  • Features of technical risk assessment under non-deterministic stochastic parameters

The quantitative methods of risk assessment of technological processes of manufacture and the analysis of level of deficiency of products in the conditions of nondeterministic stochastic parameters are considered. The properties defining reliability of process are its controllability, stability and reproducibility. The main methodical device by assessment and the analysis of these properties are provisions of standards on statistical methods of quality control. In the analysis and assessment of risk it is necessary to consider that borders of a tolerance zone of parameters of products and control limits of reliability of technological processes of its production are always considered as acceptable (admissible) risk levels. Overcoming these levels is considered a negative consequence in the form of increase in level of deficiency of products and decrease in accuracy of technological processes of its production. Technical solutions are always bound to risk as it is never impossible to be sure of the end estimated result in advance. To check whether this risk was justified, it is possible always only after realization of technical solution and approach of an undesirable event. Therefore technical activity in principle can't be completely free from any risk, and it is always necessary to go on necessary and justified risk consciously.

  • The reliability model of the partial failure in the technical system

In the article, the authors present the results of studies related to the effect of partial failures (PF) on the reliability characteristics of the system, determined through the probability of continuous operation over the interregional period under the conditions of continued operation after PF. The computational model is based on the assumption that the process of continuing to function after a spacecraft can be considered as redundancy by substitution, when the reserve appears capable of performing post-failure functions, but with some change in the reliability characteristics. The entire work interval is divided into separate sections inside, which the technical system operates with new reliability characteristics, with the sequential occurrence of several PF. A model with an exponential law of distribution of probabilities of partial failures is considered. It is believed that testing the device of the entire interregional period without a complete failure can be characterized as the product of the probabilities of the absence of a complete failure on the considered time interval, the absence of the occurrence of destructive external influences exceeding the critical values, the error-free processing of the program by the expert system and the absence of errors in the operator's actions. The results of the illustrative calculation are presented and conclusions are made.

  • The structure and mathematical models of the information system "Аluminum melt Mixer"

An important aspect in the creation of information and training systems for training and advanced training of technological personnel of industrial enterprises is the development and implementation of mathematical models of the studied technological processes at the stage of forming algorithmic and software of such systems. The considered information and training system is associated with the blending and casting of aluminum alloys of various grades. The system contains the necessary amount of theoretical information that describes the basic principles of aluminum production using the most well-known technological operations aimed at the formation of the required metal alloys with a given chemical composition. The information-training system is based on a mathematical model of the technological process, in the development and description of which both the principles of informational similarity and the physicochemical laws are used using experimental-statistical modeling methods. The structure of the information and training system consists of structural units that interact logically with each other, which allow the formation and solving of various technological problems of melting aluminum melting in smelting furnaces. Each unit has a certain meaning and performs the required amount of load. The system consists of seven important and weighty structural units. The interactions of the studied production object with the control actions and external disturbances make it possible to form the initial parameters of the task, which in turn become the basis for user interaction with the training system. The user interface of the system allows visualizing the aspects of technological change that are taking place and storing the student’s corrective actions for further analysis in the computer’s memory. If necessary, the system can provide the user with the opportunity to use the potential of an interactive assistant, in the event that he is difficult or unable to determine the weight of the next corrective adjustment. The interactive assistant based on the current parameters of the technological problem is able to determine and suggest to the user the use of the most optimal control action for the best solution of the problem. Thus, when introducing these principles of training, the system should show its effectiveness by reducing the final cost of the finished metal products, by reducing errors in technological operations and empirical calculations of the masses of the components used, increasing its consumer qualities.

  • Internal structure of cognitive component of students ' perception of propaganda

The work is based on experimental data obtained during the pilot survey of students of DSTU at the end of 2018. Cognitive components of perception of propaganda were revealed by direct survey, students were asked to characterize the fairness of the policy pursued by the state and the reliability of both Pro-government and opposition political propaganda in General. At the same time, domestic and foreign policies were considered separately. The correlation analysis carried out on these six indicators showed their significant mutual influence. To identify the integral characteristics behind this correlation, we used the method of hierarchy analysis, previously proposed by us such a variety as hierarchical factor analysis. It was found that at the second level, the primary six indicators are reduced to two factors, the indices of perception of missile defense and illegal propaganda. At the third level, the latter two form an integral factor characterizing the cognitive component as a whole. For each level, the priorities of the underlying indicators relative to the upper one are calculated, and the matrices of paired comparisons, both primary characteristics and intermediate ones, are restored. In addition to the internal structure indicators, the paper presents external ones, such as the distribution of the obtained factors of the second and third levels by respondents.
