  • Estimation of dependencies of the running time of the algorithm for recovering defocused images performed on the CPU and GPU

The subject of research is the problem of choosing the most efficient hardware architecture that implements the algorithm for deconvolution (recovery) of distorted images. The Wiener filter is taken as the deconvolution algorithm under consideration, due to its efficiency, both in terms of image restoration quality and due to acceptable time complexity. The object of study is the process of determining the time complexity of the considered algorithm for the recovery of damaged images when it is executed on a central processing unit (CPU) and a graphics processing unit (GPU). The main functions of blurring and defocusing of images are considered: Gaussian blur, Bokeh effect, Motion blur or motion blur. The research method is based on an experimental assessment of the dependencies of the algorithm operation time based on the Wiener filter, performed on the CPU and GPU, on the dimension of the image being restored. The results of a computational experiment conducted in order to compare the dependencies of the operating time of the Wiener filter, performed on the central processor and the graphic processor, on the size of the image being restored, are presented. Based on the presented results, it was found that when using images whose dimensions do not exceed 1920 * 1080, the Wiener filter is more expedient to implement on the CPU, and when restoring images that are larger than 1920 * 1080 - on the GPU.

  • Evolutionary algorithm of search of a set of alternative routes in the conditions of possible influences

It is shown that the problem of simultaneous processing of dynamic information arrays of different degrees of structure and fuzziness is currently relevant. One of the prototypes of mathematical models containing such information structures is the problem of practical distribution of resources in the conditions of possible, difficult to formalize effects. In this problem there are two factor for the rational allocation of resources: network bandwidth to operating conditions and the preference of the routes of transmission resources on the network in terms of the alleged destructive effects. The high degree of uncertainty inherent in the process reduces the feasibility of resource-intensive distribution algorithms. At the same time, it is necessary to obtain a variety of alternative solutions with diversity in terms of resistance to possible impacts. Since, if all routes pass through one transit node, all of them will be equally exposed to the threats of impact inherent in this node, and when it fails, there will be no alternative routes, which will require re-search of routes for the transfer of resources. Fast heuristics, based, for example, on greedy approaches, can not provide the proper diversity, therefore, even with clear formulations of optimization problems, fall into local Optima. For this reason, it is advisable to Supplement the initial solution formation procedure with borrowed solutions from the previously considered problems. In order to improve the solutions obtained at the stage of formation of the starting population, and to ensure the diversity of the descendants of these solutions, describing the routes of resource transfer, an evolutionary algorithm for finding the set of the shortest time routes of resource transfer. The peculiarity of the process of solving the problem proposed algorithm is to maintain the diversity of the population of solutions to possible threats.

  • Model of decision making on the continuation of the functioning of a technical object in conditions of partial refusal by the criterion of economic expediency

This article discusses the economic approach to the choice of the mode of continuation of the system in the face of partial failure. It discusses strategies related to the continuation of work in conditions of partial failure or cessation of operation until the completion of the operational restoration process. The characteristics of each of the strategies are presented in a comparative aspect for the continuation of the operation of the object in the post-failure period or the delay in operation for the duration of the restoration. The dependence of the time recovery parameters and the times defining the moment of identifying a partial failure in the coordinates of the time axis from the beginning of the working cycle to the next scheduled maintenance has been revealed. The resulting mathematical expressions allow, under certain conditions, to justify the choice of one of the two strategies considered. For more complex cases, it is proposed to use expert approaches to take into account additional characteristics of the process, such interregional period, performance and acceptable risks associated with working in conditions of partial failure. The article provides graphs illustrating the change in reliability characteristics in two ways of developments of events related to the adoption of a decision to continue work.

  • Model of degradation of partial failure in the technical system

The process of analysis and modeling is proposed to be carried out in three stages: determinism, stochasticity and adaptability. The essence of these stages is revealed. The authors highlight the problem of predicting changes in partial failure, affecting the state of the technical system. The main distinctive features of such a refusal from the full (partial loss of working capacity, reducing the number of functions performed, and others) are shown. A diagram of the development of possible degradation processes in a technical facility as a result of partial failure is presented. Transitions to the states of several consecutive partial failures or transitions to a complete failure after one or several partial ones are possible. With getting into a state of complete failure, the object is fully restored. Developed proposals for the sequence of operations for the identification of failures at the level of the generalized algorithm. An illustrative example considers a fragment of the transition of a partial failure to another partial failure, which develops into a complete failure with the impossibility of further functioning of the electric machine for its intended purpose. The conclusion is made about the need to use expert systems and assessments for making decisions about functioning in conditions of partial failure.

  • Global and local public perception of propaganda

The probabilistic model of perception of concrete propaganda information is presented. Previously, such a model was developed by us for subjects with a neutral attitude to propaganda in General. Now it is generalized to the case of arbitrary relation. In the model, the perception of a particular news is stochastic in nature, and in the limit goes to the levels of complete reliability or complete unreliability. At the same time, there is a connection between the level of global perception of propaganda as a whole and the levels of local perceptions averaged over the entire previous ensemble of specific news . On a concrete example it is shown that the offered model allows to restore for any investigated group dynamics of local perception of concrete information on known functions of distribution of global perception. This information is important to identify the features of perception, depending on the external and internal characteristics of the study group. In addition, the model presented in this article is the basic one. One of its purposes is to serve as a basis for further expansion along the way of taking into account the impact of the social environment. That is supposed to hold in the future.

  • An approach to reducing the operating time of the modified Goldberg model in solving the inhomogeneous minimax problem

The article deals with the problem of solving the inhomogeneous minimax problem typical for the theory of schedules. This problem is NP-complete and for it there is no exact algorithm of the solution having polynomial time for problems of big dimension. A modified Goldberg model is considered as a method of solving this problem. Godberg's model is considered with several crossovers and the most effective mutation. Under certain parameters (a large number of individuals and repeats), the modified Goldberg model receives a solution for a long time, so the article analyzes in detail one of the approaches to reduce the operating time without loss of accuracy. Since it is extremely difficult and practically impossible to make calculations analytically, a computational experiment was put into operation. As a result of the computational experiment, the tables provide a comparison of the efficiency of the modified Goldberg model after the use of HT technology. • Mythological constructions in the socio-political habitus of Russians as a project-models of permanent forms of political relations

The article presents the author's theoretical and methodological construct of the study of socio-political behavior of the social actor. The developed construct is based on the concept of habitus introduced into the scientific discourse by Pierre Bourdieu. The socio-political habitus in this article is understood as interiorized patterns of perception, interpretation, evaluation and action in the socio-political space, which are constantly being refined and completed under the influence of everyday social practices. Denoted epistemological problem of combining the contradictory nature of the conduct and integrity of the habitus. As a solution to the problem, such a property of habitus as hierarchy is considered. It is assumed that in the deep structures of habitus there are integral models of social dynamics, which are reproduced in socio-political relations by spontaneous coordination of social practices of many social actors. However, each social actor represents a single element of the complex model. Such social dynamic models in this article are denoted by the term "myth". On the basis of the presented theoretical model, the solution of applied problems in the management of socio-political behavior is proposed. At the same time, the authors proceed from the fact that mythological complexes in the structure of the habitus can not be eradicated or replaced, but can be overbuilt.

  • Identification methods of control objects using industrial controllers

The task of real-time identification of control objects is relevant and in demand at the stages of auto-tuning and self-tuning of regulators. Modern industrial controllers have sufficient computational capabilities to implement adaptive control. The article discusses two approaches to obtaining the impulse transfer function of an object: by the least squares method and directly by the transient response.
