  • Study of water pollution in Rostov-оn-Don

Is the result of long-term observations over the condition of water objects of the city of Rostov-on-Don. Status of water resources in the city of Rostov-on-Don, did not meet the requirements of the normative acts in the field of environmental protection Wednesday. The ability of the river Temernik River self-clean does not provide restore disturbed ecological balance and require the implementation of additional measures aimed at improving the condition of the water body. By changing the parameters of the river Temernik River and used for purifying algae observed decrease of contaminants into the River Don. Considered the objective of improving water hydraulics, hydraulic structures to ensure proper ecological state of these objects. Sources of water pollution are also unorganized flow of surface water from contaminated areas within the city, that degrades the performance of ecological purity of the hydrosphere region, its water balance. Hydrological and hydraulic processes in the urbanized territories are closely linked to environmental security. Address the issues of environmental security of waters of megalopolis based on monitoring the quality of natural waters in natural waters, developing recommendations and spending on their basis for the conservation and improvement of the status of water resources of the city, ensuring their safe use for the needs of the city's population.

  • Technology preparation of riverbed channels for lining сoncrete with film

"Abstract: Considered the challenges of providing improved water hydraulics, hydraulic structures. Proposed advanced technology preparation of riverbed channels and stacking lining сoncrete with film cladding on their surface, taking into account the requirements of modern engineering hydrology. Proposed solution to a technological problem to improve the design of channels through the device of combined lining сoncrete with film lining that ensures water-resistance wall channels and their durability, increase the reliability and security of channels as well as rational use of water resources. The developed technology takes into account the increased requirements to the preparation of the internal cross section of the channel to the project parameters and marks. Recommendations on application of the technology of manufacture of works involving technological complex of machines for lining concrete slabs channels with different depths, widths on the bottom and laying the slopes that will improve hydraulics waterworks-irrigation canals is due to reduction of hydraulic resistance in rivers. Describes the operation and production costs of the works that speak of improving the economic benefits of the proposed technology.

  • Evolution of the chemical composition of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere in the city

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the chemical composition of pollutants in the air basin of the Rostov Region. A retrospective analysis of the ecological situation for the period from 1991 to 2017 is presented. The assessment and analysis of the environmental situation with respect to pollution of the surface layer of the air basin in this region were carried out. The most effective methods and methods for reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere in this subject are proposed.

  • Monitoring of Toxic Air Contaminants in Southern Federal District

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of emission indicators from stationary sources and emissions from motor vehicles in the Rostov region and the city of Rostov-on-Don, as well as a comparative analysis for the two regions of the Southern Federal District. The forecast of the ecological situation is made and the adequacy of the proposed mathematical model is checked.
