  • Application of digital technologies in training citizens of rural settlements in fire fighting

The article proposes the possibility of using information tools in solving problems of problem-oriented control systems. To improve the system of training citizens of rural settlements in fighting fires, the possibilities of digital technologies were used in the creation of online courses. Through a digital online training course on the basics of fire safety and during immersion in practice-oriented activities, it will be possible to increase the level of safety culture and social responsibility in settlements with a difficult fire hazardous situation and reduce the socio-economic consequences of the possible development of fire hazardous events. It will also reduce the cost of sending the population to practical classes in educational organizations, which makes it especially relevant in a period of unstable epidemiological situation.

  • Formation evolution of the building of parametric architecture with regard to aerodynamics

Two-stage modeling of a parametric architecture object of a complex parametric architecture are considered in the article. At the first stage it was analyzed the evolution of the formation of an analytical surface obtained by rotating the Lame curve in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation. During the investigation were considered changes in the intensity of rounding of the corners of the shape in the horizontal plane. Study of screw parametric surfaces was carried out at the second stage. New forms of a superellipse were developed to solve the problem of determining the surface of an object of parametric architecture that is resistant to aerodynamic impact. Numerical experiment with use of the finite element method in the ANSYS PC allowed to construct a new analytical surface with a different angle of twisting of floor slabs along the height of a unique building. The proposed method of research and application of the possibilities of the evolution of shaping allows to proceed to the modernization of BIM technologies in the design of unique buildings and structures.

  • On the applicability of Deryagin's binomial law of friction to the issues of joint deformation of mixed-age concrete in prefabricated monolithic structures

The issues of joint deformation of monolithic and precast concrete in precast-monolithic structures are considered. The stages of the stress-strain state of the contact seam of the interface during its loading are determined. A method for calculating the contact seam is proposed, performed on the basis of Deryagin's binomial law of friction, and taking into account both the friction forces and the adhesion forces, as well as the inclusion of transverse reinforcement in the deformation process. Based on the works of Prof. Deryagina B. V. the application of a single "true" coefficient of friction for friction and adhesion forces is proposed. The substantiations based on experimental studies of various scientists, the possibility of applying the binomial law of friction in relation to the issues of joint deformation of monolithic and precast concrete at the 1st stage of the stress-strain state are given.

  • Environmental safety of residential areas of settlements based on the monitoring of aerosol acidity

Monitoring the acidity index of aerosols is one of the directions of ensuring the ecological safety of settlements. The purpose of this work was to study the acidity index (pH) of aerosol suspensions (washing off aerosols from the leaves of apricot trees (Prunus armeniaca) obtained in the village of Sredny Akhtuba (Sredneakhtubinsky district of the Volgograd region) in the spring-summer of 2019. Leaves with aerosol particles served as the material for the study. of one species of woody plants (apricot trees (Prunus armeniaca)), where 1 sample was 300-400 cm2 of leaf surface area. In the experimental territory and in the conditionally clean zone, a total of 200 samples were studied. Thus, 1 sample of leaves of apricot trees (Prunus armeniaca) was placed in a glass container with 250 ml of distilled water, stirred for several minutes with a glass rod to wash off particles from the surface of the leaves. As a result, aerosol suspensions were obtained, which were further investigated in terms of acidity (pH). electrochemical equipment of the "MULTEST" series (Russia). To verify the insignificance of the differences in the samples, we used the apparatus for testing the hypotheses about the homogeneity of the samples - the nonparametric Kruskal - Wallis test. Statistical hypotheses were tested at a significance level of 0.05. All necessary calculations were performed in the R statistical package (version 3.6.1, R Core Team 2020). The results of testing the hypotheses indicate that there are no statistically significant differences within each study area. Thus, at a significance level of α = 0.05, the hypotheses about the homogeneity of the samples are recognized as significant, and accordingly, they can be compared. The studies carried out made it possible to establish acidic aerosols in the atmosphere of Srednyaya Akhtuba compared to the conditionally clean zone (SNT "Oroshenets", "Shelf"), which indicates environmental risks for the population.

  • Modeling discourse analysis and topical issues of language policy

The issues of language policy, which are the focus of attention of the authors of the article, invariably attract specialists in our country and abroad. In order to understand the role of language in the life of society, it is necessary to study this problem from different angles. The authors propose to look at the designated problem from the standpoint of discourse analysis, which allows us to get out of some methodological uncertainty, forming a more or less clear picture of possible linguistic problems in multi-ethnic regions. The models presented by the authors within the framework of the theory of discourse help to visualize various dimensions of topical issues of language policy. In this sense, this article is an attempt to conceptually answer a number of fundamental questions that inevitably arise in multilingual societies, and try to use the answers obtained to relieve the "linguistic tension" characteristic of these communities.

  • Pulsed regeneration of cationite in a sodium-cationite filter

In this work, an experimental model of pulsed regeneration of a sodium-cationite filter was developed. This model can work both with a stationary water flow and with a pulsed one. It is established that at a high pulse frequency, the water flow tends to a stationary one. It is found that at any frequency in a pulsed water flow, hydraulic losses will always be less than at a stationary one. At the same time, the smallest hydraulic losses are observed at a low pulse frequency of 1 Hz, and there is also a decrease in hydraulic losses in the range from 4 to 6 Hz.. It is established that at the same concentration of salt solution, the hardness of the treated water is lower in the pulsed mode than in the stationary mode. At the same time, the lowest stiffness is achieved at a low pulse frequency of 1 Hz. It is established that the time spent on regeneration at an equal inlet pressure will be longer with a pulsed water flow than with a stationary one at any frequency of pulsed regeneration.
