  • An expert system to automate the classification of parts on a single system design documentation

    Modern CAD systems now allow automate most of the stages of design and technological preparation of production . But there is a number of routine procedures. This article is about the details classification operation analysys .
     A review of existing solutions has shown that there are two ways to classify the details. The first - a “manual” characteristics of the classifier, assignment. This is the major method. The second is the expert system "Klassifikator" from the AsconCo., which is based only on the verbal description of the parts and the user selected one of parts from the existing. So that the function of user is to provide the recognition of images patterns.  These methods of pattern recognition  systems are successfully solve complex image recognition task . Analysis of methods of recognition led to the selection of the neural network method for classification of items.
    We want you to use expert system consists of a Hamming neural network emulator and the semantic model of knowledge representation with direct output to solve the problem of classification of parts.
    This combination of neuro-cybernetics and information approach to the creation of an expert system can either automatically determine a part characteristic by its image , or in a semi-automatic mode, prompting the missing information from user.

  • Some of the energy efficiency of heating networks in the context of the current state of Russian communal services complex

    This article addresses the energy efficiency of heating systems. It describes the main requirements for modern heating networks. Reviews the main technological and engineering problem-solving tools of energy efficiency. Particular attention is paid to the comprehensive modernization of the old heating system. Offers cost-effective ways of redistribution of funds in the planning of operational costs and maintenance.

  • Formation of a geographical information database of residential and business housing stock of Rostov-on-Don

    Development of urban areas, especially Rostov-on-Don, which is one the largest city of the south of Russia, should be based on a comprehensive assessment and analysis of the structure of housing stock and engineering services, which provide all types of resources for the city. Research of the structure of housing stock, analysis of residential and private housings, municipal and business buildings, information on the territorial distribution of these objects with reference to the topography would allow to create a reliable information base for the development of district heating schemes. Housing stock of Rostov-on-Don was ranked by the year of construction, number of floors and material of the wall. The article assesses the providing of municipal and business buildings, kindergartens, schools, institutions consumer services, culture and sport institutions.

  • GIS support of the program on energy efficiency in municipal housing stock on the example of the city of Rostov-on-Don

    The article is devoted to solving the problem of energy saving in housing stock and communal services of the municipality by creating a model of housing stock with the help of modern geographic information systems. 
    Spatial model of energy efficiency, presented in this paper, built in the software environment of ArcGIS. This model allows to monitor and comprehensive evaluation of energy consumption in the building stock of Rostov-on-Don, as well as to solve the problems associated with increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings.

  • Assessment methods of increase energy efficiency in residential buildings of the raised number of storeys for Rostov-on-Don

    Justification of need of increase  energy efficiency in buildings of the raised number of storeys is given. The basic principles of increase  energy efficiency in residential buildings are formulated. The analysis of a complex of energy saving actions for different types of residential buildings is carried out

  • Energy-efficient reconstruction of secondary construction of residential blocks and micro-districts

    The concept of creation of energy-efficient areas in cities in the reconstruction and secondary residential blocks and micro-districts consists in the fact that, in practice, to prove the real possibilities to reduce energy consumption per unit area of housing in the housing and communal sphere in two and more times due to the implementation of the already well-known energy-saving technical tools and solutions, rational use of their possible combinations of the specific nature-climatic and city planning conditions. The creation of energy efficient zones requires a comprehensive consideration of issues and the systematic development of power supply at all stages of production, transportation and consumption of energy from the modernization of the objects of the engineering infrastructure

  • Forecasting and diagnostikatehnicheskogo state of municipal infrastructure

    In the article an estimate is given of the state of housing-and-municipal complex of Russia. Considered the primary objectives of the rapid assessment of the technical condition of objects of communal infrastructure. Considered the importance of forecasting the technical status of the site in order to enhance its operational reliability.

  • Development of complex energy efficient measurements’ choice algorithm in construction processes

    This scientific report is devoted to the solution of an optimization model of the complex energy efficient measurements’ choice problem, making use in the housing construction, on the bases of developed algorithm. The optimization algorithm was devised taking into account of the energy efficient technologies detailed classification including its cost and energy savings. In the article is offered a simplified formula of economic effect calculation for different energy efficient technologies. It introduces an application of optimization model of the complex energy efficient measurements’ choice by example of heat-insulating materials and the results of economic cost-effectiveness analysis of its using.

      The introduction of information-analytical system "Energy efficiency" is designed to provide effective information support of management decisions in the energy efficiency of housing stock, the system is a software tool for addressing the state level in the field of energy saving in the housing stock of the Rostov region. The introduction of IAS makes a real contribution to the implementation of the program on energy saving. Development of information-analytical system "Energy efficiency" makes it possible to give complete information of ​​the energy characteristics of the housing stock and to calculate the energy parameters for each of the buildings, simplifies the data acquisition of the energy savings potential and valuation of energy saving activities. Using the work of modern technology allows making informed decisions to adjust the strategy of energy conservation and monitoring the program of energy conservation.

      The research contains the analysis of the main methods and ways to increase efficiency in housing stock. There is given justification of necessity of energy economy and system of the indicators that influence on a choice of energy saving decisions for residential buildings of buildings of different number of storeys. The research contains the assessment of potential of energy saving for housing stock of the city is executed, development of a classification of housing, taking into account the main energy characteristics of buildings, analysis of the effectiveness of energy-saving measures for different types of residential buildings.
