  • Investigation of the distribution of non-stationary temperatures in building enveloping structures, taking into account the cracking

article is devoted to a question of calculation of non-stationary temperatures in cracks of residential buildings with application of numerical methods. Special attention is paid to the causes of cracks in the houses which are in the earned additionally territories of the miner's cities. By means of the program and element system of numerical modeling ANSYS the picture of distribution of cracks on a building facade is shown. The analytical method of calculation of non-stationary air temperatures consisting in application of projective methods of Galerkin is developed for cracks. Establishment of a profile of temperature and speed of air was result of a research on the basis of what it is possible to draw a conclusion that in the presence of cracks in external walls of buildings considerable indignations of the temperature field which are localized near a crack take place, and the sizes of area of distortion are defined by the sizes of the crack.

Keywords: nonstationary temperatures, numerical modeling, crack, uneven sediment, convection, thermal inertia, thermal conductivity, temperature profile, Galerkin method, dimensionless temperature

  • The application of numerical methods for solving air exchange problems through enclosing structures that have physical wear

The article is devoted to the problem of determining the air flow through cracks in the enclosing structures using numerical methods. Based on the study of the data obtained during the visual inspection, it was found that most of the apartment buildings have significant physical wear, which is mainly characterized by the presence of cracks. Particular attention is paid to the assumptions made for the design scheme. On the basis of the equations of dynamics and continuity, a mathematical model is obtained that allows one to predict the airflow through the crack

Keywords: physical wear, air mass flow rate, crack, permeation, water steam, heat and mass transfer, controlled environment, visual examination, air change, air permeance, numerical methods

This article deals with the problem of coping with changing climate environment in houses and close ties with wear and tear of buildings. The authors analyze the state of housing stock in town Shakhty and perspectives of improving people’s life quality. For this purpose, a number of full-scale studies were carried out to analyze defects of enclosing structures to prove that they are significantly connected with temperature environment of living quarters. To regulate the basic parameters, the authors choose an integrated monitoring system allowing the researchers to determine a special approach to assessing the buildings’ structure states based on joint result of examining building structure states and air environment.

Keywords: energy-savings, housing stock, wear, controlled environment, enclosing, temperature distribution, housing and communal sector
