  • Analysis of technical decisions of construction of gas pipelines in districts with complex hydrometeorological conditions

    This article describes problems of ensuring the reliability of gas pipelines, one of which is connected with the construction of the North Seas on the shelf in the zone of permafrost soils, the other with the construction of long-distance gas pipelines in difficult hydrological conditions. Were analyzed the existing technical solutions in the light of the above construction conditions. Were revealed the advantages and disadvantages of the considered technologies of construction and transportation of gas are. The research identifies the main factors affecting the reliability and efficiency of design solutions for the construction of gas pipelines in areas with difficult hydrometeorological conditions.

  • PROBLEMS OF PROVIDING BIOSPHERIC COMPATIBILITY IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE CONCEPT OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE TYUMEN CITY TO 2040

    The authors' point of view on the problem of linking environmental policy and territorial development of cities is presented. The consequences of the preservation of industrial enterprises in the structure of the existing construction are analyzed on the example of the modernization of the Tyumen Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Plant. The reasons for the deterrent development of the Russian pharmaceutical industry have been revealed. The importance of industrial clustering in ensuring the revival of the pharmaceutical industry in the Tyumen region is shown. The consequences of creating a biopharmaceutical cluster are predicted. The role of biospherosocompatibility in the construction of the model of long-term territorial development of the city of Tyumen is defined. The use of the principle of biosphere compatibility is proposed as a basis for sustainable development of cities as flexible self-developing systems. The necessity of adjusting the normative and legal aspect of modern hail activity is shown. Conclusions are formulated that contribute to the creation of a strategic biosphere-compatible city development program. Information can be used to develop a master plan for the city of Tyumen.

  • Methods of seismic and seismic isolation using special devices

    The article considers modern methods of seismic and seismic isolation. Traditional methods have long been used in construction practice, but special methods allow to significantly reduce costs and increase the reliability of erected structures. In modern design solutions, it is impossible to increase seismic resistance, only by increasing the cross sections, strength, and weight. New effective methods of seismic protection are required. Such solutions imply a change in mass and rigidity, damping the system depending on its movements and velocities. Thus, the use of seismic protection with proper design can significantly increase such characteristics as: building reliability, safety and reliability of equipment, economic indicators of the building.

  • Parasite architecture

    The article is devoted to the review of the new form of architecture - "parasite" architecture. It marks its historical and modern incarnation in various buildings. The distinctive features of the “parasite” form of architecture are distinguished from other forms. The classification of objects of “parasite” architecture is given according to a number of features. This classification is a group that relates the object to a particular architectural style. The name “parasite architecture” was formed in connection with the ability of such structures, like parasite creatures, to be attached to the existing structures of buildings and structures and to transfer their own load to them. Reception of parasitic architecture is used by a range of companies to create additional living spaces.

  • Organization of construction in cramped conditions of a residential building

    The article considers the conditions for the development of the most rational methods of construction in the cramped conditions of the modern city, in which there is an impossibility of using tower cranes, because of the presence in their working area of already erected buildings or structures, other tower cranes, crossings, roadways and sidewalks. Construction work in cramped conditions cause an increased degree of material, construction, environmental risk and the need to strengthen the safety of people as producing the construction of the object, and the living population nearby.

  • Microbiological research of fine dust in air conditioners of office buildings

    Data on the effect on human health of dust from office air conditioners are presented. The microbial and dispersion composition of dust has been studied. Studies have shown that the microbial number in the rooms depends on the floor on which the air conditioner is installed. Also, the presence of large fractions of dust decreases with increasing height at which the air conditioner is installed.

  • Experimental studies of combustion of solid fuel in a low-power boiler with a furnace of a high-temperature fluidized bed with recirculation of outgoing gases in static and dynamic modes of operation

    the article presents experimental studies of a low-power boiler with a furnace of a high-temperature fluidized bed with recirculation of outgoing gases in stationary and transient modes of operation. The experimental installation of the boiler KVP-1,74 WKS with recirculation of outgoing gases is represented and described. The results of experimental studies of the dependences of the coefficient of excess oxygen at of the volume of the recirculation of exhaust gases of the boiler KVP-1,74 VTX at nominal and partial loads, based on the percentage of fuel saving of the boiler from the amount of recirculation of exhaust gases of the boiler KVP-1,74 VTX at nominal and partial loads boilers, graphs of transient processes in boiler "KVP-1,74-VTX" with recirculation of flue gas when changing the fuel consumption, GRAPHS of the comparison of transients in the boiler "KVP-1,74-VTX" with recirculation of flue gas when changing fuel consumption.

  • Elastic stability of a statically indefinable core structure of a polygonal configuration

    Outlines the main provisions of the calculation of the stability of statically indefinable systems of regular structure. A planar structure with an external contour in the shape of a regular hexagon and under the action of nodal radial compression forces is considered. An analysis of the stability of the equilibrium state of the core structure is performed and the full range of numerical values of the instability parameter of the system is determined.

  • Feasibility study of the technology on utilization of organic and inorganic carbon-containing waste by the method of pyrolysis

    This article discusses the use of waste disposal technologies, their technological and environmental-economic assessment. The relevance of this work is determined by the current trend on finding affordable and effective technologies for waste disposal, taking into account their energy potential. A comparative analysis of existing technologies for waste treatment and a feasibility study on the utilization of organic and inorganic carbon-containing waste by the pyrolysis method have been carried out. The authors analyzed the Russian and foreign experience of using waste technologies as alternative energy sources. The energy component of production and consumption wastes is considered. The scheme of the production complex using the pyrolysis technology, focused not only on the processing of waste, but also obtaining the sought-after useful competitive product.

