  • Intellectualization of the software of processing spatial data based on the ontology

    This article is about intellectualization of the software of processing spatial data. Solution of this problem based on using the ontology approach. Next tasks were solved to achieve the goal: to consider the analysis of the subject area, to create the ontology of considered subject area, to develop an algorithm of creating and integrating the ontology to the software of processing spatial data. This algorithm is allows to integrate spatial data from different storages. Also the structure of the ontology is considered in this article: what components are included in the ontology and how could we create it. The software Protégé is chosen from existing editors to create and edit the ontology.

  • Development of algorithm and software application for realization of mathematical model of liquid stream influence to the body

    The article describes development of the algorithm and realizing software application for mathematical model of stationary liquid stream influence to the spherical body under viscous film. The algorithm is designed to obtain the formula for calculating of stationary liquid stream influence to the spherical particle. Realizing software application is created. In Russia all rights for the software application are protected by the state certificate of computer program registration.

  • Rising functional and technological efficiency of a log truck hydraulic manipulator

    One of the problems with exploitation of log trucks is damage to equipment during the process of transportation of wood material and during loading-unloading operations. The authors of the paper suggest equipping a log truck with an innovative protective butting device in order to increase reliability and work efficiency of the hydraulic manipulator. This device will allow aligning the sawn wood ends of wood products, and thus it will allow excluding a chance of protruding of sawn wood ends at an inadmissible scale which prevents forming a neighboring pack of wood products. The device will also allow excluding mechanical damages of a hydraulic manipulator by sawn wood ends of wood products being laid on a load platform. This will increase its reliability and will reduce the expenses on repair works.

  • Automating the process of determining the reference lines on the X-ray medical images

    There is developed a method for automating the process of finding reference lines and angles on the medical X-ray images. It is required to find the values of these characteristics between the distal femur and proximal tibia, for which task it is necessary to determine the joint line of each bone and anatomical line. The paper presents a scheme of the automated determining of boundaries of areas and constructing reference angles and lines. Automatic construction of the lines permits to estimate the state of the patient with the help of a number of known parameters characterizing angles. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the time spent on the analysis of the X-ray image, and make its estimate in the case when the radiologist cannot make the exact diagnosis. The created software product has demonstrated high efficiency of the proposed scheme of analysis.

  • Experimental evaluation of the signal / noise ratio for space communication systems

    The paper considers the method of experimental evaluation of the signal / noise ratio in relation to space communication systems.   • Assessment of air quality of the urban environment on the basis of the average balance of the integral criterion of atmospheric pollution

    The article is devoted to the calculation and assessment of background pollution of the atmosphere srednebalansovogo integral criterion for the studied regions of Volgograd for the years 2010-2013. Assessing the background air pollution, and creating a map of alternative sites for new industrial construction, is determined srednebalansovy integral criterion of pollution of the atmosphere of the study area. This requires calculation of the average concentration of harmful substances in each group summation of polluting the area. The data obtained were built integral and differential distribution function srednebalansovogo integral criterion of atmospheric pollution for Volgograd regions. According to the analysis the greatest volume of air pollution falls on Central and Traktorozavodskiy districts, which corresponds to the results of the calculations of the specific pollution load on the atmosphere of the city.

  • Method of definition of the amplitude-phase distribution in quasi-circular antenna array

    An algorithm for the synthesis of the amplitude-phase distribution in quasi-circular antenna array for a given amplitude-phase radiation pattern is considered in the article. Selection of amplitude-phase radiation pattern as the set is due to the ability to use the most simple method of amplitude-phase synthesis of amplitude-phase radiation pattern. The predetermined amplitude-phase radiation pattern parameters (width of main lobe, level of side-lobes) are selected on the basis of physically realizable amplitude-phase pattern. The amplitude-phase radiation pattern may be formed using an circular or linear antenna. The solution is reduced to the formation of an overdetermined system of linear algebraic equations for the unknown complex amplitudes of the excitation currents in quasi-circular antenna array. The coefficients of the unknowns in the system of equations are amplitude-phase radiation pattern each of emitters for certain number of angular. The number of lines exceeds the number of emitters in a part of the antenna. The question of the possibility of saving the amplitude-phase radiation pattern parameters in the transition from the ring to the quasi-circular antenna array are discussed. Achieved mean square difference between the ring and the amplitude-phase distribution pattern quasi-circular antennas does not exceed 0,001.

