The article discusses the method of network planning in road construction as a method of rational resource planning. The calculation of the main indicators of the network graph such as the early start of work, the late start of work, the calculation of the critical path as the probable time of the construction duration is given. Analysis of the network schedule allows you to identify the time reserve for reducing construction time by a reasonable redistribution of resources and equipment. The results of this study will allow at the planning stage to analyze the data and choose the most optimal option for construction from the position of the correct distribution of resources and equipment, as well as their savings. At the stage of construction, it will allow you to monitor and control the progress of construction work, thereby monitoring the flow of funds and achieve savings or the optimal amount of construction without risks. Also, the results of the study will allow, without critical changes, to reduce construction time without changing the sequence of construction technology and without increasing mechanisms and labor costs. Subsequently, the results of the study can serve as the basis for developing a mechanism for optimizing network schedules from the position of the redistribution of teams to carry out construction work, as well as a reasonable combination of works that use the same type of mechanisms.

This article discusses such technology as the Internet of Things and the network control system for remote identification of RFID tags. In the course of the work, the most popular microcontrollers to date were considered, a comparative characteristic was carried out, and the efficiency of use was evaluated, during which the most optimal option for further work was selected. As a result, a system for remote identification of RFID tags was developed, namely, the design of the system and application software, with the ability to obtain information on RFID tags from both PC and smartphones, and the results of use on different operating systems are presented.

In this paper we propose an algorithm for recognition of the flame on the video sequence. The subject area is the oil and gas industry and its features in the framework of the problem. The current technical means for fire detection are described, the restrictions in their application are characterized. Various approaches to flame recognition on video sequences are mentioned, as well as the need for their joint use to create a reliable model for recognition of the flame on he pictures of video stream.

Today, one of the important indicators of production efficiency is the degree of informatization and automation of technological processes of the enterprise. Many shoe enterprises are in dire need of such tools as a quick estimate of the labor and material resources needed to manufacture products. As one of the possible options for meeting such needs, an integrated system developed by the authors of the article is proposed, the introduction of which is directly capable of affecting the competitiveness of the enterprise. The article proposes to carry out the procedure of integrating the process design system with the design system and automated enterprise management system. The article provides a detailed description of the developed information system: describes its functionality; diagrams of interaction of information processes occurring within the system are presented; describes the interaction of system components; describes the structural components of the system.

The сonstruction industry in Russia is conservative, new technologies, including information, are introduced with difficulty. Modern modeling technologies open up new resources in the effective management of information flows in the construction industry. Communication between architects and builders at the level of information model is difficult: different modeling systems have their own file formats. The methods of combining different parts of the model in a single environment: a single language description, direct interfaces, the creation of a single platform. The article describes the possibilities of BlockChain technology in the implementation of building information modeling technology. Evaluation of the feasibility of using BlockChain showed that the use of technology is relevant for a growing number of participants.

In this article there analyzed the three step approach in a modified spectral characteristics evaluation method using discrete transformations of Walsh and method of parametric spectral analysis of Proni. There briefly described the method based on the method of parametric spectral analysis of Proni, describing the positive and negative qualities. It is also proposed to apply a discrete change of Walsh and Hadamard. There suggested the use of three step procedure. Applying of Walsh discrete transformation will simplify and reduce the computational procedures. When applying these transformations for analysis of mathematical models of processes with similar characteristics, it is proposed to calculate the templates, and then to compare these templates. And templates for each group are invited once to calculate parameters using a modified Prony method or Prony and Berga combined method. Later on using Walsh transforms it is necessary to compare the results obtained with the available templates.

As a result of analyzing various factors that reduce the level of professional working capacity of the driver of passenger vehicles, a method of pre-trip computer assessment of his professional readiness has been developed. The software for personal computers and mobile devices has been developed, which allows to carry out express diagnostics of the functional states of the driver, based on test tasks and mathematical analysis of the obtained values.

The effectiveness of the system for collecting, transmitting and displaying communication node information in the Pareto-logarithm decision-making system is discussed. A decision formalism is proposed to test a simple hypothesis on a system for collecting, receiving and transmitting information. It is based on the presentation of penalty and cognitive functions of the decision-making system of various species, then the phenomenon of fighting antagonistic systems is considered and the time of compromise is established. All models discussed only consider two-parameter families of penalty and cognitive functions. It is worth stressing that the classical formalism of decision-making theory stops at the problems of choosing from a family of some alternatives. The analysis of the organization of passenger transportation in long-distance traffic in the direction of Center-South. It is known that the transportation of passenger and freight trains on the Russian railway network is carried out on the same tracks, and the dynamics of their growth is ahead of the development of the capacity and carrying capacity of the railway direction in question. In this regard, foreign and Russian experience in the development of growing volumes of passenger and cargo transportation in conditions of infrastructure constraints was studied. The measures of step-by-step development of high-speed and high-speed movement of passenger trains are proposed. The technique of calculation of efficiency of the organization of the considered types of movement of passenger trains on the direction Center-South is resulted.

The article deals with technologies that work with the Internet of things, and their implementation in various industries. The Internet of Things is considered as a higher level automation, therefore, it becomes possible to make automated complex logical decisions related to the choice of the structure of the process and operations, the assignment of technological bases and other similar tasks. A model based on a universal primitive called Actor for concurrent and distributed computing is considered. Covered issues of implementing an agent-based approach for applications of the Internet of things. The necessary condition for the implementation of the IoT model has been established; this is the possibility of scalability and the availability of fault tolerance configuration. To meet the real need for scalability, as well as fault tolerance, Akka provides comprehensive functions in routing, clustering, edging, and retaining agents. The use of the Akka framework for agent implementation has been analyzed.

