  • Vector-scalar characteristics of structural noise in building constructions

    In the various methods of non-destructive testing, which working with the deformation fields, diagnostic accuracy is largely dependent on the intensity of structural noise caused by small-scale irregularities of building structures. In this paper we investigate the effectiveness of using a vector-scalar receiving systems for diagnostics of vibration and defectoscopy of building structures. Comparative analysis of the fluctuations of the scalar and energy flux components of the structural noise acoustic field was conducted using computer simulation. Suppression of this noise contributes to a more precise localization of defects in constructions. The study was conducted in view of the fact that the component of the stream of the acoustic field, for which the intensity of the structural noise is minimal, is measured indirectly, using two sensors: scalar and vector. It is shown that the use of energy flux component can increase the detection efficiency.

  • The algorithms of strategies’ synthesis in three-criterial problem of single-processor servicing in stationary objects grouping

    The maintenance model of group of stationary objects in a one-dimensional working area by moving processor is considered. The processor performs one-step service cycle without interruptions, which begins and ends at the base point. For every object assumed to be given its location, the required length of service, an early start of service and function of the individual fines. We study the problem of multiple criteria, where total traveled processor length, time of return of the processor in the base point after the service of all objects of a given group and the total fine value of all objects act as minimized criteria. The solution is performed using formulas based on the principle of dynamic programming, and also based on the ideology of evolutionary genetic algorithms. When using dynamic programming we study questions of construction of complete sets of effective assessments. The problems of comparing two sets of estimates, the computational complexity, an example and results of the experiments are considered.

  • Mathematical model of implicit-pole synchronous generator of mini-CHP

    In this paper we propose mathematical model of implicit-pole synchronous generator of mini-CHP. The model is based on a full Park-Gorev differential equation. The saturation of the machine is taken by using the method of partial magnetic characteristics. This method allows most accurate evaluation of the change of parameters of an equivalent circuit of the nonsalient-pole generator in the absence of information about the magnetic properties of the machine. The model is Implemented in Simulink. Application of the model is possible when calculating the steady-state and transients in distribution electrical net wich contains implicit-pole synchronous generators.

  • Simulation of the design activity diversification of innovative enterprise

  • Concrete coatings with ribbed plate variable effort along the span prestressed

    The paper presents a new constructive solutions of concrete ribbed slabs with prestressed reinforcement coating , in which the edges stretched zones have stepped shape. This helps outline the cliff high prestressed reinforcement along the length of the element that allows you to increase the utilization rate of reinforcement in comparison with a standard solution.

  • Concentration dependence of Raman spectra of binary molten salt systems with a common anion

    The values the frequencies of the stretching vibrations of nitrit-, nitrat- and perclorat- anions in molten salts of alkali metals and their point group symmetry. There is a correlation with an increase in the frequency of symmetry.

  • Approximation of temperature dependences of the basic MOSFET parameters for engineering applications

    The experimental temperature dependences of the basic MOSFET parameters (the transconductance parameter and threshold voltage) in a wide temperature range covering both cryogenic temperature and regular temperatures are considered. The methods which acceptable for engineering practice and allow to approximate the experimental temperature dependences of the basic MOSFET parameters by the simple analytical expressions in the form of linear or power functions are presented. The investigated MOSFETs was designed for work as active elements of amplifying devices. Temperature dependences of the basic MOSFET parameters are needed for estimation of the sensitivity, prediction of uptime and optimizing the choice of refrigerant for low-noise amplifiers.

  • Comparison of Raman amplification parameters in photonic crystals of different configuration

    The optimization of multilayered one-dimensional nonlinear structure of Raman amplifier of optical signals consisted of alternate active nonlinear metal layers and passive dielectric has been studied. The amplification of the reflected and passed field energy was calculated for different structure types. The effective replacement of passive layers by active media in the middle and in the end of structure has been demonstrated.

    In this article, the author refers to the socio-cultural study of the educational system, considering it in the institutional and systemic aspects. The author focuses on the many aspects of the concept of "education." According to the author, the complexity of the essential and functional characteristics of education implies the need for an integrated approach in its study, and allows us to consider education as a social institution and as a social and cultural phenomenon. The author refers to the analysis of the various stages in the development of the education system, formulating a conclusion about the need to bring the institutional characteristics of the education system in line with the demands and challenges of modern society.   • Research of movement of logging trucks using systems GPS-monitoring

    Presented the results of investigation of the motion of logging trucks using systems GPS-monitoring. Is investigated change of output per shift productivity ​​calculated for considering  trains when moving at a distance of 150 to 500 km in increments of 50 km. Examined the effect of distance of transportation and standard deviation values ​​of speed on change the output per shift productivity. More than that was is studied the influence of transport distance and shift productivity values ​​on the change the cost of removal of 1 cubic meter of timber harvested.

  • Systematic approach to the problem of spatial information usage for decision-making support of regional executive agencies

    The article examines the use of spatial information to support decision-making of the regional executive agencies. The results of system analysis of the problem of using spatial information in the activities of regional executive agencies are provided. On the basis of the provided system analysis with applying of systems engineering principles the functional and informational models of process of the decision-making support  were developed for the executive agency of large industrial region (on the example of Bashkortostan Republic).
