  • Methods of analysis and selection of technology for building subsystem as part of the complex automated system (for example, SAP ERP)

    The study on the example of the choice of SAP UI Technology for the development of a subsystem of planning and actual time tracking has shown the proposed method of selecting one of the available technologies for construction of a subsystem based on a particular platform. The developed method includes the analysis of the features, advantages and disadvantages of each of the possible technologies and then a well-formalized decision-making process of choosing one of the technologies based on the analytic hierarchy process.

  • Statistical analysis of asymmetric relations between test items in the computer psychodiagnostics

    The main purpose of this article is to demonstrate the advantages of statistical analysis of asymmetric relations between test items in the development of computer versions of psychodiagnostic tools. The main idea is that the statistical analysis of asymmetric relations between test items allows to describe the internal structure of the test in the form of incomplete oriented graph. The authors also attempt to identify some areas of possible applications of this analysis in psychodiagnostics and psychometrics: adaptive testing; assessment of discriminatory power of the test task; determining the reliability of the data. The authors base their arguments on analyzing results of 172 subjects tested by the Russian version of MMPI.

  • Designing the structure of the spatial data distributed base in complex structured hierarchic geographical information systems

    Today geographical information systems are used by operating companies for solving extensive distributed utility networks service and development issues. Designing and the subsequent creation of geographically distributed corporate enterprise geodatabase is needed for taking into account the requirements imposed by all divisions of the enterprise on GIS. On account of the complex distributed multi-level structure of the enterprise database the detailed consideration of all elements, parts of the enterprise geodatabase, is required. The enterprise database structure has been considered from the point of view of the database elements. The database of the whole enterprise is a set of databases of enterprise local subdivisions. The divisions use data about neighboring division territories in their work to perform their tasks. The subdivision database consists of two parts: a unique chunk and data about neighboring division objects. The base of the common data includes objects information which is required for more than one local subdivision. The data required for three neighboring divisions is a crosscutting of three neighboring division databases. Corporate database and entering into its composition local subdivision databases consist also of an attributive and spatial information. Besides it is necessary to perform spatial differentiation, layer differentiation and attributive field differentiation for more flexible monitoring of access permissions in the database. The suggested approach based on the set-theoretical spatial data presentation and analysis allows to realize the consistent structure of the distributed database.

  • Graph with attenuation on arcs and amplifification in vertices and routing in information networks

    Considered routing problem in information network in which there are arcs that does not affect the signal quality - neutral and reduce the signal quality - regressive, as well as vertices which improves signal quality - active, and vertices does not affect the signal quality - neutral. The problem reduces to finding the shortest path on the set of paths satisfying the additional restriction - on any segment of the path enclosed between two consecutive active vertices contains no more than a predetermined number of regressive arcs (the same applies to the segment from the beginning of the path to the first active vertex and from the last active vertex to the end of the path, as well as to the ways without active vertices). For such graphs described construction of the reamer - auxiliary graph that allows to find the solution of the problem with restrictions on the original graph as the solution of the corresponding problem without restrictions on the reamer.

  • Development of the method of planning the path of the mobile autonomous robot in a three dimensional environment based on fuzzy logic

    The purpose and objectives of this work is to develop methods of planning the path of the mobile autonomous robots operating in environments with unknown location of obstacles. The result of the article is vague planner travel path of autonomous mobile robots for three-dimensional space (3D environments). The results differ from known analogues structure proposed planner, consisting of two interconnected parts, designed for use in horizontal and vertical planes, context-sensitive coordination method "simple" behavior of the mobile robot, a set of rules governing the method of prevention "jam" in the obstacles.

  • The algorithm of selection process of measuring instruments for conducting instrumental control of harmful productions factors

    А key element in the system of public administration by labor protection is receiving reliable information about a condition of working conditions depending on levels of influence of harmful and dangerous production factors. Instrumentional monitoring of workings conditions on workplaces is carry on production control of harmful production factors and procedure of a special assessment of working conditions by test laboratories. Thus one of the tasks demanding the decision is development of algorithm of process of a choice of the measuring instruments satisfying areas of accreditation of test laboratory and to the state requirements to performance of these works. For the solution of an objective the author offers a technique of an optimum choice of the instrument equipment which basis the method of expert evaluations (rank correlation). According to basic provisions of a technique in scientific work the algorithm of process of a choice of measuring instruments for carry on of instrumental control of harmful production factors is presented. Criteria of a choice of devices are considered. The mathematical model of process of a choice of measuring equipment including ranging of criteria of a choice of devices is described. According to results of ranging the leading, essential and less significant criteria of a choice for the instrument group participating in experiment are defined. In view of the leading and essential parameters of a choice of the equipment, the complete set of test laboratory by the necessary instrument equipment, according to area of analytical tasks and conditions of measurement install.

  • Mathematical model of salient pole synchronous generator of mini-CHP

    In this paper we propose mathematical model of salient-pole synchronous generator of mini-CHP. The model is based on a full Park-Gorev differential equation. The saturation of the machine is taken by using the method of partial magnetic characteristics. This method allows most accurate evaluation of the change of parameters of an equivalent circuit of the generator in the absence of information about the magnetic properties of the machine. The model is Implemented in Simulink. Application of the model is possible when calculating the steady-state and transients in distribution electrical net wich contains salient pole synchronous generators.

  • Research of influence of the polarity of the high voltage breakdown voltages of the spark plug electrode gap

    The laboratory studies the dependence of breakdown voltage of the spark plug gap on the polarity of the high voltage generated ignition system, air density and the size of the spark plug gap. The studies were performed using the tester spark under pressure. With a resistive voltage sensor made visualization, transformation and analysis of information on the magnitude of the breakdown voltage. Produced processing waveforms shown that flashover occurs regardless of the magnitude of the gap and is determined by the rate of rise of the secondary voltage of the external shape of the electrode and insulator spark plug. To reduce the breakdown voltage should be selected polarity when the cathode is the breakdown of the central electrode of the spark plug. Reversal may allow push surface breakdown in the zone of higher pressure in the chamber of the device, albeit with an increase in the breakdown voltage of the spark gap.

