  • In-situ regeneration of Co-Al2O3/SiO2 catalyst for high-performance synthesis of C19+ hydrocarbons by the Fischer-Tropsch method

    In present work, methods of in situ regeneration for the Co-Al2O3/SiO2 catalyst were studied. The activity and selectivity of the catalyst in the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis are shown, as well as the compositions of the products in different periods of its operation. Process parameters after regeneration regimes and before stabilization of catalyst activity were studied. The compositions of the products of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis after the renovation of the catalyst are analyzed and compared with the initial ones.

  • Technologies and perspectives of synthetic low pour point diesel fuel obtaining

    We described the technology of obtaining low pour point, winter and arctic diesel fuels from petroleum raw and found the way to realize it in Russian Federation. Was described the state of manufacture and quality requirements. We showed that synthetic motor fuels obtained from natural gases with GTL technology are perspective replacement for petroleum fuels. Using reference and patent data's, technology of the conversion Fischer - Tropsch products into synthetic diesel fuels with low Cloud point was reviewed. This technology applied on single-reactor process.

  • The pilot complex of full-cycle's of processing natural and petroleum gases into synthetic oil

    The full-cycle pilot complex was developed of conversion of natural and associated gases into synthetic hydrocarbons by the Fischer-Tropsch method. Including all general stages of GTL technology. The experimental studies on the motor fuels synthesis from "model' of the gas composition. Having of pre-reforming step determined of the need for removal of C2+ hydrocarbons, which leads to catalyst deactivation of conversion. Shown that the obtained synthesis-gas from conversion step may be used in the hydrocarbons synthesis by the Fischer-Tropsch method. The developed composite catalyst is allowing to obtain high-quality motor fuels from one-reactor method. The Uniting steps of hydrocracking and hydroisomerization of hydrocarbons from CO and H2.
