  • Assessment of air pollution of roadside territories of transport highways

The article assesses the impact of road transport on air pollution of roadside areas of a major transport highway in Volgograd. The road-car complex makes a significant contribution to air pollution by solid particles, significantly exceeding the background value. One of the criteria for assessing the impact of dust particles on the air environment according to the World Health Organization is the mass content of particles with a diameter of less than 10 microns (PM10) and 2.5 microns (PM2.5) in atmospheric air, which is normalized in the territory of the Russian Federation by hygienic standards. The fractional composition of dust particles entering the atmospheric air was assessed by the Microtrac S3500 laser particle analyzer, the concentration by the Lighthouse 3016-IAQ particle counter. The results of the dispersion analysis are presented in the form of the Rosin–Rammler–Sperling–Bennett function of the volume distribution of particles over diameters.

Keywords: dust, particle, dispersed composition, concentration, road transport, atmospheric air, transport highway

  • Parasite architecture

The article is devoted to the review of the new form of architecture - "parasite" architecture. It marks its historical and modern incarnation in various buildings. The distinctive features of the “parasite” form of architecture are distinguished from other forms. The classification of objects of “parasite” architecture is given according to a number of features. This classification is a group that relates the object to a particular architectural style. The name “parasite architecture” was formed in connection with the ability of such structures, like parasite creatures, to be attached to the existing structures of buildings and structures and to transfer their own load to them. Reception of parasitic architecture is used by a range of companies to create additional living spaces.

  • The development measures to improve the sustainability regional budgets in terms of uneven socio-economic development

The paper presents the classification types of fiscal stability the regions, as well as measures to improve the sustainability of regional budgets, which will minimize the risks inefficient execution of the federal budget, improve fiscal sustainability of both the federal and regional budgets.

Keywords: socio-economic system, the stability, the regional budget, intergovernmental relations

  • Parametric model of pseudorandom sequence generator by OrCAD

This article describes the model of the pseudorandom sequences (PRS) generator developed in OrCAD program suite. The described model is applicable for radio systems modules circuits simulation that are using in the operation a PRS. The PRS generator implementation in OrCAD make possible to change PRS parametres immediately in the program, without using other software. A model specificity is that it is parametrised. Parametrization facilitates model control and that is reduce to a minimum necessary manipulations for changing of PRS type. The model is constructed on the basis of circuitry implementation of the linear feedback shift register (LFSR). For adjustment of model it is enough to instal code words setting starting state a LFSR, parametres of a signal of a clock source and to specify register tap output. As an example, used a 16-bit LFSR to create maximum length PRS, tap sequence {0, 5, 9, 13}. Emulation results are presented.

  • Modeling the ab initio structure of layered aluminosilicates.

This work deals with the study of atomic and electronic structure of kaolinite samples (Glukhovtsy deposit) and montmorillonite (Millerovsky deposit) by density functional theory. The applicability of existing exchange-correlation potential in the local density approximation (LDA) and the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) is analised for an adequate description of the physical properties of layered aluminosilicate. An experimental and theoretical study of the IR spectra of minerals, as well as the identification of the most intense absorption bands, performed in the approximation of DFT using the exchange-correlation potential PW91. The analysis of the band structure of these minerals, which showed that these compounds are direct-gap insulators.

  • Assessment potential economic impact of the environment in the Russian Federation

The paper presents national practice calculations of economic impacts used in environmental management. Direct and indirect cost economic impact assessment was considered. Particular attention is given to approaches of economic valuation of natural resources.

Keywords: economic impact, direct and indirect cost, risk assessment, replacement value, NPV

  • Technologies of definition of the resistance to stress of employees at the enterprises of services sector focused on clients

The purpose of this work is identification of optimum methods of an as-sessment of a resistance to stress in work of the modern organizations of a services sector. This article considers the major factors influencing effective work of the personnel in a services sector under the influence of various stressful situations.  Categories of the workers who are most subject to psychological instability on workers are defined.

Keywords: resistance to stress, testing methods, service economy

  • Methods of reconstruction of buildings after the Second World War

Post-war reconstruction of the city of Rostov-on-Don to be divided in to two stages from 14 February 1943. to 1946 and from 1946 to 1956., restore to different choices and features of design and construction. Up to 1946. rehabilitation works are mainly ofthe nature of small repairs of small houses and decoration of apartments. To restor elarge objects started at the end of 1946. A commission was established to restore, which was engaged in the survey of destroyed buildings and made decision sab out the method of recovery. Methods: repair, reconstruction with elements of restoration and reconstruction. Among design organizations involved in the restoration of Rostov special place"Gorproekt."
