  • Prospects for the development of remote methods of the quality control of construction products by measurement

    The article presents the results of the analysis of the known methods of measuring the quality control of construction products. 
    Advantages of extending the scope of remote methods of the control by measurement including photogrammetry are listed. 
    Expediency of colour-texture analysis of surfaces at the quality control of construction products is substantiated.
    The field of rational application of colour-texture analysis at manufacturing supervision and field inspection of buildings and constructions is shown.

  • On the coefficient of prismatic strength of high-strength concrete

    This paper studies the dependence of the ratio of prismatic strength (Rb) from cube strength (R) for high-strength concrete of classes B70 ... B110. Experiments were carried on the concrete cubes with an edge of 150 mm and prisms with a base 150x150 mm and a height 600 mm. The tendency to reduce the ratio Rb / R with increasing strength of the concrete is founded. A new relationship Rb = f (R) is offered

  • Analytical description of the diagram of high-strength concrete deformations

    The paper proposes a new relationship for the analytical description of the diagram «b–b» for high-strength concrete of classes C55/67 ... C90/105. The formula developed on the basis of the accepted in EU relation of Sargin and agrees well with the experimental data. A new relation of the ultimate relative deformation of concrete from the strength is developed

    Only innovative activity is able to unite all aspects of science, equipment, economy, business and management. The current state of the innovative sphere of Russia speaks about serious contradictions in its functioning. Considerable scientific and technical capacity of the country was lost in the period of economic reforms. Now often it is impossible to predict precisely succession of events in economic life of the country generally and each organization separately. In modern conditions scientific and technical progress represents innovative development which is defined by the state as the most important priority of economic policy.   • Investments in the conditions of risk and uncertainty

    Each investment project is a difficult product and has a set of financial decisions. As the investment program of development of firm can include some investment projects, investment decisions need to be analyzed not only from positions quantitative, but also from a position of quality indicators of the long-term tasks facing the enterprise. Uncertainty is represented the main mechanism of many considerable economic events as is a component of a production activity. Development of different administrative decisions is influenced usually by risk. When at decision-making we don't take into account possible losses, they are unexpected are transferred heavier. The risk reason as uncertainty is instability of social and economic system. Application of an offered method of risk analysis allows to receive useful information about expected values of the discounted income and net earnings, and also to carry out the analysis of their probabilistic distributions.

  • Information systems of planning in construction

    The construction organizations for successful implementation of the project need to carry out the whole complex of actions which structure includes planning, the organization and management of construction processes. It is especially important to be able to plan in modern conditions when degree of uncertainty of the future is very high. In this regard, in construction branch there was a need for program complexes on planning and management of projects. They are required for a choice of an optimum way of implementation of the project with the most effective use of resources.
    For development of such program complex authors took house reconstruction in Rostov-on-Don. Introduction of information system of planning can cardinally increase efficiency of implementation of the project. It is offered to reduce planning terms due to saving of time for search of demanded information and on computing operations.

  • Analysis and prevention of the risks of self-regulating construction organizations

    he main reason interfering effective steady activity of the self-regulating organizations (SRO) in construction branch,
    risks are. The risk is closely connected with the concept "uncertainty". Application of innovative approach allows to allocate two approaches to ensuring competitiveness of the construction organizations: marketing and integrated. During research the risks interfering stability of the self-regulating organizations in construction are revealed. The reasons of emergence of these risks are analysed, recommendations about their prevention are made. Minimization of approach of subsidiary responsibility according to obligations of members of the self-regulating organizations is especially considered.

  • Method of an assessment of durability of metal in the nondestructive way with use of aprioristic information.

    Considered the questions connected with estimation of mechanical properties of steel elements of metal construction. The measurements are performed in a non-destructive method on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the implementation of the conical indenter in surface materials. This method allows you to get the values of all mechanical characteristics of metal. The measurement of mechanical characteristics can be made to anywhere in the design. At the same time, when large amounts of construction and large volumes of measuring works, you need to evaluate a sufficient number of measurements in a particular place. Proposed and implemented the Bayesian method of consideration of a priori information to reduce the number of dimensions and complexity of the process of receiving mechanical characteristics.

