  • The analysis model of the radial bearing based on nonlinear rheological equation of the Maxwell, given the existence of a limiting shear stress

    This paper presents a method of calculating the hydrodynamic radial slide bearing runs on the lubricant that has both viscoplasticity properties. When developing the analysis model as the initial equations the nonlinear Maxwell model with the existence of the limit shear stress. Asymptotic solution of the problem was found in even powers of the parameter due to the presence of limiting shear stress of the lubricant. Found the velocity field and the pressure in the lubricating layer obtained analytical expression for the bearing capacity of the bearing. The estimation of influence of parameters characterizing the elastic properties of the lubricant (the Deborah number) and a dimensionless parameter characterizing the viscoelastic properties of the lubricant parameter (plasticity) on the bearing capacity of the radial bearing.

  • Experimental installation for laboratory researches of galvanomekhanichesky sedimentation of zinc from flowing electrolyte on the restored surfaces of details of mobile equipment

    Improvement of technological process of galvanizing in flowing electrolyte without decrease in its reliability and quality of the received deposit can be carried out by carrying out anode etching of the processed surface directly in the main electrolyte of sedimentation. And, providing such conditions of anode etching at which, the details which are formed on a surface products of reactions easily are removed a channel of electrolyte is possible. For the purpose of identification of extent of influence of technology factors on anode dissolution of the processed surface it is necessary to conduct elektrokhikmichesky researches. The installation including electric was for this purpose developed and made and gidravklichesky speak rapidly. The Elektkrichesky part contains power-supply circuits of an electrolytic cell to the asymmetric variables odnopoluperiodno straightened, dvukhkpoluperiodno straightened by current and straightened by current with the lowered pulsation, and also a chain of heating of working electrolyte. The hydraulic scheme of experimental installation includes: the kisloktostoyky electric pump, pipelines, filters, the device for an electrolytic precipitation of coverings and a bathtub with electrolyte. Electrolyte, in the course of sedimentation, was constantly filtered. As filtering material used fiber glass. The filter if necessary it is possible to dismantle and wash out quickly. Such filtering element slightly interferes with a channel of electrolyte, is simple in service, is cheap and quite sufficient. Thus, the offered design of experimental installation allows to conduct necessary researches of process of sedimentation of a zinc electrodeposit for its improvement.

  • The method of hydrodynamic calculation radial bearing with increased load capacity with layered electrically conductive lubricant

    In this paper, taking into account the interactions of the layered conductive lubricant with a solid support surface is given by the method of calculation of the radial sliding bearing with the increased bearing capacity. Here, based on the Navier-Stokes equations, the equation of continuity and the Lame equation for the case of a "thin layer" provides a method of generating an exact self-similar solution to the problem. The problem solution is resulted in identifying the velocity and pressure field in the lubricating layer and subsequently found analytical expressions for the basic performance of the bearing. The estimation of the complex parameters that characterize different aspects of tribosystem, such as the parameter characterizing the layered nature of the lubricant; the supporting surface adapted profile; conductive properties of the lubricant; the electric field and the magnetic induction on the basic performance characteristics of the radial bearing.

  • Functional and technological synthesis of patentable products in the area of reforestation work

    Scientific findings of developing of patentable products in the area of reforestation work are presented in the article. Functional and technological synthesis is used for developing of patentable products. A development matrix of apparatuses for hand planting of forestry crops is developed in virtue of generalizations of patent databases. A fragment of this matrix is described in the article. Route forward of apparatuses for hand planting of forestry crops are determined in terms of the matrix.   • Experimental evaluation of the anisotropy of the stiffness of the front bearing spindle assembly lathe