A method for the intellectualization of measurement procedures has been developed. It is based on the step-by-step optimization procedure, which provides a reduction of the stochastic estimation problem to a number of deterministic problems. The task of the first stage of optimization is the synthesis of an adaptive mathematical model of the measuring process based on the combined principle of maximum, which, unlike the known methods, will ensure the constructiveness of its use in the next stages of optimization. The task of the subsequent stages of optimization is to solve the estimation problem based on the regularization method A.N. Tikhonov. Equations of an iterative measurement procedure are obtained that differ from the state transition vector functions known in structure. It belongs to the category of intelligent measuring procedures, since it makes a targeted choice of the closest to the true value of the assessment of the measured parameter in the conditions of structural uncertainty of the model of the studied object and parametric uncertainty of the observation model.

Finite state machines, being a mathematical abstraction, allow you to perceive information from the control object, process it and give signals to control the object. The disadvantages of the representation of complex production systems by a set of finite state machines include the complexity of carrying out logical and set-theoretic operations on them and the complexity of describing the parallelism that occurs in the operation of complex production systems. When specifying a finite state machine in the matrix–predicate form, due to the information redundancy, it is possible to avoid these difficulties. Matrix–predicate method allows you to uniquely set the finite state machine square matrix, which makes it possible to use the methods of the theory of matrices during the set–theoretic operations on them and it is possible to avoid isomorphism. The paper presents the developed methods of representation of a finite state machine using a multi-place predicate, which greatly simplifies its task.

This article discusses strategies for the introduction and development of BIM technologies in a number of leading countries in this area. Based on the analysis of literature and other sources, the main factors influencing the BIM implementation process are highlighted. As a result, it was concluded that the role of the state in the implementation of BIM is quite high. Countries in which BIM is implemented with government support will succeed more quickly and more likely.

An approach to solving the problem associated with the calculation of the optimal parameters of the technological process in the field oil treatment plants is considered. The calculation algorithm is based on the dynamic programming method that implements the Bellman optimality principle with an additive optimality criterion. The generalized criterion of the problem is formed as a function of the sum of local reduced costs for the stages of oil treatment. The proposed method of solving the problem allows to predict the optimal parameters of the process regime and transfer them to the control system as tasks to operators and automatic controllers.

Nowadays the procedure for signing an employment contract with pedagogical workers is determined by the existing provision of an effective contract, where employees’ performance assessment is based on establishing job indicators fulfillment confirmation. The article discusses the methodology of assessing teaching activities in the context of an effective contract based on the analysis of data accumulated by the electronic information educational environment of the Rostov state University of Transport Communication. It is proposed to use such data mining techniques as cluster analysis, network graphs and the definition of outliers. The pedagogical staff of the university is considered as a self-organizing system that seeks for maximizing its profits and preventing dismissals. The results of the study are going to be applied in the development of the automatic control system data of the educational process quality in the decision support subsystem on the extension of employment contracts with teaching staff.

In this paper, the problem of operational dispatch control in electric power systems is proposed to be solved using a decision support method based on expert systems. This article provides general information about the role of decision support systems in the management of complex technological processes. The architecture of the intelligent decision support system has been designed. The development of a knowledge base for an expert system, which consists of 56 rules, was carried out in the CLIPS environment. A fragment of the created expert system knowledge base is also given. The developed decision support system based on the expert system allows you to increase control over the city’s power supply systems and to develop recommendations for further actions in the event of any system element failure.

The complexity of the organization of pneumatic actuator control makes a nonlinear mathematical apparatus that takes into account the thermodynamic processes in the filling and draining of the working cavities of the pneumatic cylinder. The review of existing approaches and methods of pneumatic systems control allows us to draw conclusions about a significant simplification of the mathematical model of the system under study, which leads to a discrepancy between the mathematical model of its technical original and the limited application of the developed control laws.

Algorithmic trading system based on the MetaTrader4 online trading terminal using the built-in programming language MetaQuotes Language 4 are considered in this article. The mechanical trading system based on the Bollinger Bands indicator are considered. The main blocks of automated trading system have described. The results of system testing on historical data are given. The developed algorithmic trading system allows you to carry out transactions in financial markets automatically, that is, without human participation.

In this paper, the task of identifying a system for collecting, transmitting and displaying information of a coastal control center for autonomous unmanned underwater vehicles in a Beta-Logarithm decision making system is considered. It is shown that the production conflict, both structurally and dynamically strictly determined within the paradigm of structural management of production. The system essence of the production conflict determines the need to involve methods and tools of system analysis, in particular, the method of cognitive analysis. The model of management of the production company is offered. The model is based on a distributed combination of positive feedback loops. The model allows to organize a continuous cycle of self-development. This is achieved by self-locking conflicts in the underlying loop factors. The principal difference of the model is the formation of two additional "positive" contours. These contours cover the tangent base contour. The formal increase in the number of growth accelerators increases the system's ability to overcome conflicts in the basic circuit. The dual-accelerator circuit is a guarantee of sustainable control . The control model demonstrates the growth of causal integration and the level of self-determination in comparison with the initial potential.
