  • Dynamics of the largest regional diasporas, as an indicator of the ethnic and demographic evolution of the population of the Rostov region

    The article analyzes the population dynamics, habitat settlement in the Rostov region of Ukrainians and Armenians, representing two major regional diaspora. We study their complex demographic and spatial relationship in the post-war decades, and in the post-Soviet period. The reasons rapidly declining regional Ukrainian community in the late twentieth century - beginning of the XXI century. Predicted the most likely scenario, the demographic dynamics of the two diasporas in the coming decades, examines the role in this process of modern Ukrainian crisis caused by the influx within the scope of large numbers of refugees.

  • Perfomance prediction of ladge dimension random number generators anlgorithms implementations on reconfigurable arcitectures with coprocessors

    This article discusses problem of improving performance of large dimension random number generators. With current trends , as an accelerator for CPU considered field-programmable gate array ( FPGAs ) . The analysis of hardware implementations of algorithms of random number generators offered by the Altera company is carried out. It is offered to use a method of calculation of a gain of productivity Reconfigurable Amenability Test (RAT) offered by B. Holland, K. Nagarajan and A. D. George. Assessment of several random number generators is made by this method. Received results it is analyzed, and on the basis of the drawn conclusions, simulation of the algorithms showing a high rate of a gain of productivity is made. Results received theoretically and during simulation are compared.

  • Information and technological support of financing of innovations at the small industrial enterprises

    Informational and technological platform of modern bank – the potential creditor of innovative projects of the small industrial enterprises - is considered as the important instrument of support of adoption of reasonable decisions of bank about participation in the project, also of estimating of limiting conditions of enterprises of small scale. On author’s opinion, the offered information support of an assessment of solvency of the small enterprises functioning in the industrial sphere, all this system is most adapted under specificity of objects, what can be effective in the course of a choice of the best option of interaction of bank with the client, besides, when making transactions by leasing. The modelling system of financing of the innovative project, that was initiated within working small enterprise, will allow to eliminate defects, which information support already existing in bank possesses, and to add new opportunities, which will make work of staff of bank more effective, analysis of conditions of client more exact and making decisions on crediting by more reasonable

    Leasing is considered as an effective tool capitalization industry's innovative potential. Under capitalization refers to the process of innovation potential effective binding economic resources towards modernization projects and innovatization. In high wear and tear funds of Russian industry and low levels of financial stability of most industrial leasing allows capitalization of their innovative capacity.   • Features of the spinel phases formation in system NiO – CoO – CuO – Cr2O3

    The combination of the unique, abnormal properties shown by oxidic systems with structure of spinel on the basis of transitional elements chromites draws attention of researchers for many years. Some systems on the basis of transitional elements chromites (for example, nickel and copper chromites) have critical elements (multicritical points, lines of phase transitions of the second sort, etc.) on the phase chart. Near these elements of the phase chart materials possess unique chemical and physical properties. Therefore development methods of receiving and research of phase forming and properties in NIO-CoO-CuO-Cr2O3 system represent fundamental and practical interest for chemistry and technology of inorganic substances. In this work processes of spinel structure formation in system 0,6 NiCr2O4 – 0,2 CoCr2O4 – 0,2 CuCr2O4 from crystal chemistry positions are considered. Formation of two solid solutions on the basis of nickel (II) chromite – with structure of cubic spinel and with tetragonal distorted structure is established. The influence of cooperative Yahn-Teller effect on processes of a spinel forming and on stabilizing impact of chloride of potassium on process of education of  two spinel solid solutions is suggested. Influence of a power factor of cation stabilization in knots of a crystal lattice as one of the important factor in reaction of spinel structure formation is considered.

  • To the question of sources and volumes of oil components, input into Black sea

    The paper is devoted with the analysis of sources and volumes of oil components’ input into the Black sea. The topicality of this problem is connected with of transboundary the status of water object that contributes to the complexity of such works. Black Sea has important significance for transport and development in the coastal zone of the oil complex, combined with a great recreational potential. As a result, ecosystems are technogenic impact. The paper describes the main natural and anthropogenic sources of oil components in the Black Sea. On the basis of the results of our expeditionary research and analysis of sources of pollutant concluded chronic character oil pollution of the Black Sea. And the conclusion that the most optimistic estimates, entrance of oil components in the ecosystem in the Black Sea is approximately 270 thousand tons per year, which is higher than the currently accepted values of 2−2.5 times.