  • The algorithm for automated controlling in educational institutions

    The article is dedicated to the automated controlling system in educational institutions, schools, for example. The system considers the indicators of the teacher’s reporting, forms the formalization of indicators. The controlling algorithm is described in the article. The proposed criteria, for automated controlling in the school, are analyzed. For the design of the information controlling system, the software complex Cobra has been used.

  • Optimization of design and technology of the horizontal shaft paddle mixer SG-2

    The work carried out to optimize the design and manufacturing process of the main working element of the horizontal mixer - paddle shaft. Achieved reduction in metal consumption and labor input shaft, improved mechanical properties of the elements of his installation. This allowed for the production of products of the required quality at substantially lower cost of production process.

  • To the theory of diffraction of surface waves on the open end of the planar compositional structure with a synthetic environment

    The results of an analytical study of diffraction of surface waves in anisotropic gradient open planar structures were presented in this work. The solutions of the wave equation and the possible values ​​of the constants of propagation for waves in the complex plane transverse wave numbers were found. We obtained a graphical expression of the reflection coefficient of the first guided magnetic modes from the given size of the cross-structure for different values ​​of the gradient parameters in the transverse profiles of the elements of the dielectric tensor of waveguide layer. We finally showed the possibility of practical applications of all results.

  • Simulation of the field distribution in magnetic systems of electrical devices with the use of non-linear multipoles

    The simulation of the magnetic field distribution in magnetic conductors of electrotechnical devices for the purpose of assessment of their characteristics in the operation modes is considered. The task has a form of the boundary value problem for the elliptic type equation in the ferromagnetic environment with nonlinear characteristics. We suggest using block elements in the form of arbitrary configured multipolar networks in the combination with nonlinear multangulars. The veber-ampere characteristics of the multipolar network are the result of a single solution of the boundary value problems for the multangulars forming block elements. The boundary value problems are solved using a complex finite element method, which provides direct solution for equations of constraints between magnetic strains and multipole fluxes. The nonlinearity of the characteristics is taken into account as a result of calculating the field distribution at the boundary of the multipoles by correcting the magnetic permeabilities of the block elements, which is performed iteratively.

  • Method for assessing the consequences of logging operations

    In the article we consider the problem of carrying out aerial photography at survey of cuttings, which has arisen in connection with acceptance of new edition of the Forest Code of the Russian Federation. As a solution of this problem the author has offered a technique of survey of cuttings from UAVs (drones). Moreover, in this article author has offered options on selection of models, modifications of drones and the software.

  • An improved method of FPGA implementation of systems of logical functions specified in PDNF

    At present, field programmable gate arrays are in high demand at design of automation and control devices. The basis of field programmable gate array logic element is the generator of functions of N variables, which is often called Look-up Table (LUT). LUT is based on a multiplexer and constructed as a tree of elementary multiplexers 2:1. LUT tuning is realizing by loading the constants to the inputs of static random access memory. At the article the simplest LUT with one variable is analyzed in detail. But the existing logical element has a deficiency. It is that M LUTs are required to implement M logic functions. In the CMOS transistors used in the LUT, drain nodes and sources are equivalent which allows reversing the signals. Based on this, there is proposed the LUT decoder (DC-LUT). A detailed description of the DC-LUT is provided at the article. The implementation of DC-LUT with a large number of variables is also considered. The proposed structure of DC-LUT allows implementing a system of logical functions that depend on conjunctions of a perfect disjunctive normal form more effective, in contrast with the existing solution.

  • Stress-deformed state of pipe behavior during roll-forming withincomplete coverage of the pipe perimeter

  • Automation of synthesis of virtual models of technological equipment in computer-aided programming systems of multi-axis CNC machines

    In this paper, we describe the developed formalized method for the synthesis of virtual models of process equipment that allows in computer-aided programming systems of multi-axis CNC machines to associate a mathematical model of the machines and their three-dimensional models in a single model and also automates the process of creating virtual models of machine tools of various types in these systems.

