  • Optimization method of measuring the active power by the method of delays

    The article discusses the application of the method of delays in electric power networks and the possibility of its further improvement in order to reduce the number of calculations and simplify the hardware implementation.To do this, conducted a study on the impact of the delay signal measurement result. The result of the study is to select the optimal delay time. The model proposed in MatLab Simulink program and a study of measurement error as the frequency of mains voltage.

  • The use of the generalized logical criterion for approximation of the efficiency area in multiobjective optimization problems

    Article considers a way of the solution of problems of a multicriteria choice and ranging on the basis of automatic calculation of weight coefficients of importance of private criteria by the principle of the guaranteed result with use of the generalized logical criterion of the maximum care. This way allows to consider additional qualitative information of the person making the decision in the form of a preference graph with the specifying coefficients. Received on the basis of the principle of the guaranteed result of value of weight coefficients possess property of uniformity. Solutions of optimizing tasks are provided in a type of final algorithms and analytical expressions taking into account the entered additional information. The analysis of this information and ways of its representation is described.

  • Determining the periodicity of vehicle maintenance

    The paper discusses methods for determining the frequency of maintenance (MOT). The proposed method allows to simulate the technical condition of the vehicle under various conditions and modes of its movement, taking into account the random nature of the changes of various factors. The proposed method takes into account the probability of failure for a given range of the vehicle (TC), as a generalized description of the technical condition of the car, indirectly affect most of its domestic individual characteristics and external destabilizing factors. The novelty of the method lies in the fact that takes into account not only the standard run, and an optimum set of operations in a particular embodiment, service and repair. To allow for individual TC correction coefficients of standards periodicity TO calculated using fuzzy logic.

  • System of voltage control oscillator based on fuzzy logic

    The paper type is selected the generator, provided base rules of fuzzy control algorithm using Mamdani using a package Fuzzy Logic Toolbox Matlab, simulation results obtained with the system controller and without it in the package Simulink Matlab, as well as conclusions on the results of the system voltage control oscillator the basis of fuzzy logic.

  • A study of the options adaptive analysis of solutions to optimization problems on the basis of logics Reichenbach and Lukasiewicz

    One of the components of the optimization problem is a set of constraints describing the basic requirements for solutions. So as to find a solution that fully satisfies all the wishes of the experts, it is not always possible, the search area extends through analysis of semi-feasible solutions. The adjustment of the system constraints may contribute to changes in the structure and appropriateness of the decisions. The paper shows the ways to form a generalized membership functions of vague constraints of optimization problems based on the logics of Reichenbach and Lukasiewicz. It is known that for the same design procedures in some cases it is necessary to obtain accurate solutions, while others just get approximate solutions. Therefore, we analyzed the features of membership functions obtained using these logics. It is shown that by implication deny rules to allow logic-based Reichenbach membership function takes values equal to one if the value of the function allow rule is one, or if the value of the function deny rule is zero. By implication deny rules in allowing based on Lukasiewicz logic membership function takes values equal to one if the value of the function allow rule is greater than the value of the function deny rules. Therefore, it can be argued that when designing systems with increased reliability (precision) is more expedient to use the function implications for Reichenbach deny rules in a permissive compared with the same implication by Lukasiewicz. The implication deny rules to allow for the Lukasiewicz appropriate to use when designing subsystems that perform secondary functions that are not systemically forming, etc.

  • Methods of economic choice of lighting devices based on the "life cycle cost"

    Currently in the Russian market appeared a large number of light sources and lighting devices of different manufacturers. This creates great difficulties for selecting the most energy-efficient and reliable light sources. To solve the problem, we propose the concept of estimating the life cycle cost. In the article the technique of an economic choice of lighting devices on the basis of "life cycle cost" depending on the hours of lighting per year. The calculations for retrofit (standard and halogen incandescent, compact fluorescent and led lamps) and linear (office fixtures with fluorescent lamps as well as similar led) lighting devices. The calculations are performed taking into account the discounting. Identified the most cost-effective sources of indoor lighting for public and municipal institutions, depending on the hours of lighting per year.

