  • Mathematical model and optimization of parameters of work of a lamellar recuperator

    Use nonconventional and renewables has important economic value for energy saving. Lamellar recuperators are applied to a reuse of heat of departing air in system of ventilation of buildings. Its functional mathematical model is developed for increase of energy efficiency and optimization of parameters of work of a lamellar recuperator. On the basis of mathematical model the criterion of optimization is defined and optimum modes of functioning of a recuperator of ventilating air are established. As a result of researches it is established that the heating of external air is necessary for increase of overall performance of a recuperator before an entrance to a recuperator. For the solution of this task it is offered to use soil the heat exchanger.

  • Logistic organization of integrated development of mass low-rise housing construction

    In the article the author considers the problematic aspects and empirical complexities of the modern process of institutionalization of the market of countryside low-rise housing construction. Basing on the results of his studies of the modern market practice of the development of mass low-rise housing construction the author substantiates the necessity of formation the logistic model of integrated and organized development of low-rise housing construction, implementation of which will allow to launch the process of institutionalization of the market of housing and communal services that will provide the extension of possibilities for integrated infrastructural preparation of the territories at the expense of deepening the institutional and operational integration of operators of the market of low-rise house building and the market of housing and communal services. From the author's point of view, the effective institutionalization of the process of the extended development of integrated low-rise housing construction can be ensured on the basis of the logistic linking of all parts of construction industry which are integrated into the model of public-private partnership on construction of engineering and communal infrastructure in the system of low-rise housing construction in the framework of the new technological and economic structure which provides the possibility for civilized development of the countryside cottage settlements, integrated development of which makes one of the basic conditions for formation of their long-term market attractiveness and also in future competition with the countryside multi-apartment housing.   • Design of hot water-supply using renewable energy sources

    "Application of solar energy in supplying various infrastructure units is urgent these days. Traditionally these were the centralized urban heating systems, which were used for heating buildings. The suggested heating system is composed of solar collectors with a total area of 44.16 m2 and with a volume flow of hot water to the consumer of 1.5 m3/h. Computer-aided heating circuit consists of traditional circuits, composed of solar collectors, circulation pump and a lamellar heat exchanger. Additionally, the scheme is extended by a fixed temperature water tank and a circuit, which interfaces the heating systems. They will be in their turn separated by a heat exchanger. The equipment also provides an opportunity of organizing a reverse pairing with the heating systems to return the excess heat into the network. This scheme has several modes of operation. In the conditions of nighttime, cloudy afternoon, light fog or smog water heating is provided by a central source. If during daytime, while being heated directly by the sun the water gets overheated the overheated water discharge mode is switched on automatically to discharge excess heat to a central heating system. The scheme provides for a “solar connectors and central source of heat parallel operation mode” to maintain the desired temperature, for example in the morning. According to the results of observations the share of water heating due to the solar collectors in summer is on average about 75%. Shared usage of central source of heat and solar collectors allows to efficiently use the available energy resources."

  • Principles of risk management system of investment and construction projects urban territoties development

    The article is devoted to the formation of scientific and methodological basis of socio -ecological and socio-economic risks that arise in urban areas in the process of realization investment and construction projects for the development of the urban environment. The authors identified the contradictions economic substantiation of development projects of territorial development and socio- environmental factors, the adverse effects of their realization, on the basis of which concluded the need for modernization of the basic principles of risk management for sustainable development of urban territories . The article proposes a set of principles that are required for the formation of an effective system of risk management of investment and construction projects of development of urban territories, which includes five interrelated principles : the principle of the matter of feasibility activity, the principle of optimization of protection, the principle of an integrated estimation of the danger, the principle of ecosystem sustainability, the principle of "the polluter pays". The proposed principles will gain the efficiency of the analysis and selection of projects for realization only able to provide the highest level of security and stability of the socio- economic sector of the city.

  • Logistic organization of complex development of mass housing low construction

    In our country creation of country housing real estate was slowed down due to the lack of necessary infrastructure, and also high level of cost at its creation. The main factor promoting development of mass low housing, existence of the corresponding infrastructure and necessary communications, and also in certain cases objects of social infrastructure is.
      It is impossible to forget and the problems arising by consideration of potential of development of low housing: infrastructure dilapidation; small number of free land fund; complexity of preparation of infrastructure of the territory; difficulties in search of financial resources; small susceptibility of branch to innovative processes.
      The scientific logistic model of the organization of the mass low housing construction, considering creation of necessary objects of infrastructure for building is offered. Now need of strategically planned coordination of business and the state is the only way to the solution of infrastructure and other tasks connected with development of low housing construction from developers and builders.

      Now the close attention is paid to a subject of low construction. It is caused by that this category of housing is the perspective direction of development of housing stock of the Russian Federation as corresponds to such criteria as availability, convenience, speed of construction and environmental friendliness. On the basis of the analysis of classification signs author's classification of objects of low construction depending on a site, level the income is given, to periodicity of accommodation, existence of the land lot, quantity of floors, constructive decisions, qualities of furnish, a view of the uninhabited square, existence of additional structures, safety, such as the settlement, quality of architectural study. Questions of town-planning regulation and stages of preparation of territories of low construction are mentioned.