  • Automated hydraulic loading station for power static testing of composite material products

    In this paper, main technical characteristics, a technical structure and a structural arrangement of the hydraulic loading station are presented. Presented control system’s structure makes it possible to solve the reproduction problem for axial, shearing forces and moments with the required accuracy using preset speeds.

  • Formation and processing of cognitive and parametrical information on a session of network tutoring

    Article contains the control system of distance learning with use of educational resources where the purpose of management set upgrading of tutoring by means of modification of content and the interface of an educational resource, for increase in number of the fissile users is described. Authors offered the motivation mechanism of users to sessions continuation of tutoring by means of behavioural interactive notices on the basis of data from a condition assessment subsystem of the trainee. Effectiveness of the offered mechanism is proved by urgent statistical data.

  • Development of a conceptual problem-oriented metamodel of figurative representation of complex system on the basis of a geographic information system

    This paper presents use metasystem approach to creation of complex system model. An opportunity to synthesize quantitative and qualitative models of separate subsystems in the form of a metamodel of complex system is distinctive feature of metasystem approach. Such approach gives the chance to develop and correct both the purposes of functioning of system, and a way of their achievement. The model of a geographic information system (GIS) acts as a metamodel basis. The GIS model integrates, processes and traces existential and coordinate information. The model of a geographic information system is in turn described as set of model of measurement of a condition of system and model of measurement of state of environment, including sets of rules, procedures and measuring means are considered. Separately in article the question of redundancy of data for which solution it is offered to use the National Instruments PXI platform which is turning on the reconfigurable input-output module (R-series module) is considered.

  • Computer modelling of X-ray images obtained with mobile customs inspection systems

    The algorithm for computer simulation of x-ray images of mobile inspection systems is considered. Educational software which implements this algorithm is described. The goal is to develop the software that not only allows to view the final x-ray image but to design complex scene of 3d objects in interactive way and then use it to render the x-ray projection. The parameters required for precise and realistic x-ray image simulation are considered. They are the objects geometry and position, size and position of the detector and radiation source, the beam energy and other characteristics. Next, the algorithm and formulas for projection of 3D object onto detectors pane are given. Then, the algorithm for calculation of pixel color in greyscale is provided. It is based on traditional ray tracing algorithms like z-buffer used in computer graphics. The input data is the scene of complex 3D objects designed with built-in 3D editor in stereolithographic format. The file in stereolithographic format is used both to store the scene geometry and the characteristics of materials associated to its objects. The distance traveled by the beam inside the object is calculated using the ordered list of the mesh nodes of the object. As the basis of this algorithm is the law of attenuation for X-rays the attenuation coefficients stored in database are also used. Finally the picture of example 3D scene with hidden prohibited goods and rendered x-ray image with these goods visible are provided.

  • Deprivation attitude of students by Academy of architecture and building of DSTU

    The results of the pilot survey conducted in late 2016 are presented. The purpose of the measurement was identifying deprivation of students as a characteristic indicator of political tension among the youth. The cognitive component of the perception of their relative deprivation was determined by direct survey. Using the obtained results the distribution function of these parameters according respondents was constructed. In the whole group it was received a fairly low declared level of deprivation. The sub-group with low and average level is 92% and only 8% of respondents noted the high level of this indicator. Interpretation of survey data was conducted using the early developed psychosemantic phenomenological stochastic model. In the model the relationship of level of emotional perception with the received data was determined stochastic integral-differential equation. It had a Monte Carlo in the multi-agent simulation package AnyLogic. In the end, the statistical characteristics such as the distribution function for affective perception of the relative deprivation according respondents were determined. In the whole group affective component is higher than the declared cognitive one. It is suggesting the need for assessments of deprivation using not only the cognitive measure, but also affective measure. In particular, the proportion of respondents with high deprivation according to this estimation higher than that obtained by direct survey and is 12%. This part of respondents is a subgroup of the risk opportunities for the development of the protest.