    Trend of modern development of machine tools lathe group is the use of multiple tool holders, multi-position turrets. This makes it necessary to determine the radial stiffness in the area of treatment in all possible directions of load. In this paper, we propose a method and a method of control stiffness spindles lathes using load device, which allows to determine the static radial stiffness of the spindle assembly when the direction of the vector load. The load device is a cylindrical mandrel with a conical shank. The mandrel is set in a tapered hole of tailstock quill. The angular position of the load lock device corresponds to the direction of the force. The principle of operation of the device is to provide a radial load on the spindle caused by the elastic deformation of the sliding mandrel load device stops the inner conical surface of the spindle. Mandrel previously spanned. This allows to estimate the radial load created by bending mandrel controlled indicator secured thereon. The dimensions of the mandrel are determined finite element modeling depending on the inner cone of the front end of the spindle and the required radial loads. For the experiment was selected eight positions mandrel: the direction of the force was varied by rotating the load device in the bushing at an angle of 45 degrees. According to the results of the experiment was built hodograph elastic displacement of the spindle. Analysis of the results showed that there is a significant change in the stiffness of the spindle bearings depending on the direction of the load, that is experimentally confirmed anisotropy stiffness bearing spindle assembly.

  • Multiparameter sensor pnevmomehanichesy position pneumatic actuators

    In the article the automatic drive positioner technology systems increased speed and accuracy on the basis of multi-parameter sensor rotor (MPMD). The proposed scheme, technical solution (MPMD) with improved integral evaluation of several parameters of positional displacement control objects. The generalized mathematical model of the sensor actuator position struktre. Computational experiments by the Runge-Kutta in the environment of the program Matlab-simulink are obtained depending on the basic parameters of an actuator position. When you perform a typical positional cycle The influence of the major geometric, hydraulic and thermodynamic characteristics of the expiry of the compressed air through the nozzle sensor element on its expenditure-Perepadnaya response. It is found that the maximum deviation does not exceed 5% of the reference sensor. This will improve the accuracy of parameter estimation process of positioning and formation of control actions in real space and time.

  • Triboelectric phenomena at metal-polymer friction contact and their dependence on temperature

    The research of triboelectrization of metal-polymeric contact has been conducted. It was based on the concept of surface states (SS), which represent energy levels on the surface and are the localization centers of the free charge carriers. Thus surface states on a metal are a boundary layer of a chemical compound formed by a metal with the atoms that are included into a composition of atmospheric gases or a polymer. Surface states on a polymer are connected with the fragments of polymeric molecules, appearing in the result of tribodestruction, by the radicals containing unpaired electrons. The investigation shows that a level of electrization of a composite polymer reduces if heteropolar polymers are brought together.

  • Increase of efficiency of removal of trees and shrubs in a continuous movement of forest machines

    The article is devoted to the problem of improving the efficiency of removal of trees and shrubs (cutting and milling) in a continuous movement of forest machines. Brush cutters with active and passive working elements, as well as specialized machines are used for cutting and milling trees and shrubs. These machines have a disadvantage. It is a low reliability in operation. A general layout scheme of machines for removal of trees and shrubs is offered in the article which allows minimizing this problem. The machine has two working bodies: a basic and an additional. The basic working body is for cutting trees and shrubs. The additional working body is for milling stumps and roots and also for mixing pieces of wood with soil.

  • The computational model is based on the dependence of viscosity and permeability of the porous layer of the pressure-layer hydrodynamic lubrication

    In this paper, based on the Navier-Stokes equations , the continuity equation , taking into account the pressure dependence of viscosity , Darcy equation taking into account the dependence of the permeability of the porous layer of the pressure given by the exact method of forming a self-similar solution of the problem of calculating the hydrodynamic journal bearing operating at three-layer lubricant . As a result, found the velocity field and the pressure in the lubricating layer and the analytical expressions for the components of the supporting forces and friction. Found rational bearing capacity values ​​characterizing different aspects of the functioning of the knot of friction , namely profile support surface ; special lubricating fluid interaction with the surfaces of the friction unit , taking into account the pressure dependence of viscosity ( the formation of intermediate layers with different lubricant viscosities ) .