  • Multifactor model determinacy social health of the youth in Russian society

    This paper presents a multi-factor model of determinacy social health of youth. The author analysis of external (institutional and systemic) and internal (reflexive, behavioral) factors which affecting to the social health of modern Russian youth.   • The mathematical description of the technological process of manufacturing cans from low pressure polyethylene

    The description of technological process of production of cans of low pressure polyethylene. The results of studies on the estimation of the input technological parameters on the output parameters and characteristics of the product. The mathematical model of the technological process of obtaining products of high density polyethylene. The solution of problems of chemical-technological processes using the method of mathematical modeling, based on the strategy of system analysis. When conducting chemical-technological processes often important to know degree ᅟ completeness their completion , which in its turn, depends on distribution on time stay particle flow in ᅜ apparatus as some share flow can linger in machine and while others slip that directly associated withᅜ time contact and diffusion.

  • Multilevel system of distributed control smart grid

    Recently becoming urgent problem of managing distributed processes of production, transmission and consumption of energy. This fact is associated with the emergence of a significant number of generators and the possibility of a primary control on all elements of the grid. In this connection, in proposed three-level distributed power grid management, which includes the upper level of segmentation networks, distributed control average frequency and power level and a lower primary control. The methods of control for each of the above levels, the results of simulation.

  • Development and Research of Mathematical Model for Autonomous Underwater Vehicle

    Authers propose the approach to development of mathematical model of the independent autinomous underwater vehicle. Model takes into account hydrodynamic properties which were obtained by an electronic purge of the vehicle case. This type of the vehicle has a torpedo-shaped form and icludes one propeller with the operated vector of draft and two (horizontal and vertical) bow-thrusters located in nasal part.

  • Use hidden Markov models at synthesis of stochastic algorithm of the solution to the problem

    This paper, based on the content of the axioms for the randomized algorithm, considers the collection of using correct algorithms at synthesis for solving the problem of probabilistic hidden Markov model. Application of this model allows forming algorithm with its flexibility according to a substantial situation for ensuring structural and functional stability of the program realizing this algorithm. We found that randomization of the algorithm, increasing its flexibility and efficiency, does not improve its risk compared with the corresponding deterministic algorithm. The synthesis of the algorithm based on hidden Markov model implies that the available observed data is used to determine hidden parameters of the most likely sequence of states, determining the synthesized algorithm. At the first strategy step, the "back and forth" algorithm is used to evaluate how well the model matches with the input data of the synthesized algorithm. At the second stage, the given hidden Markov model with the space of hidden states, initial probabilities of presence in state i and probabilities of transition from state i to state j, and basing on the observed states and using the Viterbi algorithm, the Viterbi path is found. At the third strategy stage, the hidden Markov models are corrected by optimizing the parameters of the model using the Baum-Welch algorithm.

  • Dialogue models of the subjects of international marriage market (Russia-USA)

    In our days the following processes are considerably noticeable: rising communicative - dialogue processes among different gender cultures, intensification of the processes of "publicity" - placing private life for public observation by means of Internet and so on, distinct manifestation in cross-national migration asymmetry and aspirations of Western actors to domination and manipulation, aspiration for “zapadnotsentrizm” among some young Russians, noticeable dialogue determination by characteristics of the national gender-based mezo - and micro-social orders and others, equally important. In this context, the key value factors of micro-social order we consider: 1) activity/initiative; 2) family-centered; 3) economic status; 4) health; 5) morality; (6) aesthetics/appeal; 7) intellectual level. These factors can also be called the main aspects of the personality of the subjects of the marriage market (men and women), which are quite significant in the dialogue and consciously used by actors when looking for a partner for future family life. Modern Western culture (American and European), in general, presupposes spread of gender equality, and in Russia there is such attitude among women, including many marriage migrants. But, as the results of our research show, the Western men (as subjects of the marriage market and certain socio-psychological group, selected mainly on the parameters characteristic of the Patriarchal gender order) do not support the current U.S. and Europe gender order in love/romantic relationships.

