  • Mathematical, algorithmic and software support for the problem of calculating control actions based on fuzzy logic when simulating the movement of a load in a portal crane simulator

The article is devoted to the development of models and algorithms for calculating control (advisory) actions when training operators of technological processes (on the example of reloading processes and, in particular, portal cranes) on computer training complexes (CTC). A complex of models and algorithms is proposed, based on which control actions are calculated regarding discrete crane controls and the possibility of moving the load to a target position with minimization of oscillations at the end point is provided. These models and algorithms use variable parameters of the technological process, described by linguistic variables, and customizable characteristics of crane models and engines, which allows calculating control actions depending on the type of crane, the specifics of the technological process, the training methodology used for operators and other significant factors. Application of the advisory system based on the developed models and algorithms promotes to improve the training process for operators of reloading cranes at CTC and, as a result, to reduce the probability of emergency situations, reduce time and energy costs.

  • Planning of labor resources in the formation of production programs of construction organization

Results: in this article, the authors reviewed the process of workforce planning on the example of 3 General Contracting organizations. Having the technical documentation on the objects of the General contractors under consideration, the authors were able to deduce the number of workers during the construction of buildings. After analyzing the available statistics, we made a number of graphs showing the movement of monolithic teams on the objects. Based on the resulting graphs, the authors determined the average deviation of the actual number of monoliths from the planned one. Conclusions: the authors analyzed the dynamics of the construction of characteristic objects of different General Contracting organizations, indicating the difference in the values of the planned (projected) and actual labor resources at the facilities. • Reducing the impact of fine dust particles PM0,5-PM10 in construction on the health of workers

The article presents an analysis of the impact of fine dust particles on the health of builders, released during the production of construction processes and suggests measures to reduce it. A serious threat to the health of workers on the construction site and people living in the vicinity of it is represented by fine dust particles in a suspended state, both in themselves and in the total concentration of harmful air pollution near construction production. Analysis of the monitoring of suspended matter concentrations has shown that the ratio between the time of exposure to suspended dust particles in different concentrations directly affects the health of people. Air pollution in the work area negatively affects performance, causes diseases in workers, and can cause injuries due to reduced visibility. The organization of conditions corresponding to labor protection and safety, healthy environmental conditions on the construction site will ensure an increase in labor productivity by up to 12% and improve the quality of processes performed.

  • Automation of evaluation of operator training efficiency on computer simulators using statistical methods

"The article is devoted to solving the problem in the field of development of methods and means of automation of evaluation of training efficiency on computer simulators, which are used for the training of operators of production processes. Approaches to assessing the effectiveness of training are given in many scientific studies on the creation and application of computer simulators. However, the problem of automation of the process of this assessment on the basis of the simulators themselves is not sufficiently considered. The evaluation methodology (based on mathematical statistics methods) and the prototype subsystem of the computer simulator complex were proposed to solve the indicated problem. • Mathematical model of the formation of cavitation bubbles in a centrifugal pump

The process of cavitation is one of the reasons for the premature wear of pumping equipment components. Elements of a pumping wheel are subject to the greatest wear. In addition, cavitation causes undesirable effects such as vibration and noise. In order to reduce cavitational damage and increase the service life of pumping equipment, the authors of this article propose to install a special-shaped flow divider at the pump inlet that breaks the flow entering the pump into separate jets of a certain shape and structure.