  • Regularities modeling of time between failures distribution of bulldozers at oil and gas objects bases construction

    In the article, the problem of reliability ensuring of bulldozers working at oil and gas objects bases backfill is considered. Typical failures are revealed. Statistical data on time between failures of bulldozers’ elements are obtained. Time between failures distribution regularities of running gear elements and engine are determined. Adequacy of logarithmic normal law of distribution and Weibull’s law is proved. Directions of the received results use are offered.

  • Unsteady computational model inhomogeneous two-layer porous bearing of finite length when combined feed lubrication

    In this paper, based on Darcy equations that govern the lubricant in porous layers , and the modified Reynolds equation in the framework of a short bearing solve the problem of unsteady motion of a viscous incompressible lubricant in the bearing clearance double-layer porous . Here we consider the case when the permeability in porous layers in the axial direction is changed by the normal law , and the combined feed lubrication is performed simultaneously in the axial and perpendicular to the bearing axis directions. As a result, the pressure field found in porous layers and in the lubricating layer and analytical dependences for the efforts of the oil film . Compiled by the equation of motion tongue and solved the problem of the stability of the unsteady motion of a pin bearing , found that in the case of a combined bearing lubrication working more steadily compared with the cases or axial directions perpendicular to the axis lubrication . The results obtained can be offered for the development of cylindrical dampers with double-layer porous collar , effectively attenuating transmitted force imbalance in the combined feed lubrication.

  • The computational model of radial plain bearing with increased load capacity, working on micropolar lubricantgiven its viscosity characteristics of the pressure

    As is known, currently in a model gidrodinaimcheskoy sliding bearing lubricant widely used micropolar lubrication. A major shortcoming of existing working models of bearings running on micropolar lubricant is that this does not take into account the dependence of viscosity characteristics of the micropolar lubricant on the pressure. Naturally, there is a need not only into account the dependence of viscosity characteristics of the pressure in the development of an analytical method for predicting the optimal carrying capacity characteristics inherent MICROPOLAR grease, but also predict the optimal profile of the reference surface of the radial bearing. [1-3 ]Solving this problem is devoted to this work.

  • The computational model thrust bearing with high load-bearing capacity, working on non-Newtonian lubricants with tailored support surface

    The ability to choose the right anti-wear additives [1-6 ] allows you to create lubricants , which are thin layers have different properties than in large volumes. It is commonly assumed that the additives are functioning only in the zone boundary lubrication and are outside the scope of the hydrodynamic theory of lubrication . However, the beneficial effect of additives as indicated in many studies [1-5 ] we have in the " thin layer" of hydrodynamic lubrication .As is well known , lubrication bearings operate on different types of lubricants which are composed of base oil and additive compositions that provide the required functional properties of the oil . Additives polymers with high molecular weight oils impart viscoelastic properties . Analysis of existing studies [ 7-9] on the calculation of bearings running on a viscoelastic lubricant , shows that they do not take into account the dependence of the viscosity and shear modulus of the pressure and temperature, and mode of friction is assumed laminar. It is known [ 10 ] , high-speed bearings operating in turbulent friction , higher pressure and higher temperature, and so the development of methods for calculating the bearings running on a viscoelastic lubricant requires consideration of the above factors.In connection with the above written shall first develop the computational model of thrust bearings running on micropolar lubricant with the viscosity characteristics of the lubricant on the pressure in contrast to the existing theoretical models do not take into account these dependencies (task 1).And then consider the calculation model of extra load -bearing capacity , working on a viscoelastic lubricant for the dependence of its characteristics on the pressure (objective 2).

  • Mechatronic measuring module parameters of the executive movements machine system

    In this paper is offered hydraulic sensor to measure the kinematic, power and energy parameters. Developed scheme and the principles of the hydraulic sensor.  Identification  on the special flow lab with real modes of the device is determined by its performance in different conditions. Approximation of the results received dependences flow and pressure drop characteristics on the speed and entrance pressure, allowed more correctly assess and describe the operation of the hydraulic sensor over the entire range of speed and entrance pressure.
