  • Benchmarking as a marketing technology of the competitive characteristics

    This article discusses current issues of modern use of the benchmarking system on the example of the clothing companies. Benchmarking is able to dramatically affect the economic and marketing activities of enterprises, as well as foster a constructive dialogue between business structures. Research results revealed the garment industry in the Rostov region, related to the type Brand Non-Recognition and Brand Recognition.

  • The base organisation as a key link in branch system of an estimation and certification of qualifications

    In article it is constructed трехзвенная model of participants of branch system of an estimation and certification of the qualifications, including the branch base organisation, the ekspertno-methodical centre and set of the centres of an estimation and certification of qualifications. The role of the base organisation in the given system is shown. Character of interaction of the branch base organisation with the basic participants of system of an estimation and certification of qualifications at level отрасле is defined. The basic functions of the branch base organisation are allocated and the order of its functioning is defined. The interrelation of the branch base organisation with participants of national system of an estimation and certification of the qualifications, presented by the Socially-state council and the base organisation - National agency of development of qualifications is shown.

  • Comparative study of the catalytic activity Pt/C and PtхNi/C materials in the oxygen electroreduction

    The catalytic activity of Pt/C and PtxNi/C electrocatalysts prepared by  borohydride methode was studed. It was established that the specific activity  of fresh prepared Pt3,7Ni/C  catalyst  in oxygen  electroreduction  reaction is higher in compare with Pt/C material. After treatment of Pt3,7Ni/C material in the hot acid  nickel in the surface layers of nanoparticles was dissolved and the composition of nanoparticles was changed to Pt5,6Ni. The electrochemical surface area of the Pt5,6Ni catalyst and specific activity was slightly decreased after corrosion treatment.

  • Механизмы идентификации точек контакта с клиентом как инструмент повышения степени удовлетворенности качеством предоставляемой услуги

    В данной статье приводятся примеры стандартных и не стандартных точек контакта с потенциальными клиентами, описаны механизмы их выявления, а также приведены примеры из практического опыта работы авторов по данной теме. Дано определение понятию «клиентоориентированнсть» с точки зрения клиента, и предложены варианты, где применима данная стратегия. Поднят вопрос о качестве обслуживания и что стоит за этим пониманием для клиента, чего он ждет от сферы услуг и на что рассчитывает. В статье рассмотрены этапы анализа точек контакта, приведены примеры влияния этих точек на формирование лояльного отношения клиента к качеству услуг.

      The purpose of this work is identification of optimum methods of an as-sessment of a resistance to stress in work of the modern organizations of a services sector.