  • Investigation of the noise characteristics of the traffic flow on the basis of the directional microphone

    The investigation and analysis of noise characteristics of the traffic flow via a directional microphone. The principle of operation of directional microphones and test procedures. Full-scale research made microphone-controlled lane highway. When approaching the vehicle to the maximum level of the microphone signal is necessary at the time of finding the vehicle in front of a microphone. Investigations at the location detection hole up from the road surface to the left (toward the oncoming lane controlled by car) and right (after moving band controlled by car). Location detecting holes toward the oncoming lane controlled by car is the best, as it allows to ensure minimum impact on the accuracy of counting cars traveling on the adjacent oncoming lane.

  • Instrument and methodical providing monitoring system and monitoring of harmful production factors of the enterprises of mechanical engineering

    As subject of researches in the scientific article problems of instrument and methodical equipment of the monitoring system and monitoring of dangerous and harmful production factors of the enterprises of mechanical engineering act. For the solution of an objective the technique of a choice of measuring instruments uniting achievements of fundamental analytical chemistry and practical experience of test laboratories is offered. Leaning on the offered technique, the function chart of the mobile control and measuring complex intended for an assessment of the physical production factors and the chemical polluting substances in air of a working zone determined by express method is developed.   • The use of the generalized logical criterion for approximation of the efficiency area in multiobjective optimization problems

    The article considers one of the solutions to the problem of multi-criteria selection. Weights of the importance of the individual criteria are considered as uncontrolled factors and are calculated on the principle of guaranteed result at each point of the selection area. The method also allows taking into account the additional qualitative information about the DM preferences on the set of individual optimality criteria. Qualitative information about the preferences may be incomplete and may not provide a precise numerical estimates. The article provides analytical expressions for the automatic calculation of importance weights of taking into account individual preferences using the generalized logical criterion. The article considers the problem of approximating the area of efficiency in multiobjective optimization problems using the generalized logical criterion of optimality and makes the analysis of Pareto-efficiency area.

    The article deals with the nature of interrelation of the phenomena ""preservation of national value traditions"" and ""ensuring economic dynamism"" in the context of the strengthening of the national security of Russia in the era of information revolution and the transition to new technological way which is characterized by such relevant characteristics as the intellectualization of industries, the development of new technologies of management and continuous education, the formation of cultural and informational environment. The models of cultural enlightenment and cultural development focused on the resources provision and technological support of socio-cultural and economic (in the innovative vein) development of the country through the partnership of the state and society are described in the article, taking into account the state cultural policy tools as author’s cognitive methodological construct aimed at the accumulation of powerful protective potential of the Russian culture in the practice of public administration.

  • Remained work time forecasting of oil and gas extraction equipment with application of artificial neural networks technology

    In the article method based on application of artificial neural networks for forecasting of the remained work time on the basis of equipment operational condition analysis is considered. Transformation of telemetric data with application of a generalized Veibull distribution function had reduced influence of noise factors. Validation mechanism is introduced for increase of forecasting accuracy and definition of conditions of neural network training end. A comparative study is performed between the proposed method and known one. The results demonstrate the advantage of the proposed method in achieving more accurate remained work time prediction.

  • Algorithms multiconnection position-trajectory control of mobile objects

    The paper considers the algorithms of position-trajectory control of mobile objects, are automatically distributed control forces and moments on the actuator. The basic control law is based on the equations of kinematics and dynamics and method of position-trajectory control of mobile objects. We consider the distribution of control forces and moments on the basis of pseudo-inverse matrix, which provides minimum MSE. This approach does not provide for preliminary separation of control channels, as is customary in classical systems of mobile objects. The proposed method is applied to the control system of aeronautical complex. The cases of excessive and insufficient number of control channels. The results of the simulation.

  • Automated search for events sleep "sleep spindles"

    In the article the method of automated analysis of polysomnographic (PSG) study is described designed to detect sleep event named "sleep spindle". PSG study by its origin is rather long (8-12 hours) and because of that automation of its analysis is an actual problem. In the text the process of processing and analysis of PSG study is described stage by stage. The algorithm can be divided in to the following stages: selection of the window size and offset value for FFT, detection of dominant frequency for each interval, building the distribution of dominant frequencies (histogram), selecting the frequency value from all frequency range that probably will match the sleep spindles frequency. Following this from the preliminary selected intervals with the known values of dominant frequencies the ones are chosen which are correspond to the value of sleep spindles frequency. The last stage is the control of the condition of event duration. The description of the algorithm is illustrated with the real recording illustrations for each step.

  • Electronic scientific journal: systematic goals and assessments

    A modern trend of scientific publications development shifts toward the network environments to an even more considerable degree. In practice, the new culture of the scientific publications is forming on basis of the global and mini Internet-platforms. The discussion of the comprehension experience and overcoming the different rating problems is suggested in the context of a science webzine “Engineer bulletin of Don”. It is observed that as the position of science webzines becomes stronger in the common space of the science magazines, there is a tendency to revising their evaluation criterion. Besides, the implementation of rates or coefficients prevails, the applicability of which relative to the science webzines is exogenous, i.e. it disclaims the aims of the science webzines. The application of restrictions, worked out within the framework of the traditional paper book-printing technology, is indicated to be unpromising. A new level of the science environment systemacy is suggested to be supplemented with the formalization of scientific evaluation rations, already existing and successfully maintained de facto, within the framework of the webzines – the Internet-platforms.