  • Basic energy efficiency of heating water boilers and their solutions

    This article addresses the energy efficiency of heating water boilers that produce energy required for heating, ventilation and hot water. We review the main technological and engineering problem-solving tools of energy efficiency. An integrated approach to the selection of the main and auxiliary process equipment described in this article can significantly improve the energy efficiency of the boiler as a whole.

  • Quality management system creation in construction in the conditions of self-regulation

    Questions of improvement of the organizational mechanism of interaction of participants of construction are considered. In the conditions of weakening of state regulation, self-regulation with its collective joint liability of members of SRO has to become one of the main regulators of activity in the monitoring system of quality of construction. Ensuring integration of local systems of quality management of participants of construction has to be carried out on the basis of the regulations including requirements to system of document flow, to procedures of transfer, acceptance and modification of the design and estimate documentation, structure of executive documentation, an order of survey of the hidden works, requirements to information interfaces between local IT.

  • Optimization of the thick-walled spherical shell using strength theory of Mor

    The problem of optimization of thick-walled sphere loaded by internal and external pressures was solved. The essence of the method consists in the variation of the modulus of elasticity. The problem of finding the distribution of the characteristics of material in which the stress state is given, is called the inverse problem. The idea of the inverse method was proposed by academician of RAACS prof.  V.I. Andreev. The analytical dependence of modulus of elasticity from the radius at which the calculated stress on the strength theory of Mor is constant throughout the thickness of the shell was found. This shell will be equally stressed. If the strength characteristics of the material do not depend on the modulus of elasticity it will also be equiresistant. By creation of indirect heterogeneity we reduced the maximum tensions in 1.6 times. It was also shown that in the case of a centrally symmetric problem the second theory of strength is a particular case of the strength theory of Mor.

  • On the Economics and Biology of Trust: construction field

    The economic approach towards trust gives suggestions how a causal role of trust could be established experimentally. And the biological and behavioral evidence indicating that trusting is not just a special case of risk-taking, but based on important forms of social preferences such as betrayal aversion. The results show that a high level of trust is an important determinant of the effectiveness of cooperation as well as a key component of reducing transaction costs.

  • Optimization of thick-walled concrete shell based on the solution of the inverse problem of mechanics of heterogeneous bodies

    We solved the problem of optimization of thick-walled prestressed concrete cylinder loaded by internal pressure. Preliminary stresses in such a cylinder are created by wounding with tension cables on the outer surface. The idea of the method is to find the law of variation of modulus of elasticity , in which the state of stress is given . The analytical dependence of modulus of elasticity of the radius at which the tensile stress in the entire thickness of the shell does not occure was found. By creation of indirect heterogeneity we reduced the consumption of rebar by 10%.  The direct problem - determining the stress- strain state of a cylinder with a constant modulus of elasticity was also resolved.

  • The calculation of the optimal value of the protective layer of concrete columns of square section

    An approach to the calculation of the optimal values ​​of the protective layer of longitudinally reinforced concrete columns, operating at a central compression. Modeling performed using FEM - Ansys package for the design and implementation of spatial models of flat section of the column.

  • Research of the influence of the development level of intelligent transport network on the efficiency of intermittent bus lane priority application

    The article deals with the analysis of intermittent lanes priority based on simulation. The implementation of intermittent lanes priority system is only possible within the framework of urban intelligent transportation system (ITS).  In some cases, there are not always enough ITS components for the operation of intermittent lanes priority system. Based on the simulation it is possible to determine the efficiency of the intermittent lanes priority system with the minimum or complete number ITS components. To compare the effectiveness of intermittent lanes priority system the simulation was performed for the four scenarios:
    1. Without the use of public transport priority
    2.  Classically  marked priority lane
    3. Using the intermittent lanes priority system with a minimum number of ITS components
    4. Using the intermittent lanes priority system with the full amount of ITS components 
    According the results of simulation we concluded that the minimal intermittent lanes priority system is noticeably inferior to a fully functional intermittent lanes priority system on the effectiveness, but such system does not require a high level of development of the urban ITS and can be considered as the first stage of a complete intermittent lanes priority system.

  • The extent of the stress-strain diagram of eccentrically compressed concrete pillars

    On the basis of experimental data on the resistance of reinforced concrete columns eccentric compression was obtained analytical dependence of the limiting compressibility of concrete from the varied factors: the relative eccentricity of the external force eo / h and the reinforcement ratio μ.
