  • Ignitability and smoking capability of epoxy composite materials Part 1

    Interference of mineral fillers, phosphor and chloride contained plasticizes, bromine contained fireproofing compounds and ferrocene derivatives to thermal stability, ignitability and smoking capability of epoxy composite materials was under consideration. The authors have eliminated that the phosphate plasticizes do not affect practically to epoxy polymers' combustibility, but to reduce smoking capability of composites. Different types of mineral fillers by concentration less then 45% by mass do insignificantly affect ignitability of epoxy composites. Different types of aromatic bromine contained additive fireproofing compounds do not affect to combustibility of such composites. The ferrocene derivatives surpass the ferrocene by effectiveness of smoke redesign. Correlation of the oxygen index with limiting oxygen concentration, heat of burring and critical density of heat flow graph was shown up. The main service properties and the data of inflammability of original patented composites are presented.

  • PHIL simulation of multifunctional modular systems. Conditions for choosing a model

    In the article possibilities and elements for PHIL simulation of multifunctional modular systems (MFMS) are considered. For this purpose, mathematical studies of such systems were carried out, the tasks of their basic elements were singled out, and the main task was to create a universal modular model. The structure of the energy MFMS and its problems from the position of graph theory are determined. The analysis of the existing methods of PHIL simulation is presented, as well as the structure of the simulated fragment of the system at the junction of the two modules is defined with using the "coupling" method of the scheme. As a result, conclusions were drawn about the possibility of applying a PHIL simulation to the MFMS.

  • Research of influence of parameters of triangulation in the environment of the programmatic complex SAPPHIRE on the results of calculation.

    Modern programmatic complexes, supporting BIM technologies, allow in the automatic mode to carry out a transition from the 3d-модели of building to the model analytical, and then to the calculation certainly to the element model of building, the calculation of that is conducted with the use of programmatic complexes being based on the use of method of eventual elements. The results of calculation of different variants of the net of eventual elements, generated by facilities of the programmatic complex SAPPHIRE, are considered in the article. As a model for a calculable experiment the fragment of monolithic multistory girderless framework is accepted. The knot of leaning of flag on a column was designed both with the use of absolutely hard body and without him. The step of triangulation was varied in limits a from 1/35 to 1/5 span. The article of analysis is choose the area of lower longitudinal armature along the axis "Х" in the middle of flight.   • Rising functional and technological efficiency of a log truck hydraulic manipulator

    One of the problems with exploitation of log trucks is damage to equipment during the process of transportation of wood material and during loading-unloading operations. The authors of the paper suggest equipping a log truck with an innovative protective butting device in order to increase reliability and work efficiency of the hydraulic manipulator. This device will allow aligning the sawn wood ends of wood products, and thus it will allow excluding a chance of protruding of sawn wood ends at an inadmissible scale which prevents forming a neighboring pack of wood products. The device will also allow excluding mechanical damages of a hydraulic manipulator by sawn wood ends of wood products being laid on a load platform. This will increase its reliability and will reduce the expenses on repair works.

  • Effect of a structuring additive on the physical and mechanical properties of non-autoclaved aerated concrete

    This article considers the influence of a structuring additive on the physical and mechanical properties of aerated concrete. As a structuring additive, a by-product was introduced into the composition of the aerated concrete mixture by cutting the top layer of the "gorbuschka" in an amount of 10 to 30%. Comparative analysis of the results of physical and mechanical tests of aerated concrete samples with different amount of structuring additive showed that its introduction increases the compressive strength, while simultaneously increasing the density of aerated concrete. At the same time, the value of the constructive quality factor in GB4 (with 20% of the "gorbuschka") is 20.4% higher than in GB2 (with 30% of the "gorbuschka") and 31% higher than for the aerated concrete base composition GB1 (control) that allowed us to take him for the optimal composition in further research.

  • Parallel coupled resonator filters

    Modelling and experimental research of filter onhalf-wave resonators with quarter-wavelength links was made. The following experimental result were received: - center frequency was 3.7 GHz; - passband width was 230 MHz; - losses in the passband were not more than 4 dB; - bkocking at tuning ± 200 MHz was not less than 40 dB. It is recommended to use the filter in a microwave receiver input circuit.

  • To the question of reinforcement bezbalochnyh floors using PC SAPPHIRE

    In the article the results of reinforcement of monolithic reinforced concrete slab bezbalochnyh, different parameters of a finite element mesh, under other equal characteristics. Of course cell model was created by means of PC SAPPHIRE with subsequent transfer of analytical model in LIRA-CAD when creating analytical models used three variants of triangulation, namely: rectangular, triangular and adaptive step triangulation ranged over a wide range-from 1/6 up to 1/30 span. Bearing slabs at columns was carried out on two variants : using an absolutely rigid body and without it. The subject analysis of selected area of the upper longitudinal bearing fittings. During the analysis process was investigated the influence of automatic finite element mesh triangulation on anchor square fittings. Found that in all cases an increase in triangulation step reduces the required for calculating the square top of the longitudinal reinforcement. This reduction may reach 85%, and in case of insufficient quality control finite element mesh is going to cause a serious error in the calculation. When automatically generating a mesh leaf size can significantly exceed step triangulation. All meshes with the zone of transition from AGT to the plate in the form of triangles effect is observed the increase required for calculating reinforcement as you go further away from the brink of columns, that in our view it is illogical. Practical value as the most simple way, has the option of split slabs into rectangular finite elements with a size equal to or slightly greater than the section of the column. without the use of absolute hard bodies.
