In the conditions of becoming of the new technological mode the special actuality is acquired by the choice of strategic directions of development of industrial sector of economy. In this connection there is a necessity of analysis of dynamics of development of industries of industrial sector. The model of analysis of structural dynamics intensity that allows to estimate branch distinctions in the industrial sector of economy is presented in the real work. By means of this model is possible to define the measures of stimulant character in regard to industries with the different level of economic development, and also to educe perspective directions of structural transformations to the industrial sector of economy.

This paper describes application of different criteria for estimating parameters of traffic simulation. For comparison following methods were used: statistical methods for comparison of a flow and speed in control points of a network - analysis of variance (ANOVA), Theil's U-statistics; relationships between flow, density and speed; relationships between trip time and stop time with using two-fluid models of traffic flow. For this aim we also used concept of meta-model. In order to implement this method we need on the first step to create separately relationship between traffic flow parameters for observation and simulation data and then to estimate combined model. The article is devoted to the formation of an evidence-based algorithm for strategic planning the urban city environment. The methodology of goal setting is the most important element in any science-based management, in the Russian strategic planning system of social and economic development the territories it is not fully used. In the majority of municipalities of Russia there are no quantitative targets for strategic development. The problem of formation targets for urban development causes the need of study the functional characteristics of the urbanized areas in the city. Authors considered features of a goal-setting in the strategic development plan of the urbanized territories, the main stages of functional approach to the integrated development of the city are studied, the structural and logical scheme of formation the complex strategy for town-planning development the urbanized territories is offered and described in detail.   The article contains the current and future implementation of urban policy in the efficient use of land resources based on consideration environmental area in evaluating the value of land. The focus is on evaluating the effect environmental factors on the market price of land plots for individual housing construction based on a statistical method (regression analysis). As a result, the weight estimates were significant factors. They showed that some of the factors which characterize the environment on the territory a land plot or in its immediate surroundings are important at this stage of development of land relations in Russia and the price of land for individual housing construction respond to such important conditions, such as soil and proximity to areas of recreation.