  • Dynamical choice of the order in the multirate adaptive filter

    The new way of multirate adaptation is considered. The main idea is the filter ability to change the order of the filter automaticaly by the appropriate algorithm.
    The power on the filter output consists of two components. The first one is caused by the impulse response truncation, and the other is caused by weights fluctuations in the adaptive processing. More weights contribute more noise in adaptive signal processing. The result of adaptive procedure is the choice of the best filter orders in every channel of the multi-channel structure.
    The main interest of this investigation is in the adaptation of the multirate adaptive filter with the flexible structural self-organization.
    Due to the use of dynamical order adaptation procedure in the subbands, it is possible to reduce the total amount of the computational operations without quality reducing. Beside it, decreasing of the filter orders in the separate channel promotes considerable increase of the signal-to-noise ratio in the output signal. These statements are approved by experiments with the equalization problem.
    Different results of the computer modeling are supplied with proper comments.

  • Experimental study of strength and thermal properties of materials for thermal calculations enclosing structures based on them

    The main maintenance of a determination of strength and thermal properties of lightweight concrete on the basis of local raw materials by the Republic of Tajikistan constant linear heat source. The dependence of the thermal conductivity of wet concrete on its temperature as a linear function , differentiated by zones of positive and negative temperatures, which is the basis for calculating the probability of heat engineering structures using the test light concrete .

  • Identification of plunger model of electrohydraulic servo of wicket gate system for diagnosis and adaptive control

    The article is concerned with designing online identification algorithm for identification plunger model for  wicket gate of Kaplan turbine adaptive control system. Algorithm is based on generalised recurrent least square method and invariant embedding method. Computer modeling using designed algorithm and using real experimental data shows that algorithm is effective.

  • Technology works with increased soil ground water retaining structures

    In this paper the technology of repair of ground water retaining structures soil mixture improved quality with and without soil mixture install.Use soil mixture , improved sharps and ensure the return of ashes (repaired ) slopes and ridge structures of high strength (up to 13-15 MPa) and water resistance , thus increasing the effectiveness and quality of the repair work and increased resistance to the elements of the structures induced defect . The presence of the bran soil mixture not only enhances the strength of 30-40% , but also gives a significant increase in water and frost (20-30 %), which prevent or substantially reduce the infiltration of water through the filtration body water retaining structures , since high strength and frost soil-concrete being laid on a slope ( in the recovery slope failure ) and groove (at soil dumping and capacity to or in excess of the design marks ) will reliably protect the body of the dams ( dams ) of the drawdown , erosion , buckling , suffusion , and other deformities.

  • Parametric model of pseudorandom sequence generator by OrCAD

    This article describes the model of the pseudorandom sequences (PRS) generator developed in OrCAD program suite.The described model is applicable for radio systems modules circuits simulation that are using in the operation a PRS. The PRS generator implementation in OrCAD make possible to change PRS parametres immediately in the program, without using other software. A model specificity is that it is parametrised. Parametrization facilitates model control and that is reduce to a minimum necessary manipulations for changing of PRS type. The model is constructed on the basis of circuitry implementation of the linear feedback shift register (LFSR). For adjustment of model it is enough to instal code words setting starting state a LFSR, parametres of a signal of a clock source and to specify register tap output. As an example, used a 16-bit LFSR to create maximum length PRS, tap sequence {0, 5, 9, 13}. Emulation results are presented.

  • New means for measurement of parameters of piezoelectric ceramic elements and materials

     An analysis of new methods and means for a mesurement of parameters of piezoelectric ceramic elements and materials is carried out. These methods and means are based on a digital principle of the construction of devices. An impuls with a linear frequncy modulation therein is used as an signal for exciting. Results of experimental studies on this subject are represented for discussion.