  • Technology proactively combating extremism

    Shows the relevance of events by neutralizing extremism. The most dangerous is the situation in which there is a loss of external evidence of such threats, that does not make them less dangerous for regional and national security. In this situation, methodologically justified the implementation of the proactive extremism. This allows in the long term to reduce the threat of extremism, preventing the formation of knots of tension and environment support and initialization. The prospects of the development and applicability of technologies for proactive anti-extremism to be used directly in practical activities of regional authorities.

  • ReducIng time of assessment of text documents similarity in the heterogenious multiprocessor computer system

    We consider the parallel implementation of a simplified shingles algorithm for the speed-up of text documents comparison on heterogeneous computing system based on multi-core processors and the Many Integrated Core (MIC) accelerators. A step-by-step gradual modification of the original single-threaded program is presented as well as the architecture of distributed software web-service for document comparison. The results of testing of the developed prototype, showing the possibility of reducing the time of comparison of documents up to 12 times using multiple accelerators in the system are presented.

  • Increase speed of calculation of stress-strain state by method of discrete elements

    The article describes a software complex based on the software system of formation and solving of nonlinear dynamics equations to calculate the stress-strain state of the model by discrete elements. Steps of the method found suitable for acceleration using parallel computing. The results of the testing of a modified software package are presented. A general 2.4 times acceleration of method implementation was achieved.

  • Simulation of the design activity diversification of innovative enterprise

    Discusses how to minimize the costs of supplying energy. Distribute streams of energy supplies from suppliers to consumers is required so that the total amount of expenses, losses and costs to a minimum, taking into account the implementation of all balance sheet constraints.   • Cognitive cultural and leisure installations of students of DGTU on the middle of 2015.

    Results of poll of students of the Don state university about a cultural complex of the Rostov region are given in article. The main cultural and leisure installations of respondents, their relation to cultural infrastructure of Rostov-on-Don and area, their main cultural interests are shown. On the basis of these data conclusions are drawn on the level of satisfaction of cultural requirements of students.

  • Bioethics as an institutional mechanism of social control of modern scientific knowledge

    The place and the role of bioethics in the system of social relations and interactions are shown in article. The bioethics as the formed social institute creates social mechanisms of ethical control of rapidly developing biotechnologies. Its syncretic and multilevel character gives the chance of "maneuver" in development of moral positions and adoptions of moral decisions not only in difficult situations of application of biomedical technologies, but also in certain sociocultural, medical contexts. The author comes to the conclusion that from the point of view of the social relations and interactions the bioethics corrects tension in relationship of science and society, axiological mechanisms of regulation of this tension, ethical mechanisms of realization of medical practice, defining the borders of a moral choice and moral responsibility, it acts as social control of modern scientific knowledge.

  • Social models of medical care consumption in the context of healthcare institute transformation in Russia today

    The present paper is devoted to the problem of social modeling consumption of medical care in Russian society. Medical care consumption is analyzed as dynamic interaction of different variables, the interaction of actors in the medical system in a social context. The aim of this article is to reconstruct ideal types of medical behaviour on the theoretical level. The author comes to the conclusion about the determination of medical care consumption models by socio-economic transformation of Russian society at the turn of the century.

  • Methodology of integrated assessment of the energy efficiency level of non-industrial objects.

    Federal Law 261-FZ dated November 23, 2009 introduces a list of organizations subject to mandatory energy audit including development of energy passports and energy efficiency programs. However, the fact of the audit (the presence of energy certificates and energy saving program) is not an indicator of energy efficiency of the organizations surveyed. Currently, the main criteria are the specific energy consumption per square meter of floor space, the presence of meters, the availability of energy service contracts (according to the order of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated October 24, 2011 #591). These criteria do not allow to assess comprehensively the efforts of the staff to improve energy efficiency of the object. The authors have developed methodology allowing to determine the level of energy efficiency of the object (building, group of buildings) based on objective and subjective factors. The proposed approach makes it possible to rank different objects according to their level of energy efficiency, it allows to develop investment programs aimed at energy efficiency improvement in more efficient manner. This method can be used to monitor the energy efficiency of facilities and to assess the quality of energy efficient measures implemented at these objects. Analysis of the indicators in certain areas can detect the most "weak" places for improvement.
