  • Simulation of the design activity diversification of innovative enterprise

The work is devoted to the problems of using modern digital technologies to manage the implementation of programs for the development of regional socio-economic systems. An approach based on the use of intelligent (knowledge-oriented) informationsystems for monitoring and analyzing the progress of programs is proposed. As a model for representing knowledge about the subject area, it is proposed to use the apparatus of the theory of linguistic variables and fuzzy production rules, which makes it possible to take into account the high level of uncertainty due to both the specifics of socio-economic processes and possible changes in external conditions. The inference engine included in the information system is based on the explicitly interpreted procedure of Mamdani's fuzzy logical inference, which makes it possible to form explanations of the course of reasoning. The developed structure of the intellectual information system is a concretization and expansion of the traditional structure, taking into account the reflection of the specifics of the tasks of managing the implementation of programs for the socio-economic development of the region. The preliminary results of the experimental operation of the research prototype of the developed system can serve as confirmation of the effectiveness of the proposed design solutions.

  • Formation of topological rules for describing the spatial relations of objects of the power transmission system in the geoinformation system

In this paper, we consider ways to form topological rules for describing the spatial relationships between the objects of the power transmission system and the objects surrounding them. The spatial component is the basis of data on objects of power transmission lines (power lines). Therefore, an accurate and complete description of the topological relationships between objects involved in the electricity supply process is an urgent task. The author investigates ways to describe topological relationships in geographic information systems (GIS). The functionality of these systems can be extended with additional models, including topological correctness checks. Topological rules have been developed to correct spatial relationships and eliminate errors. The generated topological rules are based on object calculations. This is due to the intellectualization of geoinformation systems and support for decision-making in the conditions of heterogeneity and dispersion of data that energy companies work with.

  • Study of the problem of determining the exact indicator of the physical deterioration of a building

Physical wear and tear can be determined either by studying with the help of instruments, or relying on regulatory and expert methods. The first helps to obtain reliable indicators of physical wear, but to obtain it requires less materials. Normative and expert methods - the second make it possible to identify the degree of wear with less accuracy, but it requires a small investment of materials and time. Two similar methods include the "Methodology for determining the physical deterioration of civilian buildings", which was created by MINKOMHOZ of the RSFSR, as well as Departmental building codes 53-86 (r) "Rules for assessing the physical deterioration of residential buildings." The problem of lack of information in the absence of the possibility of personal inspection of the evaluated structure, and, in addition, the obsolescence of the methods makes it difficult to use them. In this case, it is logical to use calculation methods.

  • Simulation model in the circuit of management of organizational conflicts

Organizational conflicts are a natural and integral part of any process. In modern control theory, it is proposed to use various adaptive control structures to solve such problems, in particular, with reference or configurable models in the control loop. A cognitive model of adaptive management of organizational conflicts with a configurable model in the management loop is considered. Embedding the model in the control loop allows you to integrate information about the dynamics of process characteristics. Based on information processing, a variant of controls for de-escalation of the conflict is proposed. The model in the organizational conflict management loop is essentially an intelligent conflict situation analyzer. It presents options based on the accumulated and processed information within the framework of known precedents for their solution. The core of such analyzers is a simulation model based on the system dynamics paradigm. The built simulation model allows you to evaluate and predict the impact of factors, ways to stabilize and manage organizational conflicts, taking into account the main parameters. In accordance with the concept of adaptive management, the model can be configured for the current values of the conflict situation parameters and, in accordance with the already tested options, can offer management in a specific situation. The use of the system dynamics paradigm in the model for building an effective forecast is focused on the strategic level of management.

  • Cognitive analysis and structural control of self-determination systems

It is shown that in the analysis of self-determination it is expedient to use the tools of cognitive modeling. This allows us to identify all the cause-and-effect relationships that provide logical and semantic focus on the desired (target) result of a particular system. The problem of analysis is a special case of the study of the fundamental philosophical category of development, as the relationship and interaction of "things, properties and relations". Formally, the analysis can be reduced to the procedure of semantic and causal interpretation of the original cognitive model. The model allows to study the internal structural organizations that affect the implementation of self-determination of the system. • The question by parametric models of partial failures in technical devices

The authors consider the issue of assessing partial failure in the technical system from the standpoint of parametric reliability. Evaluation of failure behavior is carried out according to such parameters as time between hours to failure and the achievement of goals, risks. Under the risk in this paper refers to the likelihood of a subsequent failure (full or partial) or the transition occurred in full. The authors propose to expand the range of parameters that characterize hitting a failure state by adding characteristics of possible degradation processes and values of destructive environmental factors in the predicted period of continued operation of the object under study. Also, special attention is paid to the fact that the likelihood of partial failure is influenced by factors that can be divided into external and internal, while the internal ones may depend on external ones. Ishikawa diagram shows the dependence of the rate of degradation of the PR on various factors.
