Abstract. It is revealed that specific forms of a simulation game combined with some peculiarities of training sessions in organizational systems could result in developing adaptable simulation models of a business situation. It is recommended to use a cognitive model in problem analysis of organizational systems, which allows switching from cognitive to simulation models naturally still being in visual topological descriptions. The AnyLogic software platform was chosen for developing a model which provides ample opportunities for creating an innovative educational environment with the elements of game simulations and AI. Cognitive analysis of a game learning process has revealed that the latter should have one cycle of a business game with two interactive nodes to introduce a host and a player into the game. It is noted that business games focused on developing management styles in a conflict are mostly in demand. Therefore, a simulation model has been developed to train executives to counteract an organizational conflict within the variability of authoritarian, democratic and liberal management styles. The model uses a paradigm of systems dynamics and is implemented in the AnyLogic software platform notation. To set the rules, the game host in the initial state or when starting the next game cycle sets the dynamics characteristics of a process while managing the organizational structure, as well as changes characteristics values of a pre-conflict situation. In response to conflict development the player performs management using auxiliary services available to him. In fact, the model is not limited by a list of the game’s tasks or possible options for a player’s decision.

The work is devoted to the development of an information model based on ontological approach in the framework of an educational course. The aim is to reduce the communication time between the participants of the educational process: coordinators, students and tutors. The concept of the solution was formed, namely analysing the activity of the course coordinator in the ‘Telegram’ chats within the course ‘Digital district of electrical networks’ of the network university ‘Energynet’. Based on this, ways to reduce time costs were identified by creating a Telegram bot based on an ontology model. The method reduces the time cost of communication between the coordinator, tutors and students. The results of the study showed that the chatbot built on the ontological model of the educational process within the course ‘Digital district of electrical networks’ helps to significantly reduce time costs of the communication process within the educational model.

The paper deals with the construction of an algorithm for nonparametric estimation of the transition probability distribution density for the Markov model of the dynamics of the number of university employees. The problem of reconstruction of transition probability distribution density on a retrospective sample of small volume is solved. The result of the solution is the transition probability matrix, the elements of which are random variables with distribution laws obtained from retrospective data. A distinctive feature of the algorithm is the simultaneous consideration of regional and functional constraints on the values of transition probabilities. The convergence of the algorithm has been experimentally confirmed.

It is reported that recently, in many sectors of human activity, there has been an increasing interest in involving chatbots in company, organization or firm websites and in various applications to provide necessary assistance. This article deals with the current definitions of a chatbot and artificial intelligence. A chatbot is a computer program that imitates human speech using artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence is a science and technology based on such disciplines as computer science, biology, psychology, linguistics, mathematics, and engineering. In the educational field, chatbots are useful for providing guidance and information about courses, admission processes and procedures, academic programs and academic services. However, these virtual assistants have limited mechanisms that could help the teaching and learning process. Attention is drawn to the fact that these mechanisms should be beneficial to all people involved. For this reason, the Voronezh State Industrial and Humanitarian College (GBPOU VO «VGPGK») was identified as the subject area in the development of a chatbot in the social network "VKontakte" for the page of an educational organization. The article considers the possibilities of using chatbots in the social network "VKontakte" for an educational organization focused on students and their parents. The article deals with the imported used in the educational process controllers replacement problem. There was a need to replace imported products with domestic ones due to the withdrawal of leading import manufacturers from the Russian market, so it seems reasonable to exclude imported equipment from the educational programs of universities. The course "Digital Automation and Control Systems" is based on the study of various industrial controllers. The first place among industrial controllers in SUAI is occupied by Siemens products, which officially left the Russian market. The question of searching for similar controllers of domestic production arose, at the same time, the manufacturer should not depend on the supply of imported components. Controller PR200 by OWEN was chosen as such a manufacturer. The article compares PR200 by OWEN with LOGO! by Siemens and comes to the conclusion about the interchangeability of these controllers in the educational process. The peculiarities, advantages and disadvantages of the development environments of both manufacturers are considered in the article. It also tells about the experience of using the stand based on PR200 in the educational process, therefore, the possibility of a complete replacement of LOGO! has been proved.

The paper considers the types and classification of industrial PID controllers according to various types and groups. A group of linear controllers has been identified, which includes PID controllers, which are most widely used in various technical devices. Some well-known software systems that provide calculations for PID controllers are given. The transition from the mathematical notation of the trapezoidal expansion of the transfer function of the PID controller, used in the PID Tune option of the Matlab environment, to the equivalent transfer function, represented by the symbolic coefficients of the numerator and denominator polynomials, is shown. A theorem is proved that shows a one-to-one correspondence between the parameters P, I, D of the controller and the coefficients of the resulting transfer function. Flowcharts of algorithms for calculating transfer function coefficients (TF) from known values of controller parameters and calculating transfer function coefficients from known values of controller parameters are given. An illustrative example is considered.
