  • Crack resistance and deformability of steelfibretufubetone prefabricated monolithic bending elements

In the work it is proposed to use the principle of zonal placement of materials in prefabricated-monolithic bending structures with the use of light concrete, as well as combined reinforcement. The upper (monolithic) layer is preferably made of light concrete of low strength, and the lower (prefabricated elements) - of steel fibre concrete based on light concrete of higher strength. Rod and fibre reinforcement are located in prefabricated elements, which under operating loads will be in stretched zone of bent elements. The results of experimental studies of crack resistance and deformation of steel-fibre-fluorophobetone (SFTB) prefabricated monolithic bending elements on the basis of shoe filler of Kamenskoe deposit of Kabardino-Balkan Republic are presented in the work. Based on analysis of obtained data correlation dependence is derived and character and degree of influence of various factors on crack resistance and deformability of assembled monolithic combined reinforced bending elements is revealed. The following conclusions have been drawn: reinforcement of prefabricated elements of flexable monolithic structures made of tuphobetone with rods and fibres allows to significantly increase their crack resistance; Parameters of combined reinforcement of prefabricated elements, assignment of their geometrical dimensions, as well as dimensions of sections of bent prefabricated-monolithic structures from tuphobetone as a whole can be assigned taking into account correlation dependencies for evaluation of crack resistance obtained from the results of these studies.

  • Deflections of a monolithic flat overlap with post-tension at different ratios of the sides of the slab cell

The article presents the results of a study of the deflections of a monolithic flat floor with a different grid of columns with prestressed reinforcement without adhesion to concrete. To analyze the deflections, numerical studies of slabs with different rectangular columns and thicknesses were performed. The studies were performed using the LIRA CAD software package. The aspect ratio of rectangular cells of monolithic flat floors is determined, for which the application of prestressing is ineffective on the short side of the cell or most effective on the long side. It was revealed that the use of high-strength reinforcement of the "monostrand" type is most effective for a grid of columns 5x9m from the volume of the studied cell sides. It was found that the application of post-tension on the short side of the slab cell practically does not affect the total deflection of the cell - with the aspect ratio a / b> 1.2. The conclusion is drawn about the increase in the efficiency of using contour reinforcement with an increase in the deflections that affect the amount of rope repulsion. The results can be used in the design of slabs using prestressed reinforcement without adhesion to concrete of the "monostrand" type.

  • GIS technology is a modern assistant in the selection of real estate

The authors propose to consider an interesting solution for finding real estate using GIS - technologies. This method can significantly reduce the time it takes to select a property. This article shows how the data processing capabilities of scientific computing tools for Python and the visualization and analysis capabilities of ArcGIS geospatial data can be used to build a model that generates a short list of houses that meet the needs and desires of potential buyers. And although the choice of a house is purely individual, there are a lot of common factors. Such as the total area, the number of floors and rooms, the presence of a garage and much more. Also, when buying a house, you are looking for proximity to services such as food, pharmacies, emergency rooms, child care facilities, parks, etc. You can use the ArcGIS API geocoding module for Python to search for such objects at a given distance around the house. This method suggests combining all the necessary conditions into one system, which will significantly reduce the list of real estate objects on the market and choose the most optimal options.