  • Analysis and justification of the choice of method of processing waste production and consumption

    This paper discusses the current problems of waste management: sorting and their further processing. The average morphological composition of waste in Russia and in the world is presented. Possible methods of recycling waste components on different morphological composition are considered. A comparative analysis of the existing promising technologies for processing waste used in the Russian Federation, including municipal solid waste by burning, pyrolysis and plasma gasification, from the point of view on economic and environmental efficiency of the process. The technical and economic features of the low- and high-temperature pyrolysis process are given. As economic indicators used are specific capital investments, the cost of utilization, energy consumption and production recoupment. The assessment of environmental efficiency is determined by indicators such as the degree and duration of waste disposal, the generation of waste in the recycling process, and the pollution in the soil, groundwater, and the atmosphere.

  • Stress Concentration in Construction Elements of Polycrystalline Materials at Various Stress States

    The paper is concerned with relevant stress concentration research in construction elements made of structurally heterogeneous materials. On the base of the physico-mechanical model of structurally heterogeneous body (polycrystal) , with the use of finite elements method, stress distribution in construction elements made of polycrystalline metals with hexagonal lattice (magnesium, titanium, zinc) is investigated at various stress states. Coefficients of stress concentration in plates with circular holes are determined in the case of uniaxial tension, uniform biaxial tension, and pure shear. It is demonstrated that stress concentration coefficients calculated regarding microstructural factors of stress concentration can take values that considerably differ from values for isotropic body, depending on anisotropy of elastic properties of polycrystalline metals and a type of stress state

  • About some features of the layout of dust cleaning systems with vortex inertial devices with counter-swirling flows

    Based on the results of theoretical and experimental studies, the necessity of taking into account the “overshoot effect of large particles” in inertial devices with small diameters is justified when assembling dust collection systems with devices of different sizes.

  • The stress condition of inclined metal rods in the timber elements of the built-up section

    The results of tests of a series of single-shear samples of joints of wooden elements on inclined metal rods (IMR), in which plain washers transmit the force between the rod and wood, are considered. The intended bearing capacity of the NMS-connection is determined by taking into account changes in SP 64.13330.2017. Theoretically and based on experimental data, the stress-strain state of an IMR connection and the stress state of inclined steel rods are considered. The prevailing factors in the stress state of inclined rods are established. The estimation of the bearing capacity of IMR-connections on the rods with plain washers performed.

  • Use of Modular Polycarbonate Systems in the Construction of Sports Facilities

    The paper explores the use ofpolycarbonate modular systems in the construction of translucent building envelopsfor sports facilities. Basedonthecomparisonofthelighttransmissionperformance involving the most widely used translucent materials, it is easy to see that they are inferior to nearly all other materials. Certain characteristics of cellular polycarbonate sheets are summarized intabularform depending on the number of layers and the cellular structure. Further emphasis is made on the fact the existing lock connections for assembly of large-scale planar structures are not always consistent with the constructability and occupational safety requirements.

  • Economic and mathematical modeling for solving problems of comparative assessment of technical and economic efficiency of construction and reconstruction of heat supply systems

    The article presents the solution of the technical and economic efficiency of capital investments in the reconstruction of the heat supply systems of municipal and departmental entities of the Russian Federation using the criteria for choosing a rational reconstruction option. The economic-mathematical model was developed using modified Cobb-Douglas two-factor production functions in relative coordinates.

  • Analysis of the reconstruction of residential buildings, taking into account their life cycle

    Over time, residential buildings under the influence of physical deterioration, as well as moral degradation need to be transformed. Experience in the redevelopment of residential buildings of the 1960s – 1990s. built in the Republic of Belarus, as well as in other countries of the former USSR, testifies to the significant resource intensity of this process, which is due to a certain “rigidity” of the structural and technical characteristics of the reconstructed buildings. Given that during the life cycle global housing redevelopment measures may be needed every 30–35 years, questions of reducing resource intensity during this type of work are an important factor in optimizing the process of operating the housing complex as a whole.

  • Organization of measures for the protection of atmospheric air at construction sites from the impact of fine dust

    This article discusses the development of measures for the protection of atmospheric air during the construction industry. Particular attention is paid to the development and implementation of MPE projects and their implementation in the construction process. Also an important factor for environmental protection, including atmospheric air is the calculation of the radius of action of the sanitary protection zone of each construction site, depending on the sources of pollution. Particular attention is paid to the allocation of fine dust on the construction site, as well as measures to reduce these emissions. The article presents the results of the implementation of certain technological and organizational measures to reduce the release of PM10 and PM2. 5 fine dust particles on one of the construction sites of Rostov-on-don.

  • Modern school. Substantiation of the use of underground premises

    He article is devoted to the possibility of using the underground space of schools. The problem of lighting the underground premises of the school space and examples of exits from it: physical, technical and functional are considered. Further, in accordance with the regulations, a list of premises that can be located underground without natural lighting or with minimal lighting is selected, then a classification of these premises is given: sports, canteen, entertainment, educational and household. At the end of the article summarizes the work carried out.

  • Evaluation of the efficiency of recuperative heat exchangers

    In this article, the object of the study are the types of recuperators used in air handling units in order to compare their efficiency and payback period. Heat exchanger-a heat exchanger of surface type for the use of waste gas heat, in which the heat exchange between the heat carriers is carried out continuously through the wall separating them. Depending on the temperature of the flows, their rotation speed and rotor speed, we determine the efficiency of the recuperator. Payback of the heat exchanger depends on the climatic parameters of the region, its efficiency, the type of coolant and ventilation mode during the day.
