions of market economy economic using of agrolandscapes of the South of the European part of Russia isn't focused on the rigid rules' and norms' observance of the nature protection actions providing the protection of land resources from the degraded processes, therefore the problem of degraded agrolandscapes' improvement is quite actual.
In this article the author discovers the methodology of the degraded agrolandscapes rehabilitation and notes that it is possible either due to implementation of the nature protection actions directed on already caused damage's elimination or by the financial investments direсted on future ekologo-economic losses' decreasing.

Zoning of territories is one of the mechanisms of real estate management. Economic analysis of real estate includes consideration of the problems of spatial – economic development of real estate which exists in specially organized space. Difference in land value, expressed through economic parameters of real estate, forms the basis of territorial – economic zoning, definition of cost equivalent of real estate objects. Global practice shows, that it is increase of land value as a result of zonal-territorial policy realization that leads to the maximal economic benefit. Only joint influence on real estate objects and their spatial environment сan provide the best social and economic results.

The article is devoted to the formation of an evidence-based algorithm for strategic planning the urban city environment. The methodology of goal setting is the most important element in any science-based management, in the Russian strategic planning system of social and economic development the territories it is not fully used. In the majority of municipalities of Russia there are no quantitative targets for strategic development. The problem of formation targets for urban development causes the need of study the functional characteristics of the urbanized areas in the city. Authors considered features of a goal-setting in the strategic development plan of the urbanized territories, the main stages of functional approach to the integrated development of the city are studied, the structural and logical scheme of formation the complex strategy for town-planning development the urbanized territories is offered and described in detail. Formation of integrated program for development of the city is supposes the definition of target reference points in town-planning development enhancing their effectiveness by coordinating with the social, environmental and economic targets
