  • Features of electromechanical control of a complex power-generating unit with a vortex-type wind-conversion device

    This article discusses the features of the power plant control based on renewable energy sources for additional and emergency power supply of surface robotic systems. This kind of integrated power plant can be built on the basis of wind and solar energy converters and produce at least 10-15% of all electrical energy required for the vessel. For the most important element of the KSEU - wind power plant (wind), the Electromechanical torque control on the shaft of its rotor is considered. For this purpose, firstly, the problem of controlling the angular velocity of the rotor rotation by means of variable geometry elements (IEG) of the VEU of perspective type is solved. As an IEG, the tunable distance from the lower part of the rotor to the upper part of the lower guide structure of this wind turbine is considered. Simulation of the equations of the controller for the particular case of stabilization of the rotation speed of the rotor. Secondly, the structural scheme of electrical control of the output characteristics of the wind turbine is justified and the method of selection of some key elements of this scheme is given. Features of realization of the electric circuit of connection of VEU, solar panels (SP) and diesel generator set in uniform KSEU are considered. It is shown that the constructed integrated control system of wind turbines is able to effectively solve the problem of parrying external wind disturbances.

  • Decomposition of a complex dynamic system with a network architecture based on Cron's Diakoptic

    The paper presents a method for decomposition of a complex dynamic system with a network architecture based on the Crohn's diakoptic approach. The proposed method is aimed at the allocation of independent network segments, the removal of which from the general structure will not affect the overall performance of the system. Segments are formed as simple paths in the graph model of the system with the least weight of the incident edges and checking the condition for maintaining the product flow balance in the application to the transport task. In general, the decomposition method presented allows us to divide a complex technical object of the network architecture into subsystems, simplifying the process of analysis and management. In the case when the common control task and the dynamics of interaction of subsystems allow the system to be broken up into unconnected segments, or to limit interaction over certain lines, the method allows reducing the load on the transmitting elements of the system.

  • Numerical study of the heat sink with a change in the aggregate state of the working substance

    In the article, a numerical study of the heat sink with a change in the aggregate state of the oil is carried out. Simulation was carried out in Ansys Fluent CAD for two modes, static - with constant heating of the oil at 340K and dynamic, at which the heating temperature varied with time from 340K to 270K. Heat transfer in the event of a change in the aggregate state of a substance is widely used in cases where it is necessary to achieve the maximum efficiency of heat exchange. In this case, the energy is expended on the phase transition of the substance, for example, to evaporation from the liquid phase. The advantage of the heat-sink design described in this work is a rather high rate of heat transfer, greater resistance to various influences, including mechanical ones, which is primarily ensured by the simplicity of construction, eliminating the drawbacks of classical designs, which are cumbersome (the presence of an external cooling circuit ) and the limited rate of heat transfer.

  • The Basic Algorithm of Adaptive Management of the Synchronous Generator with a Reference Model

    The article discusses the the problem of controlling a synchronous generator, namely, maintaining the stability of the control object in the conditions of occurrence of noise and disturbances in the regulatory process. The model of a synchronous generator is represented by a system of differential equations of Park-Gorev, where state variables are computed relative to synchronously rotating d, q-axis. Management of synchronous generator is proposed to organize on the basis of the position-path control using algorithms to adapt with the reference model. Basic control law directed on the stabilizing indicators the frequency generated by the current and the required power level, which is achieved by controlling the mechanical torque on the shaft of the turbine and the value of the excitation voltage of the synchronous generator. Modification of the classic adaptation algorithm using the reference model, allowing to minimize the error of the reference regulation and the model under investigation within the prescribed limits, produced by means of the introduction of additional variables controller adaptation in the model. Сarried out the mathematical modeling of control provided influence on the studied model of continuous nonlinear and unmeasured the disturbance. Simulation results confirm the high level accuracy of tracking and adaptation investigated model with respect to the reference, and the present value of the loop error depends on parameters performance of regulator.

  • The analysis of monitoring results of the size and structure of a payment for accommodation in hostels of the higher education organizations

    In article questions of the centers of social tension in the student's environment are considered. As one of such centers the size and structure of a payment for accommodation in hostels of the educational organizations of the higher education acts. On tasks of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation a number of monitorings of cost of hostels is carried out, the comparative analysis is made, the received results are analysed, the corresponding conclusions are drawn.

  • Reducing the financial risks of a construction company by means of the diversification economic activity

    Each managing subject tries to lower level of risk factors for himself for the purpose of increase of efficiency of activity. One of options of minimization of losses and decrease in action of risk factors is the diversification consisting of distribution of means between various activities so that losses just seeing activity can be compensated by profit on other kind of activity of the managing subject.
    In article the diversification of economic activity connected with use by construction company of new production and marketing capabilities for the purpose of increase of efficiency of economic activity is considered.
    The decision on diversification as a way of decrease in risk of activity of the enterprise is accepted on the basis of correlation coefficient which shows degree of expressiveness of a tendency to changes of size of one variable at changes another. At value of coefficient of the correlation, equal to zero, lack of communication between variables is observed. If numerical value of coefficient of correlation is equal to unit, variables are connected by direct functional link, that is there are unidirectional changes of variables. At value of coefficient of the correlation, equal the minus to unit, between variables is observed the return functional communication testifying to a raznonapravlennost of change of variables. At value of coefficient of the correlation, equal or close a minus to unit, it is expedient to make the decision on carrying out diversification.
    The reasonable model of optimization of a choice of the customer is offered mathematically.

  • Synthesis of energy-efficient electric train traffic control algorithms in the conditions of overcoming the heterogeneities profile of the track

    In the paper we consider the energy efficiency of electric trains in overcoming the curved portion of the profile path. In this paper, were synthesized motion control algorithms that will help conserve energy resources by means of changes in traffic patterns electric depending on the profile path. The simulation electrorolling stock motion by offer the model showed a reduction in energy consumption compared to the nominal operation.

  • Topological defects are located on a spherical surface.

    The simulation of two-dimensional spherical crystals consisting of a large number of particles is carried out. These shells were analyzed based on their geometric structure and energy distribution. Various types of defects formed in a state of equilibrium  is considered. Being shown the ambiguity of the existing method of their interpretation. A new way of describing such defects in the close-packed two-dimensional crystals with different topology is suggested.

  • Capital structure determinants of construction companies

    This paper presents key capital structure determinants of construction companies and their impact on fund raising and financing mix formation in accordance with the conditions of construction activity. It was found that profitability and tangibility have a positive effect on leverage, risk - the negative and the effect of company size, assets growth rate and taxes is ambiguous.

  • Сontract net as a tool of transfer and split of project financing risks

    Contract organization of project finance allow to reduce the asymmetric information, limiting the possibility of opportunistic actions of each participant. The back-to-back principle, that is underlying for contractual arrangements, increases total project return and provides transfer and split of highest possible number of risks directly to the contractual counterparty, which is best suited and have the most appropriate instruments to cover this risks. Tripartite deeds of project financing can be considered as a cooperative non-zero sum game, which provides compensation in proportion to covered risk and member's contribution (extent of assumed obligations or provided funds). Multiple contracts of project finance initiatives allow to allocate risks pro rata the ability of participants, without reducing the amount of final win of all parties.

  • The formation of indicators system of a sustainable development of municipal territories

      The basis for building the effective system of making a decision on municipal level is necessary to develop an activities of sustainable development.
