  • Theoretical understanding of the features of the tactics of interrogation of persons with mental disorders

The material provides an analysis of cross-cutting issues of tactics of interrogation of persons with mental disorders; The author focuses on the fact that investigated the problem is quite complex in terms of legal, criminological, criminal law, medical-social and psychological aspects. The purpose of research - the study of tactical and procedural features of interrogation of persons with mental disorders. Methods. The methodological basis of the study constitute a universal method of knowledge, reflecting the dialectical relationship of theory and practice, as well as other proven methods of scientific research: the method of theoretical analysis of the sources of the problem, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, sociological, psychological and statistical methods (study and analysis of the content of the materials criminal cases and statistical data, questionnaires, survey). Results. Thus, analyzing the modern ideas of scientists and practitioners concerning the use of the terms "mental disorders", "mental illness", "mental deficiencies" and so on., We can conclude that it is more correct to use the term "mental disorder"; defects psyche available to all categories of persons under interrogation, it is a very complex and diverse phenomenon and should be the subject of study sciences such as criminal law, process, criminology, criminal law enforcement, forensic psychiatry and criminology; legal psychology.

  • Nanostructured Composites Based on Interpenetrated Polymer Networks Nonisocyanate Polyurethanes Based on Cyclic Carbonates and Nanostructured Composites Part I

Recent advances in chemistry and technology of nonisocyanate polyurethane (NIPU) materials based on cyclic carbonate oligomers are reviewed in this paper. Reaction of the cyclic carbonate and amino groups results in β-hydroxyurethane fragments with specific properties. Primary attention is given to the hybrid materials that contain epoxy and acrylic compounds, especially materials based on renewable raw materials. Hybrid organic composites comprising of silanes are also considered. An overview of the recent publications in this field is provided with a more detailed description of achievements by the authors and their corporate employees. The use of NIPU materials as coatings, adhesives, and foams is described.

  • The horseshoe is a symbol of Nalchik in the architecture of CBD capital city

The authors, based on the study of historical materials, analysis of architectural solutions constructed buildings, as well as the design of local architects, associate a symbol, Nalchik - a Shoe with his name. On the basis of various examples show the use of the symbol of the city - horseshoe as an architectural element (image) buildings and structures (entry sign, in Nalchik, the architect W. H. Carter; project stables Nalchik Hippodrome, architect W. L. Aliev; the reconstruction project of the shopping center "Nalchik", architects design Studio "KabBalktelecom"; project Newsstand, in Nalchik, the architect W. L. Eliev). The authors emphasize a pretty bad use of the symbol of the city horseshoe in the reconstruction of the shopping center "Nalchik": designed space-sham construction on the corner of the building facing the intersection of two main avenues, Nalchik, etc. to them. Kuliev, etc. to them. Lenin. In the final part of the article the authors recommend local architects often prinosit national motifs (based on the rich national culture of the indigenous peoples inhabiting the Republic) in the development of their projects, and to use the symbol, Nalchik is a horseshoe, as the architectural tectonics in the projected buildings.

  • Energy conservation during treatment of sewage from populated area

At present an important role in solving energy conservation problem is assigned to thermal pumping plants (TPP). Using processes of evaporation and condensation of easily boiling liquid circulating in the system they extract low potential heat from environmental objects and provide heat supply for buildings, constructions, greenhousee and so on. Artificial sources of low potential heat for TPP of different capacity can be, for instance, ventilation air and exhaust gases, circulating and waste water, ground. Energy efficient reasonability of TPP use in the system of water disposal for the town of Novocherkassk in Rostov region is considered. Calculations indicate that there is a technical potential to replace a boiler house operating on expensive gas fuel and emissing into the atmospere more than 850 t of carbon dioxide - greenhouse gas - with ecologically clean TPP, one of which uses heat of waste water and the other - heat of ground.

  • Finite element analysis of the applicability of the applied theories of calculation of piezoelectric device of energy storage of stack configuration

This paper considers basic element of device of energy storage which is a piezoelectric generator (PEG) of cylindrical form with the attached inertial mass. A finite element modeling of the device operation is carried out during active load in the external circuit. The main purpose of the operation is to compare the output potential and frequency characteristics of the device known in the literature models of systems with concentrated parameters. On the basis of these models, we can receive the analytical dependence of parameters of PEG with its geometric characteristics and mechanical properties of the used materials. However, the question of the range of applicability of these formulas is still open. In this paper, based on the numerical analysis of finite element models of PEG in package ANSYS, we obtained comparison with the analytical formulas that show the values of some parameters of simplified models and set the boundaries of their applicability.
